 په کابل کې د پاکستان سفارت او همدارنګه د افغانستان په نورو ښارونو کې د پاکستان قونسلګرۍ په حقیقت کې د پاکستان د پوځي استخباراتي ادارې (آی ایس آی) د دفترونو په توګه فعالیت کوي.

همدارنګه له اوږدی مودې راهیسې موږ ته دا هم معلومه ده چې په افغانستان کې د پاکستان سفیر، عبیدالرحمن نظاماني، د پاکستان د پوځي استخباراتي ادارې (آی ایس آی)  د مخبر په توګه دنده لري

له همدې امله، موږ د افغانستان اړوندو چارواکو ته سپارښتنه کوو چې مناسب اقدامات په پام کې ونیسي. یوه ممکنه لاره دا ده چې د پاکستان ډیپلوماتیک حضور په څرګند ډول کم سي او په هر سفارت او قونسلګرۍ کې یوازې دوه ټیټ رتبه ډیپلوماتیک کارکوونکي پاتې سي. بله لاره دا ده چې په افغانستان کې د پاکستان سفارت او قونسلګرۍ په بشپړه توګه وتړل سي

The Pakistani embassy in Kabul and the consulates in other cities of Afghanistan are, in reality, offices of the ISI.

To the relevant authorities in Afghanistan,

the Pakistani Embassy in Kabul, as well as Pakistani consulates in other cities of Afghanistan, in reality function as offices of Pakistan’s military intelligence service (ISI).

It has long been known to us that the Pakistani Ambassador, Ubaid-ur-Rehman Nizamani, has been acting as an agent of the Pakistani military intelligence service, the ISI.

For this reason, we recommend that the relevant authorities in Afghanistan consider taking appropriate measures. One possible option would be to significantly reduce Pakistan’s diplomatic presence and allow only two low-ranking diplomatic staff members to remain at each embassy and consulate. Another option would be the complete closure of the Pakistani embassy and consulates in Afghanistan.
