د پاکستان دیکتاتورانو له تیرو شپیتو کلونو راهیسي په جعلي انتخاباتو سره نړۍ ته دوکه ورکړې ده. په حقیقت کې دوی یوازې په ټاکنو کی د لاسوهنې اودرغلیو له لارې خپل نفر واک ته رسوي. د ۲۰۲۴ کال د فبرورۍ د اتمې نېټې جعلی ټاکنو یو ځل بیا وښودله چې تر ټاکنو مخکې، د ټاکنو پر مهال او له ټاکنو وروسته د بشري حقونو بې شمېره سرغړونې او درغلی ترسره سوي دي.
د مارچ په ۵ ، ۲۰۲۴ د نړۍ د مدني ټولنې سازمان (سیویک یو ایس مونیتور) پاکستان د هغو هیوادونو د څار په لیست کې شامل کړ چې پکښې د اپوزیسیون د ځپلو، د خبریالانو د سانسور او په سوله ایزو مظاهرو باندې د بریدونو له امله د بشري حقونو او مدني آزادیو سرغړونه کیږي. لاندې د (سیویک یو ایس مونیتور) دراپور لنډیز دی:
د اپوزیسیون سلګونه غړي د ټاکنو څخه مخکی وختو کې نیول سوي دی. د ټاکنو پر مهال د انټرنېټ او ګرځنده ټیلیفون خدمات ځنډول سوي وه. رسنۍ خاموشه سوي وی او مطبوعات د مخالفینو د فعالیتونو په اړه د راپور ورکولو لپاره سانسور سوي وه. د لاریونونو پرضد کړکیچ مخ په ډیریدو دی ځکه چې چارواکي د سوله ایزو غونډو پروړاندې سخت اقدامات پلي کوي. په ټاکنو کې د بیان ازادۍ او دغونډو جوړلو ازادۍ ته زیان ورسیدی، تر ټاکنو وروسته هم د اسد علي تور په څیر خبریالان په نښه سول.د انټرنیټ اوګرځنده تلیفون د خدماتو په بندولو سره د بیان ازادۍ او معلوماتو ته لاسرسي محدوده سول.
بلوڅ او پښتنې ټولنې د چارواکو له خوا دظلم او د بشري حقونو سرغړونو سره مخامخ دي، لکه په جبري توګه د خلګو ورکول، بی له محاکمی وژنې,خپلسري زندانی کول اوداسی نور. د دې نه علاوه د پښتون ژغورنی غورځنگ (پی ټی ایم) د ځپلو لړۍ دوام لري، د علي وزیر او منظور پښتین په څیر مشران په مختلفو ناسمو تورونو نیول سوي دي. د ۲۰۲۳ په دسمبر کې، د سوله ایز احتجاج کمپاین "بلوچ لانګ مارچ" د ښځینه فعالانو لخوا د صوبې د ترهګرۍ ضد څانګې (سی ټی ډی) لخوا د یو بلوڅ سړي د وژنې په غبرګون کې پیل سو. د مظاهره کوونکو په مقابل کی د اوښکي بهونکي ګاز او د اوبو پاشونکو توپونو په ګډون په لویه پیمانه زور وکارول سو. د دسمبر او جنورۍ تر منځ په سلګونو کسان نیول سوي دي. د بشري حقونو مدافعین او فعالان په پاکستان کې له خطر سره مخامخ دي کله چې دوی د عدالت غوښتنه کوي.
د ( وي او اې ډیوه) د ۲۰۲۴ کال د فبرورۍ د ۱۰ نیټی راپور له مخې, د پاکستان امنیتي ځواکونو پر ښاغلي محسن داوړ (سیاسي فعال، د ملي ډیموکراټیک غورځنګ«(این ډی ای» مشر) او د هغه پر ملاتړو په داسې حال کې ډزې وکړې چې دوی د ټاکنو په پایلو کې د لاسوهنې په اړه احتجاج کاوه. ښاغلی محسن داوړ او ۵ تنه ټپیان سول او یو تن (د نوی راپور له مخې لږ تر لږه ۳ تنه) ووژل سول.
د ( وي او اې ډیوه) د ۲۰۲۴ کال د فبرورۍ د ۱۷ نیټی راپور له مخې، د راولپنډۍ پنجاب صوبې کمشنر، ښاغلي لیاقت علي چشته، اعتراف وکړی چې په پاکستان کې په ټولټاکنو کې پراخه فساد سوی دی او د اصلی ګټونکو کاندیدانو په حق کی ناحقی سویده
د ۲۰۲۴ کال د فبرورۍ په ۱۸ نېټه د بي بي سي پښتو راپور له مخې، د شیرافضل مروت (د پي ټي آی ګوند مرستیال) پر کور پس له هغه چاپه ووهل سوه کله چې هغه د ټاکنو د فساد پر ضد ږغ پورته کړی او پرخپلو پلویانو یې د لاریون کولو ږغ وکړی.
