د ملګرو ملتونو اداری ته عريضه: د پاکستان جنګي مجرمان جنرالان او جنايتکاره ديکتاتوران د افغانستان د دواړو خواوو ته افغان ولس پر آرامه نه پرېږدي

پاکستان په  دوامداره توګه د نړیوالو قوانینو څخه جدي سرغړونی کوی. له دی امله، موږ لاندې شکایتونه او غوښتنې د ملګرو ملتونو او نړيوالې ټولنې ته وړاندې کوو

د ۲۰۲۵ کال د اکتوبر په ۹مه، پاکستان د بې پيلوټه الوتکو (ډرون) په واسطه د افغانستان پلازمېنه کابل بمبارد کړه. د اکتوبر په ۱۰مه یی د پکتياء ولايت د برمل ولسوالۍ پر يو بازار د ډرون  په واسطه بل بريد وکی، چې په پایله کې ۳۵ دوکانونه او ګودامونه ویجاړ سول. دا بريدونه د افغانستان د ارضي تماميت او هوايي حريم ښکاره نقض دی، او دا د نړيوالو قوانينو څخه ښکاره سرغړونه ده

دا پېښه يوازېنۍ نه ده: پاکستاني پوځ بيا بيا د افغانستان پر خاوره بريدونه کړي دی، چې په ترڅ کې يې ګڼ شمېر بې‌ګناه ولسي خلک، ماشومان، ښځې او زاړه کسان وژل سوي يا ژوبل سوي دي. کورونه ویجاړ سوي دی، خلک د شپې له خوا بیده وی او یا د ورځې پر مهال، کله چې ښځې د کور کار کوي يا ماشومان لوبې کوي، پاکستان پر دوی بريد کوي. دا ډول بریدونه په دوامداره توګه تکرارېږي

د تېرو ۵۰ کلونو راهيسې پاکستان د افغانستان په کورنيو او بهرنيو چارو کې مداخله کوي. د ډیورنډ کرښې پر بل اړخ، یعنې په بلوچستان او پښتونخوا کې، پاکستان له ۷۷ کلونو راهيسې د ظلم، بې‌عدالتیو او ناامنيو اور بل کړی دې

هغه خلک چې  په بلوچستان او پښتونخوا کې خپل حق غواړي یا د ظلم پر ضد احتجاج کوي، نیول کېږي، شکنجه کېږي يا وژل کېږي. هدفي وژنې او ډله‌ييز قتلونه روان دي. د بې‌پيلوټه الوتکو بريدونه پر کورونو کېږي، داسې مهال چې ښځې په کور کی دننه کار کوي او ماشومان له کوره بهر لوبې کوي — دپاکستان د پوځ د خوا پر دوی باندی په وارو وارو ناڅاپه حملی سویدی

پاکستان له ډېرو کلونو راهيسې د ترهګرۍ ملاتړ کوي. دا هېواد له ۳۰ زیاتې ترهګرې ډلې روزي او بیا يې افغانستان، هندوستان، کشمير او نورو هېوادونو ته د ګډوډۍ او بې‌ثباتۍ لپاره استوي

د دغو ډلو له جملی څخه يوه هم د داعش خراسان ډله ده. د ۲۰۲۵ کال د سپتمبر په ۲۴مه د رسنيو د راپورونو له مخې، د پاکستان يو پخواني نظامي چارواکي عادل راجا په ښکاره و منل چې د داعش خراسان ترهګرې ډلې مشران د بلوچستان په مستونګ ولسوالۍ او د پښتونخوا په ولايت کې موجود دي. نورو راپورونو ښودلې ده چې د داعش خراسان مشر  شهاب‌المهاجر، او د هغه ملګري عبدالحکيم توحيدي، سلطان عزيز عزام، او صلاح‌الدين رجب په پاکستان کې دي، او د پاکستان  استخباراتي اداره (آی ایس آی) د دوی ساتنه او ملاتړ کوي

د هند ورځپاڼې انډيا ټوډې د ۲۰۲۵کال  د سپتمبر په ۲۶مه راپور ورکړ چې د ۲۰۲۵کال د جولای په مياشت کې، د پښتونخوا په ګلبن ميدان کې، چې د ډیورنډ کرښې څخه ۴۷ کیلومتره لیرې دی، د لشکر طيبه ترهګرې ډلې يو نوی روزنيز کمپ جوړ سوی دی. ويل کېږي دا کمپ د هندوستان تر هغه بريد وروسته جوړ سوی دی، کوم چې د ۲۰۲۵ کال د مې په مياشت کې د پاکستان تر کنترول لاندې کشمير کې د انتحاري بریدګرو پر يوه مرکز ترسره سوی وو

همدارنګه، پاکستان د تېرو شاوخوا ۳۰ کلونو راهيسې په پراخه پيمانه کوکنار کري چې د نشه‌يي توکو د توليد لپاره کارول کېږي — د کوکنارو کښت په نږدې ۸۰،۰۰۰ هکټاره مځکه کی تر سره کیږي. د دې ناقانونه کاروبار تر شا جنګي جنايتکاره جنرالان او فاسد چارواکي لاس لری. دوی د نشه‌يي توکو نړيوال تجارت کوي او له همدې لارې هر کال ميلياردونه ډالر عوايد ترلاسه کوي

په همدې اساس، موږ له ملګرو ملتونو او نړيوالې ټولنې څخه په جدي توګه غوښتنه کوو چې پر لاندې ټکو غور وکړي

