ګلبدین حکمتیار د افغانستان لومړی پیژندل سوی تروریست ګڼل کېږي. حکمتیار په ۱۹۹۰م کلونو کې، کابل د توغندویو د بریدونو په واسطه ویجاړ کی. د ځینو راپورونو له مخې، حکمتیار  په دغو بریدونو کې  تر۶۵۰۰۰   زیات کسان وژلي دي، خو ځینې نورې سرچینې وایی چی دحکمتیار په بریدونو کی  ۲۰۰۰۰۰ کسان وژل سویدی. له همدې امله، ډېر افغانان حکمتیار د "کابل قصاب" بولي

حکمتیار په ټول افغانستان کی د زیات شمېر بې‌ګناه انسانانو د وژلو مسؤول دی. هغه یو جنګي جنایتکار دی، چې باید  ډېر پخوا لا د عدالت په خاطر محاکمه سوی وای. خو تر نن ورځې  پورې حکمتیار  په آزاده توګه ژوند کوي

حکمتیار د پنجابستان د غلو او ډاکوګانو ګوډاګی او غلام دي، چې پنجابستان ته یې خدمت کړی دی او افغانستان یې خیانت کړی دی. حکمتیار  باید د خپلو خیانتونو او جنایتونو له امله وشرمیږي

Gulbuddin Hekmatyar is known as the so-called “Butcher of Kabul.”

Dear Sir or Madam,

Gulbuddin Hekmatyar is considered one of Afghanistan’s first well-known terrorists. In the 1990s, he devastated Kabul with massive rocket attacks. According to some reports, he killed more than 65,000 people during these assaults, while other sources estimate the number of victims to be as high as 200,000. For this reason, many Afghans refer to him as the “Butcher of Kabul.”

Hekmatyar bears responsibility for the deaths of countless innocent people across Afghanistan. He is a war criminal who should have long been brought to justice. Yet to this day, he lives freely and without consequence.

He is seen as a puppet and servant of bandits and gangsters from Punjabistan, to whom he has remained loyal while betraying Afghanistan. He should be ashamed of his crimes and his betrayal.
