Mr. Anwarul Haq Kakar is a puppet installed by the Punjab Intelligence Service (ISI). Every time Anwarul Haq Kakar speaks to the media, a Punjab ISI official gives him a paper sheet in advance which prescribes what Mr. Anwarul Haq Kakar must tell the media. Thereafter, Mr. Anwarul Haq Kakar speaks to the media as per the instructions of the ISI. Under no circumstances should Mr. Anwar Haq Kakar utter a single sentence from his own thoughts. When Anwarul Haq Kakar speaks to the media, an ISI supervisor stands nearby behind a wall or curtain.

Our dear people,

Think of the last 50 years of innocent people being lost, tortured and killed. The bodies of many people are still missing. The Punjabi clowns have repeatedly deceived our Afghan people and involved them in conflicts and actions that resulted in the deaths of more than 2 million people.

We request all the tribes of the great Afghanistan not to be deceived by the tricks of the Punjabi dictators and bloodthirsty ones, otherwise they will be overwhelmed one by one.
Unite, hold each other's hands and heads high.

Long live the great Afghanistan.
