د پنجابستان حکومت تر ۳۰ زیاتی ترهګری ډلی روزلی دی چی د هغو څخه یوه ډله یی طالبان دی. طالبانو د څلورو کالو راهیسی د افغانستان حکومت په زوره نیولی دی.  دطالبانو رژیم د اسلام پر دین برابر نه دی.دوی د اسلام سره د پاکستان د استخباراتو (آی ایس ای) ستراتیژی ګډه کړی ده. د طالبانو ډیر وزیران او والیان د  (آی ایس ای) ایجنټان دی. یو ایجنټ یی ملا جیږګی وو چی په تیر وخت کی یی د کانونو او پترولیم وزیر په حیث ګمارلی وو. ملا جیږګی د (آی ایس ای) په امر د افغانستان تیل او کانونه لیلام کړل. بل غدار د بهرنیو چارو وزیر متقی خاین دی.  ویل کیږی چی متقی به د پنجابستان دپوځ د پخوانی مشر جنرال قمرباجوه څخه په تلیفونی اړیکه کی پوښتنه کول چی آیا د هندوستان سره  خبری کولای سم. د جنرال باجوه څخه به یی تلیفونی  اجازه واخیستل بیا به یی د هندوستان سره  خبری کولی. د داسی خاین وزیر په کړنو زموږ د لوی افغانستان ولس شرمیږی. دا هم ویل سوی دی چی متقی خاین په پاکستان کی تجارتی کاروبار لری. موږ دا ډول د طالبانو تروریستی حکومت او د پاکستان د (آی ایس ای) غلامان نه قبلوو چی افغان ولس یی په زوره په خپله قبضه کی نیولی دی، ټوله بشری حقونه یی پایماله کړی دی او پر بیګناه خلګو  بیرحمانه ظلمونه کوی 
موږ د لوی افغانستان ولس دا ټوله تړونونه نه منو، کوم چی داخاینانو، تروریستانو او د (آی ایس ای) غلامانو د افغانستان د کانونو په باره کی دنورو هیوادو سره لاسلیک کړی دی یا یی د ازبکستان، افغانستان او پاکستان تر منځ د ریل پټلی په هکله هوکړه کړی ده

To the beloved people of Greater Afghanistan – stay vigilant!

To our entire, esteemed nation of Greater Afghanistan:

The government of Punjabistan has trained over 30 terrorist groups, one of which is the Taliban. The Taliban violently took over the government of Afghanistan four years ago. The Taliban regime does not represent true Islam. They have merged Islam with the strategy of the Pakistani intelligence agency (ISI). Many ministers and governors of the Taliban are ISI agents. One of these agents was Mullah "Jizhgai," who was once appointed as Minister of Mining and Petroleum. Under ISI orders, Mullah Jizhgai auctioned off Afghanistan's oil and mineral resources.

Another traitor is the Foreign Minister Muttaqi. It is reported that Muttaqi, in phone conversations with former Pakistani army chief General Qamar Bajwa, asked for permission to speak with India. Only after receiving Bajwa's approval did he engage in talks with India. Our people of Greater Afghanistan are ashamed of the actions of such a traitorous minister. It is also said that this traitor Muttaqi is engaged in business activities in Pakistan.

We do not accept this terrorist Taliban government nor the agents and servants of the Pakistani ISI, who have oppressed our Afghan people with violence, violated all human rights, and committed cruel crimes against innocent people.

We, the people of Greater Afghanistan, do not recognize any of the agreements signed by these traitors, terrorists, and ISI-servants with other countries regarding Afghanistan's mineral resources – nor the agreement concerning the railway connection between Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, and Pakistan.
