د ۲۰۲۲ کال د اپریل په ۱۶ د پاکستان استخباراتي تروریستانو په خوست او کونړ ولایتونو کې د ماشومانو او ښځو په ګډون بې ګناه خلک بمبار کړل. ۴۱ کسان وژل شوي او ۲۲ نور ټپیان دي.
 
د ۲۰۲۲ کال د اپریل په ۱۹ یی په کابل کې د عبدالرحیم شهید په لېسه کې تروریستی حمله تر سره  کړل چی له امله یی تر ۶ نفرو اضافه  ووژل  سول او ۱۱ تنه  ټپیان سول. موږ دا ترهګریز برید په کلکو ټکو غندو.
 
کله چې موږ په افغانستان کی واک ته ورسیږو، موږ به د ۱۶ اپریل ۲۰۲۲ او د ۱۹ اپریل ۲۰۲۲ بریدونو د قربانیانو کورنیو ته د دولتي خزانې څخه مالي مرسته ورکړو، د وژل شویو کسانو کورنیوته دری زره امریکایی ډالره او د سختو ټپیانو کورنیو ته زر امریکایی ډالره مرسته ورکول کیږی.
 
د پاکستان پوځي استخبارات له تېرو ۵۰ کلونو راهیسې د ډیورنډ کرښې دواړو غاړو ته پر افغانانو دا ډول ترهګریز کارونه کوي

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
 
On April 16, 2022, Pakistani intelligence terrorists bombed innocent people including children and women in Khost and Kunar provinces. 41 people were killed and 22 injured.
 
On April 19, 2022, a terrorist attack in Kabul killed more than 6 people and injured 11 people at the Abdulrahim-Shahid school. We condemn the terrorist attack in the strongest possible terms.
 
When we take office, we will provide financial assistance from the state treasury to the families of the victims of the April 16, 2022 and April 19, 2022 attacks, $3,000 to the families of those killed and $1,000 to the families of those seriously injured .
 
Pakistani military intelligence has been carrying out such terrorist attacks on the Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line for 50 years.
