د طالبانو دفتر څو کاله مخکی د قطر په دوحه کېددی دپاره پرانیستل سو  چې له طالبانو سره د خبرو له لارې په افغانستان کې تلپاتې سولې ته ورسېږي. متاسفانه تر اوسه په افغانستان کې سوله نه ده رامنځته سوې.
 
په طالبانو کې ځينې هغه وطن دوستان دي چې له خپل وطن سره مينه لري او غواړي چې هېواد ته پرمختګ ورکړي. د طالبانو بله برخه ملي غداران دي او د پاکستان د استخباراتو تر قوماندې لاندې کار کوي. دوی په تیرو شلو کلونو کې ډیر تروریستی اعمال ترسره کړه  او د افغانستان زیربناوې یې ویجاړې کړلی . دوی څو سوه زره بې ګناه افغانان شهیدان کړل. دوی د افغانستان په ذیرو ښارونو کې پر بې ګناه خلکو ځانمرګي بریدونه وکړل، په روغتونونو کې، په جوماتونو کې، په بازارونو کې، په مارکیټونو کې، په ښوونځیو کې، په پوهنتونونو کې، په ګڼه ګوڼه ځایو کې یې ماشومان، امیندواره ښځې، ناروغان, بوډاګان  او داسې نور وژلي دي.. د ۲۰۲۱ کال د اګست په ۱۵ د واک تر لاسه کولو وروسته، دوی په افغانستان کې څو میلیونه ښځې په یرغمل کړی دی. ښځې باید د بندیانو په ډول په کور کې پاته سي. دوی ښوونځیو او پوهنتونونو ته د تګ اجازه نه لري.
 
د ټول افغان ولس په استازیتوب موږ له تاسو او ستاسو له حکومت څخه غوښتنه کوو چې د ۲۰۲۲ کال د اپریل تر پایه د طالبانو دقطر دفتر  وتړي او د طالبانو پر هغو غړو چې په د دوحی په دفترکې موجوددي، د سفر بندیز ولګوي

Dear Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim ibn Hamad Al Thani
 
The Taliban office was opened in Doha-Qatar several years ago to reach a lasting peace in Afghanistan through talks with the Taliban. Unfortunately, no peace has been established in Afghanistan so far.
 
Some of the Taliban are patriots who love their homeland and want to bring about progress for the country. Another part of the Taliban are national traitors and work under the command of the Pakistani secret service. They have committed numerous acts of terrorism and destroyed Afghanistan's infrastructure over the past 20 years. They have murdered several hundred thousand innocent Afghan people. They have carried out suicide bombings on innocent people in many cities of Afghanistan, killing infants, pregnant women, sick and elderly people in hospitals, in mosques, in bazaars, in marketplaces, in schools, in universities, in shopping malls, in the crowds, etc. After taking power on August 15, 2021, they took several millions of women hostage in Afghanistan. The women have to stay at home like prisoners. They are not allowed to go to schools and universities.
 
On behalf of the entire Afghan people, we appeal to you and your government to close the Taliban office by the end of April 2022 and impose a travel ban on the Taliban members who are there in Office of Doha.
