د ۲۰۲۵ کال د فبروری په میاشت کې د افغانستان په کندهار, هلمند، فراه اوځینو نورو ولایتونو کی د سختوتوپانونو, بارانونو او سیلابونو له کبله تر ۳۶  زیات کسان مړه سوی او تر ۵۰  ډیر نفر  ټپيان سوی دي. همداراز په سلګونو کورونه ویجاړ سوي دي او یو شمیر باغونواوکښتونو ته زیانونه رسیدلی دی. موږ د قربانیانو کورنیو ته دزړه له کومی تسلیت وایو او ټپیانو ته عاجله روغتیا غواړو

هغه کسان چی کورونه یی د بارانونو او سیلابونو له امله نړیدلی دی د هرکورخاوند ته دی ۷۰ زره افغانی ورکول سی. هغه نفر چی دبارانونو او سیلابونو له امله مړه سوی دی دهغو کورنیو ته دی دهر مړی پر سر اویا زره افغانی ورکول سی. هغه کسان چی د بارانونو او سیلابونو له امله سخت زخمیان سوی دی دی هر نفر ته دی لس زره افغانی ورکول سی. هغه کسانوته چی باغونه اوکښتونه یی د بارانونو او سیلابونو له امله زیانمن سوی دی پرهر هکتار یا لس زره مترمربع مځکه دی ۴۰۰۰  زره افغانی ورکول سی. داپیسی دی دافغانستان دبودجی یعنی ددولت دخزانی څخه ورکول سی

دا به ډیرښه وي که چیرې هغه خلک چې کورونه یې د بارانونو او سیلابونو له امله نړیدلی وي خپل نوي کورونه مقاومت لرونکي او باثباته جوړ کړي ترڅو ددوی کورونه د راتلونکي بارانونو او سیلابونو په وړاندې مقاومت وکړي اودبیانړیدلو مخنیوی یی وسی

Financial Assistance for the Victims of Severe Storms, Rainfalls, and Floods in Afghanistan

Dear Sir/Madam,

In February 2025, severe storms, rainfalls, and floods in several provinces of Afghanistan, including Kandahar, Helmand, and Farah, resulted in the deaths of 36 people, with more than 50 others injured. Additionally, hundreds of houses were destroyed, and many gardens and farmlands were damaged. We extend our deepest condolences to the families of the victims and wish a swift recovery to the injured.

Those whose homes were destroyed due to rain and floods are to receive 70,000 Afghani per house. The families of those who lost their lives in the rain and floods are also to be compensated with 70,000 Afghani per deceased person. The severely injured individuals will be given 10,000 Afghani per person. Those whose gardens and crops were damaged by the rain and floods will receive 4,000 Afghani per hectare or 10,000 square meters of land. These funds are to be provided from the Afghan state treasury.

We urge the responsible authorities to provide immediate emergency assistance to the families affected by the floods, including tents, food, drinking water, medical care such as doctors and medicines, and other necessary items.

It would be advisable for people whose houses were destroyed due to rain and floods to rebuild their homes in a resilient and stable manner so that they can withstand future rainfalls and floods, preventing further destruction.
