زموږ د افغان ولس پر وړاندې، چې د ډیورنډ کرښې په دواړو غاړو کې ژوند کوي، د خینو هېوادونو له لوري لویه بی عدالتي تر سره سوي ده
له ډیرو کلونو راهیسې د پاکستان پوځي جنرالان د ډیورنډ کرښې په دواړو غاړو کې د زور زیاتي، ظلم او تاوتریخوالي یوه بیرحمانه پالیسي پر مخ وړي. د دې ظلمونو قربانیان بې ګناه خلک دي، چې پکښې کوچنیان، نوي زېږېدلي ماشومان، ښځې، ناروغان او زاړه کسان شامل دي. د ظلم او استبداد بېلابېلې بڼې ترسره سوې دي، لکه وژنې، هدفي قتلونه، ډله ییزې وژنې، بمبارۍ، بندی کول او شکنجې. د راپورونو له مخې حتا د امیندوارو ښځو پر خېټه ډزې سوې دي، او نوي زېږېدلي ماشومان تر زېږیدو لږ وروسته په ډزو وژل سوي دي
په ۱۹۷۹ کال کې د شوروي اتحاد سور پوځ افغانستان ته داخل سو. له لس کلنې جګړې وروسته د هغه وخت د شوروي اتحاد ولسمشر میخایل ګورباچوف پرېکړه وکړه چې د افغانستان ځمکنۍ بشپړتیا ته درناوی وکړي، او په ۱۹۸۹ کال کې یې له افغانستان څخه د شوروي د سور پوځ د وتلو بهیر عملی کړ. د شوروي اتحاد پوځ د خپلو پوځي تجهیزاتو یوه لویه برخه په افغانستان کې پرېښوده او هغه یې افغان پوځ ته وسپارله
د سور پوځ له وتلو سره باید جګړه په افغانستان کې پای ته رسېدلې وای. په هغه وخت کې افغانستان یو فعال حکومت، منظمه اداره، نظم او انضباط او فعالی ښوونځي درلودی. بشري حقونه، چې د ښځو حقونه هم پکښې شامل وه، د قانون له مخې تضمین سوي وه
د شوروي پوځ له وتلو سره غرب خپل جیوپولیتیک سیال له افغانستانه وشاړه. خو له بده مرغه غرب وروسته د افغانستان راتلونکی سرنوشت تر ډېره د پاکستان پوځي جنرالانو ته پرېښود. دغه پرمختګ تر نن ورځې پورې د ډیورنډ کرښې په دواړو غاړو کې د افغان ولس لپاره ډیری بدی پایلې لرلې دي. په مکرر ډول د هغو ظلمونو او جدي بشري حقونو د سرغړونو راپورونه خپاره سوی دي چې د پاکستان د پوځي دیکتاتورانو او د پوځي استخباراتي ادارې (آی ایس آی) تر قوماندې لاندې ترسره کېږي، لکه وژنې، بندی کول او شکنجې. د دې دوامداره تراژېدۍ پایلې د لوی انساني کړاو، پراخې بې وزلۍ، لوږې، ناروغیو او نورو ستونزو په بڼه څرګندېږی
له ۴۰ کلونو څخه زیات وخت کې په افغانستان کې شاوخوا ۶.۵ میلیونه انسانان وژل سوي دي. د هغوی یوه برخه په مستقیم ډول د جګړې قرباني سوې دی، او بله برخه د جګړې د پایلو له امله مړه سوې دی. میلیونونه خلک اړ سوي دی چې د خپل ژوند د ساتنې لپاره خپل کورونه او وطن پرېږدي
