ګرانو آغلو او ښاغلو
د پنجابستان د جنګي مجرمو جنرالانو، د پوځ د استخباراتو ادارې (آی ایس آی) او د جنايتکارو ديکتاتورانو لهخوا په بلوچستان او پښتونخوا کې د نسلوژنې جنایت روان دی. هغوی بېګناه خلک بمباردوي – له شيرخورو ماشومانو او ښځو څخه نيولې تر ناروغانو او زړو کسانو پورې – دوی له ډیرو کلونو راهيسې د عام وژنې، بندی کولو، شکنجې، لادرکه کولو او د هر ډول ظلم او زور زياتي لړۍ روانه ساتي
هغه کسان چې د پاکستان د ظالمو چارواکو د لاسه یی د خپلو کورنيو غړي له لاسه ورکړي دی، د بېرې له امله غرونو ته تښتي څو ځان د لا نورو ظلمونو څخه وژغوري او همدارنګه د خپل ملت د حقونو لپاره په پښتونخوا او بلوچستان کې مبارزه وکړي چی د پنجابستان د جنايتکارو جنرالانو او ديکتاتورانو له تسلطه آزاد سي. ځينې له دغو مبارزينو د «ټی ټی پی» او «بی ایل ای» په نوم یادېږي، خو په حقيقت کې دوی د ازادۍ مبارزان دي. د ستر افغانستان ولس دوی ته «د ازادۍ زمرېان» وايي – هغه زړور خلک چې د افغان ولس د حقونو او ازادۍ لپاره جګړه کوي. دوی تروريستان نه دي؛ دوی غواړي ځان، خپلې کورنۍ، خپل ولس او راتلونکې نسلونه د پنجابستان د جنايتکارو او جنګي مجرمو له ظلم څخه وژغوري او د ځانساتنې او ازادۍ لپاره مبارزه کوي
د دوهمې نړيوالې جګړې پر مهال هم د ازادۍ مبارزان موجود وه چې د ځانساتنې، د خپلو کورنيو د ساتنې او د ازادۍ لپاره یی د آلمان د نازي حکومت او د ايټاليا د ديکتاتور موسوليني پر ضد جګړه وکړه. آيا هغوی تروريستان وه؟ که نه، نو د بلوچستان او پښتونخوا هغه جنګیالی چې د خپل حق، خپل ولس او ازادۍ لپاره مبارزه کوي، هم تروريستان نه دي
حقيقي تروريستان بيا عاصم منير او د پنجابستان د پوځ استخباراتي اداره (آی ایس آی) ده، چې له ډیرو کلونو راهیسی يې له ۳۰ څخه زياتې تروريستي ډلې روزلي دي، په شمول د داعش خراسان. د دغو ډلو ځينې غړي په افغانستان کې نيول سوي دي. د ۲۰۲۵ کال د اکتوبر په ۳۰مه، د افغانستان تلويزيوني شبکو راپور ورکړ چې د داعش خراسان يو غړی په افغانستان کې نيول سوی دی او پر خپل جرم يې اعتراف کړي دي. له هغه سره پاکستاني پېژندپاڼه او نور اسناد موندل سوي دي. هغه خپل نوم سعيدالله ښودلی دی او ويلي يې دي چې په پېښور او د کوټې په غرونو کې، چې د پاکستان تر ادارې لاندې دي، د ترهګرۍ روزنه ورته ورکول سوې وه. سعيدالله وایی چی دی لومړی د لشکر طيبه غړی وو، وروسته د داعش په ډله کی شامل سو. د جعلي افغانی تذکرې په مرسته د «محمد» په نوم د ترهګرۍ لپاره افغانستان ته ولېږل سو. هغه وويل چې په کوټه کې د ترهګرۍ د روزنې په دغو مرکزونو کې د ۱۶ تر ۳۰ کلونو پورې هلکان او ځوانان روزل کېږي، چې د پاکستان، تاجکستان، ازبکستان، ترکيې او روسيې تابعیت درلودونکی کسان پکښې شامل دي. ده دا هم وويل چې پاکستان د ترهګرو د روزنې لپاره نور مرکزونه هم فعال ساتلي دي
موږ مخکې هم په خپلو ليکونو کې د رسنيو د راپورونو يادونه کړې وه، چې د پاکستان واکمنانو په بلوچستان او پښتونخوا کې د ترهګرۍ روزنيز کمپونه جوړ کړی دي. د داعش د ياد سوي غړي اعتراف دا حقيقت يو ځل بيا ثابت کړ
له همدې امله موږ د ملګرو ملتونو څخه جدي غوښتنه کوو، چې هغه ازاديپالونکي، چې ځینی یی د «ټی ټی پی» یا «بی ایل ای» په نوم بولي، نور د تروريستانو په نوم ونه پېژني او ژر تر ژره يې د تروريستانو له ليست څخه وباسي. دوی تروريستان نه دي، بلکې د ستر افغانستان د ولس له لوري «د ازادۍ زمرېان» بلل کېږي، چې په بلوچستان او پښتونخوا کې د پاکستاني پوځ اویکتاتورانو د ظلم او استبداد پر ضد د ازادۍ لپاره جګړه کوي
موږ له نړيوالې ټولنې غوښتنه کوو چې د دغو د ازادي د مبارزانو ملاتړ وکړي، د هغوی سره د وسلو او عصري پوځې تجهيزاتو مرسته ورکړي، څو د افغان ولس ميليونونه خلک د جنايتکارو جنرالانو او ديکتاتورانو له ظلم او استبداد څخه خلاص کړي

Petition to the United Nations
Dear Sir or Madam,
The war-criminal generals, the military intelligence agency ISI, and the criminal dictators of Punjabistan are committing genocide in Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa. They are bombing innocent people — from infants and children to women, the sick, and the elderly — and for years have carried out mass killings, arrests, torture, enforced disappearances, and all forms of oppression.