د ( وي او اې ډیوه) د ۲۰۲۴ کال د مارچ د ۱ نیټی راپور له مخې، د امریکا د کانګرس شاوخوا ۳۱ غړو د ولسمشر جوبایډن ادارې ته یو لیک ولیږی او د امریکا پرحکومت یې ږغ وکړی چې په پاکستان کې په ترسره سوو انتخاباتو کې د درغلیو تورونه روښانه کړي اوتر هغه مخکی د پاکستان حکومت په رسمیت ونه پیژني. په لیک کې ویل سوي دی چې امریکا باید له پاکستان سره پوځي او نورې مرستې تر هغه وخته وځنډوي چې پاکستاني چارواکي د بشري حقونو قانون ومني او د جمهوري ریاست د پایلو درناوی وکړي.
د ( وي او اې ډیوه) د ۲۰۲۴ کال د مارچ د ۶ نیټی راپور له مخې، متحده ایالاتو، بریتانیا او اروپايي اتحادیې د پاکستان په ټاکنو کې دګډوډي، د درغلیو تورونه او د ټاکنو په ورځ د انټرنیټ بندیز په اړه اندیښنه ښودلې او د تحقیقاتو غوښتنه یې کړې ده.
د ( وي او اې ډیوه) د ۲۰۲۴ کال د مارچ د ۱۱ نیټی راپور له مخې، د (پی ټی آی) ګوند په وینا، د هغوی پلویانو د مارچ په ۱۰، ۲۰۲۴ د پاکستان په یو شمیر ښارونو کې په ټاکنو کې د درغلیو پر ضد مظاهرې وکړې. په لاهور کې امنیتي ځواکونو پر دوی برید وکړ ، ګڼ شمېر مظاهره کوونکي یې ونیول اومظاهره یی ګډوډه کړل
د ۲۰۲۳م کال د دسمبر په څلورمه نېټه، فعال منظور پښتین د بلوچستان په چمن کې په یوه مظاهره کې ګډون وکړ چې په دغه مظاهره کی یې د پاکستان دچارواکو دخوا د پښتونخوا او بلوچستان پر ولس باندی د روانو ظلمونو پر ضد احتجاج وکړ. له مظاهرې وروسته په داسی حال کی چې ښاغلی منظور پښتین له خپلو پلویانو سره تربت ته روان وو، پاکستاني پولیسو د ښاغلي پښتین پر موټر دده دوژلو په نیت ډزې وکړې. د پاکستاني پولیسو په ډزو یو نفر چی د منظور پښتین په موټر کې سپور وو زخمی سو او دوی لارویانی ښځې ټپیانی سولي. تر دغه پیښی وروسته پاکستاني پولیسو ښاغلی منظور پښتین ونیولی، د ولچک او زولنو سره یی په زندان کی بندی کی.
په پاکستان کې له تېرو ۴۵ کلونو راهیسې د پاکستان پوځي استخباراتي اداره (آی ایس آی) ترهګري کوي او ترهګرو ډلولکه القاعده، داعش خراسان او داسې نورو ته روزنه ورکوي.
ترهګر له اسمانه نه رالویږي. د ترهګرو روزنه، د هغوی تجهیزات او زیربناوی ملیاردونو ډالرو مالي لګښتونو ته اړتیا لري. پاکستان دا ملیاردونه له کومه کوي؟
له همدې امله موږ د پاکستان له ټولو مرسته کوونکو څخه په کلکه غواړو چې په دې پوه سي چې د پاکستان دیکتاتورانو او جنګي جنایتکارانو ته پور ورکول خورا غلط او غیر قانوني کار دی ځکه چی دغه پیسی د بې ګناه خلکو د وژلو لپاره کارول کیږی.

Dear Sir or Madam,
For over 60 years, the dictators of Pakistan have been deceiving the world with sham elections. In reality, they only bring their own people to power through election manipulation. So too was the sham election of February 8, 2024 marked by fraud and manipulation. There were human rights violations before, during, and after the election.
The Civil Society World Organization CIVIC-Monitor, on March 5, 2024, added Pakistan to the watch list of countries where human rights and civil liberties are violated due to the suppression of the opposition, censorship of journalists, and attacks on peaceful protests. Below is a summary from the CIVIC-Monitor report:
"Opposition faced restrictions and arrests ahead of the elections. Internet and mobile phone services shutdown amid electoral tensions.The media has been muzzled with the press facing censorship for covering the activities of the opposition. Protest crackdown escalates as authorities impose stringent measures to peaceful gatherings.
