بل لور ته، په بلوچستان او پښتونخوا کې خلک له تېرو ۷۷ کلونو راهیسې د ظلم، شکنجې، بندی کولو، جبري ورکېدنې، هدفی وژنو او د هر ډول استبداد سره مخامخ دي — دا ټول هم د پاکستان د جنرالانو او جنايتکارو ديکتاتورانو له‌خوا ترسره سوي دي

په بلوچستان او پښتونخوا کې تر ۱۰۰,۰۰۰ ډېر کسان بې له کومی نښی ورک سوي دي — پدې کې تعلیم یافته کسان، خبریالان، وکیلان، سیاستوال او عادي وګړي شامل دي، کوم چې یوازې د خپلو حقونو غوښتنه کړې یا یې د خپلو ورکو سوو وروڼو، زامنو یا نوروخپلوانو په هکله پوښتنه کړې ده

دا حالتونه موږ ته د بشریت د تاریخ  هغه تیاره فصلونه را یادوي چې د هټلر او مسولیني د رژیمونو تر واک لاندې تېر سوي وه. هغه وخت هم بې‌ګناه خلک نیول کېدل، شکنجه کېدل، وژل کېدل او بې له کومې نښې ورکېدل. ډېر خلک غرونو او ځنګلونو ته تښتېدل تر څو خپل ځانونه وژغوري او د خپلی ازادۍ لپاره وجنګېږي. هغوی ته پارټیزان یا د ازادۍ مبارزین ویل کېدل — نه ترهګر
نن هم همدا حال په بلوچستان او پښتونخوا کې تکرارېږي. خلک د ظلم، شکنجې، بندی کیدلو، وژنې یا ورکېدنې له بېرې غرونو ته تښتي، تر څو خپل ځانونه وساتي. هلته د دوی هدف دا دی چې د خپل ولس لپاره د ازادۍ او راتلونکي نسل د نجات لپاره مبارزه وکړي او د پاکستان د پوځي واکمنانو او ديکتاتورانو له‌خوا د تحمیل سوي ظلم مخه ونیسي

پاکستاني رژیم هڅه کوي چې دا ازادي‌غوښتونکي د ترهګر په نامه معرفي کړي، خو دا یو  درواغ او واقعیت ته تغییر ور کول دی. دا خلک ترهګر نه دي — دا ازادي‌غوښتونکي دي، چې د ازاد ژوند، عزت او په بلوچستان او پښتونخوا کی د ظلم څخه د خلاصون لپاره جنګېږي. دوی ته "د آزادۍ زمرېان" ویل کېږي

په حقیقت کی لوړ پوړي  ترهګر د شریف د کورنۍ غړي او همدارنګه اوسنی پوځي مشر جنرال عاصم منیر او د هغه جنرالان دی. د دوی له‌خوا د تېرو کلونو په اوږدو کې تر ۳۰ زیاتی ترهګرې ډلې روزل سوې دي — پدې کې د داعش خراسان ډله هم شامله ده — چې دوی یی قصداً افغانستان، هندوستان او نورو هېوادونو ته لېږي. د دغو ډلو لیست په لاندی ضمیمه کی کتلای سی

Appeal to the United Nations: Please deny Pakistani war criminals and authoritarian rulers access to the UN General Assembly

Dear Sir or Madam,

For approximately 50 years, the people in one part of Afghanistan have suffered a wave of oppression, targeted killings, torture, and brutal violence — all carried out under the orders of Pakistani rulers. On the other side — in Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa — the population has endured more than 77 years of systematic repression, torture, arbitrary arrests, enforced disappearances, extrajudicial executions, and tyranny of every kind, likewise perpetrated by Pakistani generals and criminal dictators.

In Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa, more than 100,000 people have disappeared without a trace — including academics, journalists, lawyers, politicians, and ordinary citizens who merely raised their voices to demand their rights or asked about their missing brothers, sons, and other family members.

These conditions are a chilling reminder of some of the darkest chapters in world history — such as the regimes of Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini. Back then, innocent people were arrested, tortured, murdered, or made to disappear without a trace. Many fled to forests and mountains to protect themselves and fight for their freedom. They were called partisans — freedom fighters, not terrorists.

Today, the same is happening in Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa. Out of fear of persecution, torture, arrest, execution, or disappearance, people are fleeing into the mountains to protect themselves. There, they fight for the freedom of their people and for the future of the next generations — resisting the injustice imposed by Pakistan’s military rulers and dictators.

The Pakistani regime falsely claims that these partisans are terrorists. But this is a deliberate distortion of the truth. These individuals are not terrorists — they are freedom fighters who are standing up for their right to live in freedom and dignity, and for the liberation of Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa from decades of brutal oppression by the Pakistani military and dictatorial regime. They are known as “Da Azadi Zmaryan”, which means “Lions of Freedom” in English.

The real top terrorists are, in fact, some members of the Sharif family, their criminal allies among the ruling elite, as well as the current military commander General Asim Munir and his war-criminal generals. For years, they have trained and supported over 30 terrorist groups — including factions such as IS-Khorasan — which they have deployed deliberately to Afghanistan, India, and other countries. A list of these groups is attached below.

We appeal to the United Nations:

Please do not grant Pakistani war criminals and criminal dictators a platform at the United Nations General Assembly.

Please stop turning a blind eye. Hold Pakistan’s war criminals, generals, and dictators accountable.
Bring the Sharif family, General Asim Munir, and his generals to justice for their crimes.

We will never surrender our people or our territory — Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa — to the oppression of Pakistani war criminals and authoritarian rulers.