په پاکستان کې، یوازې یو تش په نامه پارلمان شتون لري چې د پریکړې کولو حق نلري. اصلي سیاسي واک په حقیقت کې د پوځي دیکتاتورانو په لاس کې دی. قضایه قوه، په شمول د قاضیانو او څارنوالانو، هم د پوځي مشرتابه تر تر قوي اغېز لاندې ده
کله چې ژورنالیستان، فعالان یا د پارلمان غړي خپل ږغ پورته کړي او خپل حقونه وغواړي، د پاکستان د پوځي استخباراتو ادارې (آی ایس آی) له خوا نیول کېږي، وهل کېږي او حتا وژل کېږي
د رسنیو له لارې موږ څو ځله اورېدلي چې ځینو پاکستاني سیاستوالو پخپله ویلي چې دوی پر انګلستان، امریکا او نورو هېوادونو “خرځ سوي” دي. په مرکو او عامه څرګندونو کې دا موضوع ته اشاره سوې ده چې د پاکستان د سیاسي او پوځي مشرتابه ځینې برخې د بهرنیو هېوادونو په ګټه کار کوي. د بېلګې په توګه، د پاکستان د دفاع وزیر خواجه آصف د ۲۰۲۵ کال د اپرېل په میاشت کې له «سکای نیوز» تلویزیون سره په یوه مرکه کې وویل چې پاکستان په تېر وخت کې د امریکا, بریتانیا او نورو غربی هیوادو لپاره “ناپاکه کارونه” ترسره کړي دي
د راپورونو له مخې پاکستان له ۳۰ څخه زیاتې ترهګرې ډلې روزلي دي، چې په کښې د داعش خراسان ډله هم شامله ده. دا ډلې د پاکستان د پوځي استخباراتو (آی ایس آی) په ملاتړ افغانستان او نورو هېوادونو ته استول کېږي تر څو هلته شخړې او بې ثباتي رامنځته کړي
په تېرو شلو کلونو کې پاکستان پر افغانستان له ۷۰۰ څخه زیات بریدونه کړي دي، چې پکښې د توغندیو او هاوان مرمیو کارول او هوايي بمباری شاملی دي. پاکستان په دې بریدونو کی د استوګنې سیمې، سوداګریز مرکزونه او ملکي خلک په نښه کړي دي، چې له امله یې ګڼ بې ګناه انسانان وژل سوي دي
په ډېرو پېښو کې خلک، چې ماشومان او ښځې هم پکښې شامل وه، د شپې د خوب پر مهال بمباری سوي دي. په نورو پېښو کې ښځې د کور کارونو لکه کالی مینځلو یا پخلي پر مهال، او ماشومان د لوبو پر مهال وژل سوي دي
د ډیورنډ کرښې بلې غاړې ته، په پښتونخوا او بلوچستان کې هم، د پوځي جنرالانو تر قوماندې لاندې د تاوتریخوالي لړۍ دوام لري. هلته هم بمبارۍ، هدفي وژنې، ډله ییز قتلونه، بندی کول او شکنجې ترسره کېږي. کله چې تعلیم یافته کسان، فعالان یا سیاستوال خپل ږغ پورته کړي او خپل حقونه وغواړي، نیول کېږي، شکنجه کېږي، وژل کېږي، یا پرته له کومې نښې ورک کیږي

