ملګرو ملتونو ته د شکایت عریضه

د نړیوالې ټولنې ښاغلو غړو،

د ایران د بشري حقونو سازمان "حال وش" د راپور له مخې د ۲۰۲۴ کال د اکتوبر په ۱۴ مه شاوخوا ۳۰۰ ځوانان افغان کډوال دسیستان او بلوچستان پر پوله ایران ته واوښتل. د کلګان سراوان په سرحدي سیمه کې، یو شمیر ماینونه ځای پر ځای سوي وه. دغه سیمی ته د کډوالو په رسیدو سره ځینی ماینونه وچاودیدل او په عینی وخت کی د ایراني پوله ساتو لخوا پر دغه کډوالو باندی ډزې وسوي. ویل کیږي چې په دغه پیښه کی شاوخوا ۲۶۰ تنه وژل سوي او ټپیان سوي دي

موږ د ایراني پوله ساتو ځواکونو دا عمل په کلکه غندو. دا قصدي عمل د بشریت ضد جنایت دی.

موږ پر ملګرو ملتونو ږغ کوو چې د ایران حکومت د خپلو اعمالو په خاطر محاکمه کړي او د ایران له دولت څخه وغواړي چې بشري حقونه مراعات کړي
 
 افغانان ملامت نه دی چی د خپل وطن څخه بهرنی هیوادو ته مهاجرت کوی. په افغانستان کې د ۴۵ کلنو ناخوالو، کړکېچونو او د جګړې ویجاړونکو اغېزو ډېری خلک له هېواده کډه کولو ته اړ کړي دي. افغان کډوال په ډېرو کوربه هېوادونو کې له ظالمانه چلند او کړاوونو سره مخامخ دي. موږ له ملګرو ملتونو او نړیوالې ټولنې څخه غوښتنه کوو چې د افغان کډوالو ستونزمن وضعیت درک کړي او لازم اقدامات وکړي تر څو دافغان کډوالو سره انسانی چلند وسي.

Petition to the United Nations

Dear Members of the World Community,

According to reports from the Iranian human rights organization "Halvash" on October 14, 2024, around 300 Afghan youths and teenagers crossed the border into Iran as refugees. In the border region of Kalgan Saravan, some of them stepped on landmines and were subsequently fired upon by Iranian border guards. It is reported that approximately 260 people were killed or injured.

We strongly condemn the actions of the Iranian border guards. This deliberate act constitutes a crime against humanity.

We call on the United Nations and the international community to hold the Iranian government accountable for the actions described above and to urge the Iranian state to comply with human rights standards. The Afghan people are not to blame for their forced displacement from their homeland. The 45-year-long disasters, crises, and devastating effects of war in Afghanistan have forced many to flee their country. Afghan refugees face cruel treatment and oppression in many host countries. We appeal to the United Nations and the international community to understand the difficult situation of Afghan refugees and to ensure they are treated with dignity.
