انګریزان یو ځل بیا خپلی زړی لوبې او چلونه د خپلو کرايي غلامانو په وسیله ترسره کوي

قدرمنو آغلو او ښاغلو

د چینایانو تر شا په حقیقت کې انګریزان او د هغوی کرايي غلامان پټ دي. موږ د رسنیو له لارې خبر سوو چې په پېښور کې یوه غونډه، چې ورته «جرګه» ویل کېږي، ترسره کېږي. د دې غونډې تر شا په اصل کې د پاکستان پوځي استخباراتي اداره (أی ایس آی) ولاړه ده. دوی د دی غونډی ځینې ګډونوال غولولي دی او ځینې نور یی په پټه د ډالرو د ورکولو (رشوت) له لارې تر تاثیر لاندی راوستلی دي

موږ نه د پېښور دغه «جرګه» منو او نه هم د چین منځګړیتوب منو. موږ یوازې خپل حقونه منو او د خپلو حقونو غوښتنه کوو

په پاکستان کې د پوځي دیکتاتورانو رژیم داسې شرطونه وړاندې کوي چې د افغانستان لپاره د منلو وړ نه دي:

لومړی: پاکستان غواړي چې د ډیورنډ کرښه د رسمي پولې په توګه ومنل سي. خو موږ هېڅکله د دې کرښې له امله د خپل ولس او خاورې وېش نه سو منلی او نه به یې ومنو. له همدې امله، دا غوښتنه په کلکه ردوو

دوهم: پاکستان غواړي چې افغانستان له هندوستان سره خپلې اړیکې پرې کړي. خو هندوستان د پېړیو راهیسې د افغانستان یو باوري شریک او ښه ملګری دی او تل یې زموږ د افغانستان سره بې له کوم شرطه بشري مرستې کړې دي. ځکه نو د پاکستان دا غوښتنه هم بالکل ردوو

درېم: پاکستان غواړي چې د افغانستان بهرنۍ پالیسي دی د پاکستان تر اغېز لاندې وي. یعنی زموږ بهرنی سیاست دی د پاکستان په خوښه وی دا غوښتنه زموږ د ملی حاکمیت خلاف ده، ځکه نو د پاکستان دا غوښتنه هم په کلکه ردوو

څلورم: پاکستان هڅه کوی چی د افغانستان د واخان دهلېز تر خپل کنترول لاندی راولي. موږ په څرګنده وایو چې د خپلې خاورې هېڅ برخه — حتی یو سانتي متر — هیڅ چاته نه ورکوو

پنځم: پاکستان غواړي چې افغانستان یوازې تر ۶۰ زرو سرتېرو پورې محدود یعنی کمزوری پوځ ولري. دا غوښتنه هم په کلکه ردوو

شپږم: پاکستان غواړي چې افغانستان د کونړ پر سیند بند جوړ نه کړي. خو کونړ زموږ سیند دی، او هیڅ څوک موږ په خپل هېواد کې د بندونو د جوړولو څخه منع کولای نسی. د پاکستان دا غوښتنه هم د منلو وړ نه ده او په بشپړه توګه یی ردوو

اووم: پاکستان غواړي د افغانستان د طبیعي زیرمو په برخه کی امتیازات تر لاسه کړي او د طبیعي زیرمو تړونونه باید د پاکستان په خوښه تر سره سی. دا یو بې شرمانه غوښتنه ده او موږ یې هېڅکله نه منو

تر هغه وخته چې په پاکستان کې سیاسي واک د پوځي جنرالانو په لاس کې وي، موږ د اړیکو د عادي کېدو لپاره هېڅ امکان نه وینو. له همدې امله، موږ له پاکستان سره خپلې سوداګریزې اړیکې تر صفر پورې را ټیټی کړې دي. د اړیکو ښه کېدل یوازې هغه وخت ممکن دي چې سیاسي واک له پوځي جنرالانو څخه پارلمان ته ولېږدول سي، په پاکستان کې دیموکراتیک جوړښتونه پیاوړي سي، او یو ازاد حکومت رامنځته سي

موږ د سند، پنجاب او کشمیر پر ولسونو او همدارنګه د پاکستان د پارلمان پر غړو دا ږغ کوو چی راویښ سئ او د انګرانو او د هغوی د کرايي غلامانو پر ضد خپل ږغ پورته کړئ. خپل ځان، خپلې راتلونکې نسلونه، خپل پارلمان او خپلې محکمې له انګریزانو او د هغوی له غلامانو څخه ازاد کړئ

