We would like to point out that Baluchistan and Pashtunkhwa are part of the territory of Afghanistan.

We kindly request that no investments be made in our territory of Baluchistan and Pashtunkhwa at this time.

All agreements with Islamabad regarding investments in Pashtunkhwa and Baluchistan are considered invalid and not accepted by us.

It is our firm stance that we will not permit the railway connection from Uzbekistan through Afghanistan to Pakistan.

Furthermore, we would like to emphasize that we will not allow electric power from Kazakhstan and Tajikistan to be transported through Afghanistan to Pakistan via power lines.