People who have lost family members flee into the mountains out of fear, seeking to protect themselves from further persecution and to fight for the rights of their people in Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan, to free themselves from the oppression of war-criminal generals and criminal dictators from Punjabistan. Some of them are labeled as “TTP” or “BLA.” In reality, they are freedom fighters. The people of Greater Afghanistan call them Da Azadi Zmaryan — the Lions of Freedom — who fight for the rights of the Afghan people. They are not terrorists; they seek to liberate themselves, their families, their people, and future generations from the oppression of the war-criminal generals and criminal dictators from Punjabistan, and they fight for self-defense and freedom.
Even during the Second World War, there were freedom fighters who fought in self-defense, to protect their families and for freedom against the Nazi government in Germany and against the dictator Mussolini in Italy. Were those freedom fighters terrorists? If not, then the people in Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa who are fighting for their rights, their freedom, and their people are not terrorists either.
The true terrorists, on the other hand, are Mr. Asim Munir and the terrorist organization Military Intelligence ISI from Punjabistan, which trains more than 30 terrorist groups, including IS-Khorasan. Some members of these groups have been captured in Afghanistan. On October 30, 2025, Afghan television channels reported that a member of IS-Khorasan had been captured in Afghanistan and had confessed. A Pakistani identity card and other documents were found in his possession. He identified himself as Saeedullah and stated that he had received terrorist training in the camps in Peshawar and in the mountains of Quetta, which were under Pakistani control. Initially, he was a member of the group Lashkar-e-Taiba, and later he joined IS. Using forged Afghan identity documents (“Tazkira”), he was sent to Afghanistan under the false name “Mohammad” for terrorist purposes. He reported that in the training camps in Quetta, boys and young men between the ages of 16 and 30 were trained, including youths from Pakistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkey, and Russia. He also stated that, in addition to the mentioned training camps, other facilities were active where Pakistan trained terrorist groups.
In our previous letters, we have already referred to media reports indicating that the Pakistani authorities operate training camps in Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa where terrorists are trained. This fact has now been confirmed once again by the confession of the IS member mentioned above.
We therefore urgently appeal to the United Nations not to consider the freedom fighters labeled as “TTP” and “BLA” as terrorists and to remove them from the terrorist list as soon as possible. They are not terrorists but freedom fighters, who are not regarded as terrorists by the people of Greater Afghanistan, but are called Da Azadi Zmaryan — the Lions of Freedom — who are fighting in Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa against the Pakistani army, against oppression, and for freedom.
Furthermore, we appeal to the international community to support these freedom fighters — who are not terrorists — with modern weapons and military equipment so that they can liberate millions of Afghan people from the oppression of the war-criminal generals and criminal dictators.
The hands of the Pakistani war-criminal generals — especially Mr. Asim Munir and his officers — of the ISI intelligence agency, of the criminal members of the Sharif family, and of their dictatorial supporters have been stained with the blood of innocent people on both sides of Afghanistan for many years. They have oppressed the population on both sides of Afghanistan in countless ways. We accuse them of murder, mass murder, genocide, tyranny, and the most serious crimes, and we demand justice.
