آغلو او ښاغلو 

موږ په کلکه د طالبانو د استازو شتون په آلمان کې غندو او د آلمان د حکومت څخه غوښتنه کوو چې په آلمان کې د افغانستان په سفارت او قونسلګرۍ کې د طالبانو هر ډول استازیتوب رد کړي

طالبان د افغان ولس مشروع استازیتوب نه کوي، بلکې یو ترهګره ډله ده چې د بشري حقونو اساسي اصول په پلان سوی او دوامداره توګه تر پښو لاندې کوي او د افغان ولس پر وړاندې ظالمانه چلند کوي. د طالبانو د ډیپلوماتیک شتون منل یا زغمل به د انساني کرامت، د قانون حاکمیت، او نړیوالو اصولو څخه ښکاره سرغړونه وي

په ځانګړې توګه، د طالبانو لخوا پر ښځو او نجونو دوامداره ظلم خورا جدي او خطرناک دی. له هغه راهیسې چې دوی واک ته رسېدلي دی، یو لړ دښځو ضد فرمانونه یې صادر کړي دی چې ښځې له زده کړو، کار، تګ راتګ، او ټولنیز مشارکت څخه منع کوي. دا د جنسیت پر بنسټ توکمپالنه ( آپارتاید) او د نړیوالو بشري حقونو څخه ښکاره سرغړونه ده

موږ د آلمان د حکومت څخه غوښتنه کوو چې ټول هغه طالبان چې دا مهال په آلمان کې موجو دي، له هېواده وباسي یا دی یی د هاګ نړیوالی جزایي محکمې ته وسپاری. هغه کسان چې د بشريت پر ضد، په ځانګړې توګه پر ښځو او اقلیتونو یی ظلمونه او جرمونه کړي، باید حساب ورکړي

هر ډول پټ یا غیر رسمي تړونونه د آلمان د حکومت او طالبانو تر منځ د یوه قانون‌پال، دیموکرات دولت له ارزښتونو سره په ټکر کې دي. آلمان باید د داسې رژیم  ملګری نه سي چې ترهګري، سیستماتیک ظلم، او جنسیتي توکمپالنه ( آپارتاید)  عملي کوي

د عدالت په خاطر او د افغان ولس د خیر لپاره، موږ د طالبانو د رژیم پر وړاندې د یو روښانه او قاطع دریځ غوښتنه کوو

Petition to the United Nations

Dear Sir or Madam,

We strongly oppose the presence of Taliban representatives in Germany and call on the German government to reject any representation of the Taliban in the Afghan embassy or consulates on German soil.

The Taliban are not a legitimate representation of the Afghan people, but rather a terrorist organization that systematically violates fundamental human rights and brutally oppresses the Afghan population. Recognizing or tolerating their diplomatic presence in Germany would be a violation of the principles of human dignity, the rule of law, and international law.

Particularly grave is the institutionalized oppression of women and girls by the Taliban. Since their takeover, they have issued a series of misogynistic decrees that virtually ban women from education, employment, freedom of movement, and participation in society. This constitutes gender-based apartheid and represents a flagrant violation of international human rights norms.

We urge the German government to expel all Taliban members currently residing in Germany or bring them to justice—ideally before the International Criminal Court in The Hague. Those responsible must be held accountable for crimes against humanity, especially against women and minorities.

Any secret or informal agreements between the German government and the Taliban contradict the core values of a democratic constitutional state. Germany must not become a partner to a regime that practices terror, systematic oppression, and gender apartheid.

In the name of justice and in the interest of the Afghan people, we demand a clear and resolute stance against the Taliban regime.