په تیرو وختو کی د پاکستان پارلمان څو غړي ځکه وژل سوي دي چې دوی په پارلمان کې د حقونو، نظم او عدالت غوښتنه کوله. د پارلمان ډېر غړي له پوځي جنرالانو څخه بېره لري او نه سی کولای چې په ازاده توګه خبرې وکړي. ژورنالیستان، فعالان، تعلیم یافته کسان او ښځې هم د پوځي جنرالانو څخه په بېره کې ژوند کوي او خپل نظر په ازاده توګه نه سي څرګندولای

Great injustice has been committed against our Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line by several countries.
For several years, Pakistani military generals have pursued a brutal policy of repression and violence on both sides of the Durand Line. The victims are innocent people, including infants, children, women, the sick, and the elderly. Numerous forms of oppression and tyranny have been carried out, including killings, targeted assassinations, massacres, bombardments, arrests, and torture. According to reports, even pregnant women have been shot in the abdomen, and newborn babies have been shot shortly after their birth.
In 1979, the Soviet Red Army invaded Afghanistan. After a ten-year conflict, the then Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev decided to respect Afghanistan’s territorial integrity and initiated the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan in 1989. The Soviet army left a large part of its military equipment in Afghanistan and handed it over to the Afghan military.
With the withdrawal of the Red Army, the war in Afghanistan could actually have ended. At that time, Afghanistan had a functioning government, an operating administration, order and discipline, functioning schools, as well as legally established human rights, including women’s rights.
With the withdrawal of the Soviet army, the West had pushed its geopolitical rival out of Afghanistan. Unfortunately, the West then largely left Afghanistan’s further fate to the military generals in Pakistan. This development has had severe consequences for the Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line up to the present day. Reports repeatedly describe atrocities and serious human rights violations committed under the command of Pakistan’s military dictators and the military intelligence service ISI, including killings, arrests, and torture. The consequences of this ongoing tragedy are visible in immense human suffering, widespread poverty, hunger, disease, and other hardships.
For more than 40 years, approximately 6.5 million people have died in Afghanistan. Some of them fell directly victim to the acts of war, while others died as a result of the consequences of the war. Millions of people have been forced to leave their homes in order to protect their lives from impending danger.
In Pakistan, there is only a nominal parliament without real decision-making authority. Political power lies de facto with the military dictators. The judiciary, including judges and prosecutors, is also under significant influence of the military leadership.
When journalists, activists, or members of parliament raise their voices and demand their rights, they are arrested, beaten, or even killed by the Pakistani military intelligence service ISI.
Through the media, we have repeatedly learned that Pakistani politicians themselves have stated that they have been “sold” to England, the United States, and other countries. In interviews and public statements, it has been suggested that parts of Pakistan’s political and military leadership act in the interests of foreign states. For example, Pakistan’s Defense Minister Khawaja Asif stated in an interview with Sky News in April 2025 that Pakistan had in the past done the “dirty work” for the United States and the West, including the United Kingdom.
According to various reports, Pakistan has trained more than 30 terrorist groups, including the so-called IS-Khorasan. These groups are sent to Afghanistan and other countries in order to create conflicts and unrest, with the support of the Pakistani military intelligence service ISI.
In the last 20 years, Pakistan has carried out more than 700 attacks on Afghanistan, including with artillery shells, rockets, anti-tank weapons, and indiscriminate aerial bombardments. Many of these attacks struck residential areas, business districts, and civilians, killing numerous innocent people.
In many cases, people, including children and women, were bombed at night while they were sleeping. In other cases, women were killed while carrying out household tasks such as washing or cooking, and children while playing.

On the other side of the Durand Line, in Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan, the cycle of violence continues under the command of military generals. There too, bombardments, targeted killings, massacres, arrests, and torture occur. When intellectuals, activists, or politicians raise their voices and demand their rights, they are arrested, tortured, murdered, or disappear without a trace.
For several years, more than 100,000 innocent people in Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa have disappeared without a trace. Nothing is known about their fate—whether they are still alive or have already died. When relatives of the missing publicly ask about the whereabouts of their sons, fathers, brothers, or husbands, they are often dispersed with tear gas, shot at, or arrested.
Some prominent figures who have raised their voices for rights and justice and who have been imprisoned for years include Dr. Mahrang Baloch, Ms. Beebow Baloch, and Mr. Ali Wazir.
Several members of parliament have been murdered because they demanded rights, order, and justice in parliament. Many members of parliament are afraid of the military generals and do not dare to speak openly. Journalists, activists, intellectuals, and women also live in fear of the military generals and cannot freely express their opinions.

please help to free the people of Pakistan from the rule of military dictators.

please also help to free Pakistan’s members of parliament from fear of the Pakistani military generals. Political decision-making power should be transferred from the Pakistani military generals to the parliament. Pakistan should have an independent parliament that is free from military influence.

We, the Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line, do not claim the rights of other peoples. We merely demand our own rights.
The Afghan people were artificially divided by the Durand Line. The people on both sides of this line belong together historically, culturally, and socially. Both sides of the Durand Line are part of our common homeland, Afghanistan. The reunification of Afghan territory and of the Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line is our fundamental right.
We therefore respectfully ask you to support the Afghan people's demand for reunification.
Likewise, we respectfully ask you to advocate for the release of all political prisoners from Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa who have been unjustly detained for years by the Pakistani authorities.
