دپاکستان دیکتاتورانواوپوځی استخباراتی اداری (آی ایس آی) تر پنځوسو کاله زیاتی مودی راهیسی دافغانستان د دواړوخواوو پر ولس باندی اوربل کړیدی. که په بلوچستان کی څوک دخپل حق غوښتنه وکړی یا مدنی فعالان مظاهره وکړی یاپوښتنه وکړی چی ولی زموږدبلوچستان اوپښتونخوا بیګناه خلګ بندیان دی نودپاکستان دیکتاتوران او (آی ایس آی) هغه نفر هم بندیان کوی چی ولی تاسی راوتلی یاست ولی مظاهره کوی. په زرهاوونفر دپښتونخوا اوبلوچستان په زندانونوکی بندیان دی. ترشپیتو زرو زیات کسان یی په بلوچستان کی او په زرهاوو نفر یی په پښتونخواکی وژلی دی. دارسمی شمیری دی. غیررسمی شمیری ددغه څخه زیاتی دی
پاکستان د ۴۵ کالو راهیسی په تروریزم کی ښکیل دی. دوی تر دیرشو زیاتی تروریستی ډلی روزلی دی. د«داعش خراسان» ډله هم دوی روزلی ده. داکومه پټه خبره نده بلکی ټول  افغان ولس او دنیاته معلومه ده چی پاکستان په هغو مدرسوکی چی د (آی ایس آی) ترکنترول لاندی دی لکه حقانی مدرسه اونوری مدرسی, هلته دمدرسی دشاګردانو دمغز مینځل کوی. ترهغه وروسته  (آی ایس آی) تروریستی روزنه ورکوی. بیانو دغه تروریستان په پاکستان کی دننه , افغانستان اونورو هیوادوته یی استوی چی ترورریستی بریدونه وکړی.
په فبروری ۲۰۲۳ کی دمونشن امنیتی کنفرانس ته دپاکستان دبهرنیوچارو وزیر بلاول بوټو راغلی وو. بلاول بوټو د«داعش خراسان» په ګټه تبلیغ وکړی او ویی ویل چی موږ د «داعش» په ذریعه طالبان دمنځه وړلای سو.
 افغان ولس او دنیاته دا هم معلومه ده چی دسپتمبر د ۱۱ دحملو پلان د پاکستان د پوځی استخباراتی اداری (آی ایس آی) او دنورو خواوو په ګډون طرح سوی وو بیا یی نو په چل اوچلبازی سره پرافغانستان تاوان کی. همدارنګه «داعش خراسان» چی د  (آی ایس آی) دخوا  روزل سوی تروریستی ډله ده, دافغانستان دبدنامولو دپاره کارول کیږی. داډیره دشرم  خبره ده چی پاکستان تروریستان روزی, تروریستی حملی کوی اما پر افغانستان تاوان سی. دافغانستان د دواړوخواوو ولس ډیرګیله من دی ځکه چی ددوی سره بی انصافی, چل او چلبازی سویده
ځکه نو موږ دانګلستان, امریکا اونورو هیوادو څخه هیله کوو چی که تاسی په پټ ډول دپاکستان ددیکتاتورانو, قاتلانو, جنګی جنایتکارانوجنرالانو  اوتروریستانو ملاتړ کوی داډیرغلط کاردی. دا دیکتاتورانو دافغانستان د دواړوخواوو پر ولس باندی هغه ظلمونه او جنایتونه چی په وس یی پوره وه ویی کړل, انسانان یی لت او شکنجه کړل ویی وژل که واړه ماشومان وه, که بوډا انسانان وه,که امیندواره ښځی وی,که ناروغان وه په ډیره بیرحمی سره یی ظالمانه سلوک ورسره وکی
نو موږ دانګلستان, امریکا اونورو هیوادو څخه هیله کوو چی پر پاکستان باندی کومک بند کړی.  دادپاکستان دیکتاتوران لکه دنوازشریف کورنی, جنګی جنایتکاران جنرالان اوداسی نور چی په ترهګری او پربیګناه خلګوباندی په ظلمونو کی لاس لری دانصاف په خاطر محاکمه کړی

Dear ladies and gentlemen,
 
The government of Pakistan is worse than the Nazi regime, the regime of Benito Mussolini, the regime of dictator Ceausescu, and the regime of Francisco Franco.
 
The dictators of Pakistan and the military intelligence agency ISI have set the people on both sides of Afghanistan on fire for more than fifty years. If someone in Balochistan demands their rights or if civil activists protest or inquire why innocent people in Balochistan and Pakhtunkhwa are being held captive, the dictators of Pakistan and ISI also imprison those who protest. Several thousand people are imprisoned in the jails of Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan. In Balochistan, more than 60,000 people have been killed, and in Pakhtunkhwa, several thousand people have been killed. These are the official figures. The actual numbers are even higher.
 
Pakistan has been involved in terrorism for 45 years and has trained more than thirty terrorist groups. The "IS Khorasan" group was also trained in Pakistan. This is not a secret matter. The entire Afghan nation and the world know that Pakistan subjects the students in Madrasas (Quranic schools) under the control of ISI, such as the Haqqani Madrasa and others, to brainwashing. After that, the students in Madrasas receive terrorist training through the Pakistani military intelligence agency (ISI). They deploy these terrorists within Pakistan or send them to Afghanistan and other countries to carry out terrorist attacks. In February 2023, the Pakistani Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto promoted the "IS Khorasan" terrorist group during his participation in the Munich Security Conference and stated that the Taliban could be destroyed by the "IS" group.
 
The Afghan people and the world also know that the terrorist attacks of September 11 were planned with the involvement of the Pakistani military intelligence agency (ISI) and other parties, and Afghanistan was then used as a scapegoat through deceit. Also, "IS Khorasan," a terrorist group trained by ISI, is used to implement evil plans and then blame Afghanistan. It is a shame that Pakistan trains terrorists and carries out terrorist attacks, but Afghanistan is held responsible. People on both sides of Afghanistan are very angry because they have been treated unjustly, deceived, and betrayed.
Therefore, we request England, the USA, and other countries to understand that it would be very wrong if any of them secretly support the dictators, murderers, war criminals, generals, and terrorists of Pakistan. These dictators have committed every atrocity and crime they are capable of against the people on both sides of Afghanistan.
They have treated innocent people, including infants, elderly individuals, pregnant women, sick individuals, etc., cruelly, beating, torturing, and murdering them.
Therefore, we urge England, the USA, and other countries to stop their support and aid to Pakistan. Pakistan's dictators, such as the family of Nawaz Sharif, war criminal generals, and others involved in terrorism and brutal atrocities, should be brought to justice for the sake of justice.
