نړیوالې ټولنې او د بشري حقونو سازمانونو ته

آغلو او ښاغلو
 
ښاغلی منظور پښتین هغه فعال دی چې له څو کلونو راهیسې د خپلو خلکو د حقونو لپاره په سوله ییزه توګه مبارزه کوي. ښاغلی منظور پښتین څو ځله د پاکستاني چارواکو لخوا په پښتونخوا او بلوچستان کې د خلکو د بشري حقونو د دفاع په خاطر بندی سوی دی.
 
د ۲۰۲۳م کال د دسمبر په څلورمه نېټه، فعال منظور پښتین د بلوچستان په چمن کې په یوه مظاهره کې ګډون وکړ چې په دغه مظاهره کی یې د پاکستان دچارواکو دخوا د پښتونخوا او بلوچستان پر ولس باندی د روانو ظلمونو پر ضد احتجاج وکړ. له مظاهرې وروسته په داسی حال کی چې ښاغلی منظور پښتین له خپلو پلویانو سره تربت ته روان وو، پاکستاني پولیسو د ښاغلي پښتین پر موټر دده دوژلو په نیت ډزې وکړې. د پاکستاني پولیسو په ډزو  یو نفر چی د منظور پښتین په موټر کې سپور وو زخمی سو او دوی لارویانی ښځې ټپیانی سولي. تر دغه پیښی وروسته  پاکستاني پولیسو ښاغلی منظور پښتین ونیولی، د ولچک او زولنو سره یی په زندان کی بندی کی.
 
هر هغه څوک چې په بلوچستان او پښتونخوا کې د خپلو حقونو غوښتنه وکی او یا د پاکستان پر حکومت، استخباراتي ادارې (آی ایس آی) او پاکستاني جنرالانو نیوکه وکي، ښکار کېږي، ويشتل کېږي او یا نیول کېږي، لت کېږي او وژل کېږي. په بلوچستان کې تر شپیتو زرو زیات کسان او په پښتونخوا کې په لسګونو زره کسان نیول سوي دی، او وژل سوي دی  یا لادرکه سوي دي. ریښتیني شمیرې ممکن تر دې هم لوړې وي. د پاکستان د حکومت لخوا  د بلوچستان او پښتونخوا پر ولس باندی تر سره شوي ظلمونه تر هغو ظلمونو لا بدتر دی کوم چی د نازیانو او ګیسټاپو لخوا د اډولف هټلر د رژیم په وخت کی سوي وه. د پاکستان حکومت له تېرو ۵۰ کلونو ځخه زیاتی مودی راهیسې د بلوچستان او پښتونخوا  پر ولس باندی زور زیاتی کوی، بیګناه خلګ بندی کوی، لتوی یی  او وژنی یي. تراوسه پوری د دغه مظلومو خلکو د کړاوونو پای نه په سترګه کیږی؛ د بلوچستان او پښتونخوا ولس پرته له کومې نښې ورکیږي، او ډیری وختونه حتی د دوی جسدونه هم لادرکه کیږي.
 
موږ له نړیوالې ټولنې او د بشري حقونو له سازمانونو څخه غوښتنه کوو چې د پاکستاني دیکتاتورانو دظلمونو خواته خپل فکر ور واړوي چی پربیګناه خلګو باندی یی څه حال جوړکړیدی. حتی څوک به دحیواناتو سره دا ډول چلند ونه کي چی په لت اوشکنجه سره یی ووژنی، خو د پاکستان دیکتاتوران په بلوچستان او پښتونخوا کې د انسانانو په بیرحمانه ډول وژلو باندی بوخت دي.
 
موږ په ټینګه د نړۍ پر مشرانو او د بشري حقونو پر سازمانونو ږغ کوو چې په دې برخه کې لازم اقدامات وکړي. موږ د فعال منظور پښتین او ټولو سیاسي فعالانو او بې ګناه بندیانو د ژر تر ژره خوشې کولو غوښتنه کوو.

Dear Sirs and Madams,

Mr. Manzoor Pashteen is an activist who has been peacefully fighting for the rights of his people for several years. He has been arrested multiple times by the Pakistani authorities for advocating for the human rights of the people in Pashtunkwha and Balochistan.

On December 4, 2023, activist Manzoor Pashteen participated in a demonstration in Chaman, Balochistan, where he protested against the oppression of the people in Paschunkhwa and Balochistan. After the demonstration, the Pakistani police fired shots at Mr. Pashteen's car as he was traveling with his supporters to Turbat, with the intention of killing him. One occupant of his car and two passersby (women) were injured by the shots fired by the Pakistani police. Subsequently, Mr. Manzoor Pashteen was arrested, bound, and imprisoned.

Anyone who stands up for their rights in Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa or criticizes the Pakistani government, the ISI intelligence agency, and the Pakistani generals is hunted, shot, arrested, tortured, and murdered. More than 60,000 people in Balochistan and several tens of thousands in Pashtunkhwa have been arrested, tortured, and murdered, or have disappeared without a trace. The actual numbers are likely even higher. The atrocities committed by the Pakistani government against the population in Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa are worse than those committed during Adolf Hitler's regime by the Nazis and Gestapo. For over 50 years, the Pakistani government has practiced suppression, arrests, torture, and murder in Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa. There is no end in sight to the suffering of the people; they continue to disappear without a trace, and often their bodies do not surface even after being murdered.

We appeal to the global community and human rights organizations to focus their attention on the atrocities committed by the Pakistani dictators. One should not treat animals this way, yet the Pakistani dictators engage in a brutal campaign and slaughter against the people in Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa.

We urgently call on world leaders and human rights organizations to take the necessary measures in this matter. We demand the immediate release of activist Mr. Manzoor Pashteen and all political activists and innocent prisoners.