موږ له ملګرو ملتونو، په هاګ کې د نړیوالې جزایي محکمې او اروپایي اتحادیې څخه په کلکه غوښتنه کوو چې زموږ د ۲۰۲۶ کال د مارچ د ۲۲ نېټې لیک ته پام او احترام وکړي او د پاکستان جنګي مجرمین او دیکتاتوران محاکمه کړي

د ۲۰۲۶ کال د مارچ له ۲۲ وروسته، د پاکستان جنرالانو او دیکتاتورانو څو ځله پر کونړ د هاوان او راکټ بریدونه کړي دي. په دې بریدونو کې ۱۷ ملکي وګړي ټپیان سول، یو ماشوم ووژل سو او له ۸۰ څخه زیات کورونه ویجاړ سوي دي. ځینې بریدونه د شپې ترسره سوي دی، چې له امله یې ماشومان، ښځې او زاړه کسان اړ سول چې خپل کورونه پرېږدي او شپه تر سهاره پورې دباندی په باران کې تیره کړي

موږ له ملګرو ملتونو، په هاګ کې د نړیوالې جزایي محکمې او اروپایي اتحادیې څخه د عدالت غوښتنه کوو

The English are once again playing their old games and tricks with the help of their hired slaves.

Dear Sir or Madam,

behind the Chinese stand the English and their hired slaves. Through the media, we have learned that a gathering, a so-called “Jirga,” is taking place in Peshawar. In reality, this assembly is backed by the Pakistani military intelligence agency, the ISI. Some participants have been misled, while others are being influenced through covert dollar payments as bribes.

We do not accept the so-called “Jirga” in Peshawar, nor do we accept mediation by China. We recognize only our rights and demand our rights.

The regime of military dictators in Pakistan is imposing conditions that are unacceptable for Afghanistan:

First: Pakistan demands recognition of the Durand Line as the official border. We can and will never accept the division of our Afghan people and our territory caused by this line. We firmly reject this demand.

Second: Pakistan demands that Afghanistan sever its relations with India. However, India has been a reliable partner and good friend of Afghanistan for centuries and has repeatedly provided humanitarian assistance without demanding anything in return. We reject this demand as well.

Third: It is demanded that Afghanistan’s foreign policy be placed under Pakistani influence. This contradicts our sovereignty and is therefore explicitly rejected.

Fourth: Pakistan demands the cession of the Wakhan Corridor. We state unequivocally that we will not give up any part of our territory—not a single centimeter.

Fifth: According to Pakistan’s vision, Afghanistan should maintain only a very limited army of no more than 60,000 soldiers. We categorically reject this demand.

Sixth: Pakistan is attempting to prevent Afghanistan from building a dam on the Kunar River. The Kunar is our river, and we will not allow anyone to forbid us from constructing a dam within our own country. This demand is completely unacceptable and is firmly rejected.

Seventh: Pakistan is attempting to claim the right to decide over Afghanistan’s natural resources and to determine with whom related contracts may be concluded. This is an outrageous demand that we cannot and will not accept under any circumstances.

As long as political power in Pakistan remains in the hands of military generals, we see no basis for the normalization of relations. Therefore, we have reduced our trade relations with Pakistan to zero. An improvement in relations will only be possible when power is transferred from the military generals to the parliament, democratic structures are strengthened, and the country adopts a liberal government.

We call upon the people of Sindh, Punjab, and Kashmir, as well as the members of the Pakistani parliament: wake up and raise your voices against the English and their hired slaves. Through peaceful struggle, free yourselves, your future generations, your parliament, and your judiciary from the English and their slaves.

We urgently call upon the United Nations, the International Criminal Court in The Hague, and the European Union to take into account and respect our letter dated March 22, 2026, and to hold the war criminals and dictators in Pakistan accountable.

After March 22, 2026, Pakistani generals and dictators have repeatedly carried out grenade, rocket, and mortar shell-attacks on Kunar. As a result, 17 civilians were injured, one child was killed, and more than 80 houses were destroyed. Some of these attacks took place at night, forcing children, women, and elderly people to leave their homes and remain outdoors in the rain until morning.

We ask the United Nations, the International Criminal Court in The Hague, and the European Union for justice.