پاکستان ترهګري تمويلوي او د نشه‌يي توکو له تجارت څخه لويه ګټه ترلاسه کوي

پاکستان بايد د ترهګرۍ او نشه‌يي توکو د قاچاق له امله په نړیوالو تورو ليستونو کی شامل سي

موږ د مالي څار اداری (ایف ای ټی ایف) څخه غوښتنه کوو چې پاکستان د هغو هېوادونو په تور ليست کې شامل کړي چې د ترهګرۍ مالي ملاتړ او د نشه‌يي توکو کاروبار کوي

موږ غواړو چې د پاکستان جنګي جنايتکاره جنرالان او فاسد چارواکي د خپلو اعمالو له امله — چې  د بې‌ګناه انسانانو وژنه او د نشه یی توکو نړيوال قاچاق دی — محاکمه سي

همداراز موږ پر دا خبره ټينګار کوو: بلوچستان او پښتونخوا د افغانستان سيمې دي؛ دا وخت دغه سيمې د اسلام‌اباد تر ادارې لاندې دي. موږ د افغانستان سره د دغو سيمو د بيرته يوځای کېدو غوښتنه کوو

د افغانستان دواړه خواوې  يو ولس, یو کلتور او يوهیواد دي. دا د افغانانو خپل حق دی چې خپله خاوره په خپله اداره کړي. موږ د ځپل حق غوښتنه کوو. موږ نه غواړو چې بلوچستان او پښتونخوا د اسلام‌اباد تر اداری لاندې پاتې سي

موږ له ملګرو ملتونو او نړيوالې ټولنې څخه په کلکه غوښتنه کوو چې زموږ غوښتنې جدي وګڼي، د افغانستان په ټولو برخو کې د خلکو د ساتنې لپاره لازم اقدامات ترسره کړي، او د پاکستان د مجرمو واکمنانو پر وړاندی لازم ګامونه پورته کړي

Petition to the United Nations: The War‑Criminal Generals and Criminal Dictators of Pakistan Do Not Leave the Afghan People in Peace, on Either Side of Afghanistan

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

In view of the ongoing grave violations of international law, we direct the following charges and demands to the United Nations and the international community.

On 9 October 2025, Pakistan bombarded the Afghan capital Kabul with drone strikes. On 10 October 2025, a market area in Barmal District, Paktia Province, was struck by drone attacks, destroying 35 shops and warehouses. With these attacks, Pakistan violated the territorial integrity and airspace of Afghanistan and thereby breached international law.

This is not an isolated incident: The Pakistani army has repeatedly carried out lethal attacks on Afghan territory, in which numerous innocent civilians — including children, women, and elderly people — were killed or injured. Homes were destroyed; people were bombed in the middle of the night or during the day while women did housework or children played. These attacks recur continuously.

For fifty years Pakistan has interfered in the internal and external affairs of Afghanistan. On the other side of the Durand Line — in Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa — Pakistan has repeatedly kindled the flames of oppression and unrest for about 77 years. People who assert their rights or protest against oppression are arrested, tortured, or killed. There are targeted killings and mass murders. Residential houses are attacked by drones or struck with stun/grenade devices while women are inside doing chores or children are playing outside — and this happens repeatedly.

Pakistan has long been actively engaged in terrorism. It trains over 30 terrorist groups and sends them to Afghanistan, India, Kashmir, and other countries to deliberately foment destabilization there.

One of these groups is the so-called IS‑Khorasan. According to media reports on 24 September 2025, former Pakistani military officer Adil Raja publicly admitted that senior members of this terrorist organization are present both in Mastung District in Balochistan and in Pashtunkhwa Province. According to further reports, the leader of IS-Khorasan, Mr. Shahabul-Mahajar, and his associates Mr. Abdulhakim Tawhidi, Mr. Sultan Aziz Ezam, and Mr. Salhuddin Rajab are currently in Pakistan and are under the protection of the Pakistani military intelligence agency, ISI.

. On 26 September 2025, the newspaper India Today reported that in July 2025, in Gulban Maidan (Pashtunkhwa), about 47 kilometers from the Durand Line, a training camp for the terrorist group Lashkar‑e‑Taiba was newly established — apparently in response to an Indian attack in May 2025 on a Lashkar‑e‑Taiba suicide-attacker training center in the Pakistan-controlled part of Kashmir.

Furthermore, for about 30 years Pakistan has conducted large-scale poppy cultivation over approximately 80,000 hectares for drug production. Behind the drug trade stand war‑criminal generals and criminal rulers in Pakistan. They conduct international drug trafficking and derive annual revenues of several billion U.S. dollars from it.

In light of the aforementioned allegations, we urgently appeal to the United Nations and the international community to recognize the following points:

• Pakistan conducts and finances terrorism and derives significant revenues through drug trafficking.

• Pakistan must be placed on international blacklists for terrorism and drug trafficking.

• We request the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) to place Pakistan on the blacklist of states involved in terrorism financing and drug trafficking.

• We demand that the war‑criminal generals and criminal rulers in Pakistan be held accountable for killing innocent people and for engaging in international drug trafficking.

We further emphasize that Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa are territories of Afghanistan; currently these areas are under administration by Islamabad. We demand that these territories be reattached to Afghanistan. On both sides of Afghanistan’s territory we belong together — we share common culture and land, namely Afghanistan — and we claim the right to govern our entire Afghan territory ourselves. We do not accept Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa being under Islamabad’s administration.

We urgently request that the United Nations and the international community take our demands seriously, implement protective measures for the population across the entire territory of Afghanistan, and take appropriate action against those responsible in Pakistan.