The CIVICUS Monitor has added Pakistan to its watchlist of countries experiencing rapid declines in civic freedoms following the repression against the opposition, the censorship of journalists and attacks on peaceful protests.
Hundreds of opposition members were detained in the months leading up to the election, with some charged under vague laws and tried in military courts, contrary to international law.
The elections were also marred by a clampdown on freedom of expression, peaceful assembly, and association.
The Pakistan Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) also instructed all TV channels to stop giving airtime to journalists considered close to the former Prime Minister and individuals accused of criticising the military or the government. Following the elections, journalists have continued to be targeted such as Asad Ali Toor.
Restrictions on freedom of expression and access to information also included the disruption of internet and mobile phone services.
“In the lead up to the Pakistan elections we saw a systematic crackdown on civic freedoms. This includes the crackdown of the opposition around the elections, primarily the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party, the disruption of the internet and mobile services and the targeting of journalists. These actions undermined the credibility of the elections.
Around the elections in Pakistan, the authorities also sought to stifle dissent by the targeting of human rights defenders and activists. The Baloch and Pashtun communities in Pakistan continue to face suppression and human rights violations by authorities, including enforced disappearances, extrajudicial killings, and arbitrary detention. In December 2023, the peaceful protest campaign known as 'The Baloch Long March' was initiated by women activists in response to the alleged killing of a Baloch man by the provincial Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD). Protesters encountered excessive force, including tear gas and water cannons, with hundreds arrested between December and January.
Additionally, the Pashtun Tahaffuz Movement (PTM) continued to face crackdowns, with leaders like Ali Wazir and Manzoor Pashteen arrested on various trumped up charges. In recent years, the authorities have attempted to restrict PTM protests and use excessive force and firearms against its members, underscoring ongoing challenges to civic freedoms in Pakistan. Human rights defenders and activists remain at risk in Pakistan for speaking up or mobilising to demand for justice and accountability."
According to a report from VOA-Deewa on February 10, 2024, Pakistani security forces fired shots at Mr. Mohsen Dawar (political activist, chairman of the National Democratic Movement (NDM)) and his supporters as they protested election manipulation. Mr. Mohsen Dawar and 5 others were injured, and one person was killed (According to current reports, there are at least 3 dead).
According to a report from VOA-Deewa on February 17, 2024, Mr. Liaquat Ali Chattha, the commissioner of Rawalpindi province, Punjab, announced that widespread falsification occurred during the elections in Pakistan, and the election results were manipulated to the disadvantage of the actual election winners.
According to a report from BBC-Pashto on February 18, 2024, a raid was conducted on the residence of Sherafzal Murawat (Deputy Chairman of the political party PTI) because he raised his voice against election fraud and called for his supporters to march in protest.
According to a report from VOA-Deewa on March 1, 2024, approximately 31 members of the US Congress wrote a letter to President Joe Biden's government, urging the US government not to recognize the government in Pakistan until fraud allegations in the elections held in Pakistan are clarified. The letter stated that the USA should suspend military and other aid to Pakistan until the Pakistani authorities accept human rights law and respect the democratic outcome.
According to a report from VOA-Deewa on March 6, 2024, the USA, UK, and the European Union expressed their concerns about the chaos in the elections in Pakistan, allegations of fraud, and the internet ban on election day, calling for an investigation.
According to a report from VOA-Deewa on March 11, 2024: According to the PTI party, its supporters protested against election fraud in several cities of Pakistan on March 10, 2024. The security forces in Lahore attacked them and arrested numerous demonstrators.
On December 4, 2023, activist Manzoor Pashteen participated in a demonstration in Chaman, Balochistan, where he protested against the oppression of the people in Paschunkhwa and Balochistan. After the demonstration, the Pakistani police fired shots at Mr. Pashteen's car as he was traveling with his supporters to Turbat, with the intention of killing him. One occupant of his car and two passersby (women) were injured by the shots fired by the Pakistani police. Subsequently, Mr. Manzoor Pashteen was arrested, bound, and imprisoned.
When people like Manzoor Pashteen and Mohsin Dawar demand their rights, they are shot. The lives of such people have no value in the eyes of Pakistani generals.
Pakistan's military intelligence agency ISI often commit attacks but accuse activists of carrying out the attacks.
For over 45 years, Pakistan's military intelligence agency ISI has been engaging in terrorism and training terrorist groups such as Al-Qaeda, IS-Khorasan, etc.
Terrorists don't fall from the sky. The training, equipping, and infrastructure of terrorists require billions of dollars. Where does Pakistan get these billions?
Therefore, we urgently request all donors to Pakistan to realize that it is very wrong and illegal to lend credits to Pakistan's dictators and war criminals who use them to kill innocent people.
We appeal to the IMF not to provide financial aid and credits to Pakistan.
