انګریز او د انګریز غلامان ډېر وارخطا دي

موږ پاکستاني پوځ ته وایو چې د انګریز د ګټو لپاره ځانونه مه وژني. که تاسو عسکر یاست یا افسران - د غازیانو پر وړاندې مه جنګیږئ. که غازیان غواړي ستاسو پوستی ونیسي، نو په خوښۍ سره خپلې وسلې پر مځکه کښېږدئ او تسلیم سئ. ځان د انګریز لپاره مه وژني.

موږ د غازیانو څخه غوښتنه کوو: که سرتیري، پوځی افسران، پولیسان، پولیس افسران، یا نظامي پرسونل تاسی ته تسلیم سي، نو د غازیانو لخوا باید د هغوی سره د عزت او درناوي پر بنسټ چلند وسي

په ورته ډول، موږ  پولیسو، د پولیسو افسرانو او دولتي مامورینو ته وایو: ځانونه د انګریز لپاره مه وژنئ. غازیانو ته تسلیم سئ او د خپل هیواد د آزادۍ لپاره غزا پیل کړئ. انګریز د تل لپاره له دې سیمې څخه وباسئ

موږ دیني عالمانو، مامورینو، تجارانو، ژورنالیستانو اوداسی نورو ته وایو: ځانونه د تل لپاره د انګریز له غلامۍ څخه آزاد کړئ 

په همدې ډول، موږ د افغانستان ټولو قومونو او همدارنګه د کشمیر، پنجاب او سند ولسونو ته وایو: ځانونه، خپلې خویندې، وروڼه او خپل راتلونکي نسلونه د د انګریز څخه د تل لپاره آزاد کړئ

که تاسو افغان، پنجابي، سندي، یا کشمیري ژورنالیستان یاست، یا د تلویزیون چینلونو، ورځپاڼو یا مجلو لپاره کار کوئ - د انګریز په وړاندې خپله غزا پیل کړئ. د خپلو خویندو او وروڼو سره ودریږئ او د انګریز د کرایه سوو غلامانو څخه ځان جلا کړئ

موږ په بهر کې میشتو افغان او پاکستاني ولسونو ته هم وایو: د خپلو ولسونو او خپلو راتلونکو نسلونو د آزادۍ لپاره - د ظلم، استعمار او غلامۍ څخه د خلاصون لپاره، او د دې سیمې څخه د انګریز د تل لپاره د ایستلو لپاره خپل ږغ  پورته کړئ.

The English—and the slaves of the English—are in a state of complete panic.

We tell the Pakistani military: do not let yourselves be killed for the interests of the English. Whether you are soldiers or officers—do not fight against the holy fighters. If the holy fighters seek to occupy your posts, then lay down your weapons with joy and surrender. Do not let yourselves be killed for the sake of the English.

We ask the holy fighters: if soldiers, officers, police officers, or military personnel surrender, they are to be treated by the holy fighters with dignity and respect.

Likewise, we tell the police, police officers, and government officials: do not let yourselves be killed for the sake of English. Surrender to the holy fighters and wage a holy struggle for the freedom of your country. Drive the English out of this region forever.

We tell religious scholars, civil servants, businesspeople, journalists, and others: liberate yourselves forever from the servitude of the English.

Likewise, we tell all the tribes of Afghanistan, as well as the peoples of Kashmir, Punjab, and Sindh: liberate yourselves—along with your sisters, your brothers, and your future generations—from the English forever.

Whether you are Afghan, Punjabi, Sindhi, or Kashmiri journalists, or work for television channels, newspapers, or magazines—begin your holy struggle against the English. Stand by your sisters and brothers, and distance yourselves from the hired slaves of the English.

We also tell the Afghan and Pakistani people living abroad: raise your peacefull voices for the freedom of your peoples and your future generations—against oppression, colonialism, and servitude, and for the expulsion of the English from this region forever.
