موږ د رسنیو له لارې خبر سوي یو چې پاکستان له افغانستان څخه لاندې درې غوښتنې لري
۱.افغانستان باید د (ټی ټی پی) ډله د ترهګرو په توګه ومني
۲.افغانستان باید په افغانستان کې د (ټی ټی پی) مرکزونه او بنسټیز جوړښتونه له منځه یوسي
۳.افغانستان باید ثبوتونه وړاندې کړي چې د پاکستان پورتنی غوښتنې یې پوره کړې دي
دا غوښتنې له پلمو پرته بل څه نه دي. پاکستان په همدې ډول د کلونو راهیسې نړیواله ټولنه د درواغو او چلونو له لارې غولولې ده
موږ په خپل لیک کې چې د ۲۰۲۶ کال د مارچ په ۲۲ مه نېټه مو لیکلی وو، لا دمخه روښانه کړې وه چې پاکستان له افغانستان څخه څه غواړي او په دی هکله زموږ ځوابونه څه دي
په حقیقت کې، (ټی ټی پی) ترهګر نه دي. د پاکستان ترهګره پوځ له ډیرو کلونو راهیسې د ډیورند کرښې دواړو غاړو ته نسلوژنه ترسره کوي. د دې له امله ګڼ بېګناه خلک – لکه ماشومان، ښځې او زاړه خلګ – وژل سوي دي. د دغو قربانیانو د کورنۍ غړی د پاکستان د ترهګر پوځ له بېرې غرونو ته تښتېدلي دي. هغوی غرنیو سیمو ته تللی دی ترڅو له ځان څخه دفاع وکړي او خپل ولس او راتلونکي نسلونه د پاکستان د ترهګر پوځ څخه آزاد کړی. پاکستان دا خلک د (ټی ټی پی) ترهګر بولي، خو د افغانستان ولس هغوی ته “د ازادۍ زمریان” وایي
په پاکستان کې د (آی ایس آی) اداره د ترهګریزو سازمانونو یو مرکز دی چې تر ۳۰ ډېرې ترهګرې ډلې یې روزلي دي، چې پکښې د داعش خراسان ډله هم شامله ده. دغه ډلې افغانستان، هند او نورو هېوادونو ته لېږل کېږي ترڅو هلته ترهګریز بریدونه وکړي او بېثباتي رامنځته کړي. ښاغلی عاصم منیر او د هغه جنرالان سل په سلو کې د جګړې مجرمین دی او سل په سلو کې ترهګر دي
موږ د سند، پنجاب او کشمیر ولسونو او همدارنګه د پاکستان د پارلمان غړو ته وایو: لکه څنګه چې تاسو پوهېږئ، ښاغلی عاصم منیر، د هغه جنرالان او د (آی ایس آی) افسران او منسوبین د بهرنیو غلامان دي. هغوی نه یوازې سند، پنجاب او کشمیر، بلکې افغانستان ته هم خیانت کوي. ټوله سره یو سئ او ځانونه د جنګی جنایتکاره عاصم منیر، د هغه له جنرالانو او نورو ترهګرو دیکتاتورانو څخه ازاد کړئ. هغوی ونیسئ او د هاګ نړیوالې جزایي محکمې ته یې وسپارئ
کله چې تاسو ښاغلی عاصم منیر، د هغه جنرالان او نور د جګړې مجرم دیکتاتوران د هاګ نړیوالې جزایي محکمې ته وسپارئ، مهرباني وکړئ د افغانستان حکومت هم خبر کړئ.

We, the people of greater Afghanistan, declare that Mr. Asim Munir, the military generals of the ISI, and the dictators of Pakistan are war criminals and terrorists.
Dear Sir or Madam,
Through the media, we have learned that Pakistan is making the following three demands of Afghanistan:
- Afghanistan should recognize the TTP group as terrorists.
- Afghanistan should destroy the TTP infrastructure in Afghanistan.
- Afghanistan should provide evidence that the above demands of Pakistan have been fulfilled.
These demands are nothing more than excuses. In this way, Pakistan has deceived the international community for many years with lies and tricks.
In our letter dated March 22, 2026, we already explained what demands Pakistan has made of Afghanistan and what our responses are.
In reality, the TTP are not terrorists. Pakistan’s terror army has been committing genocide on both sides of the Durand Line for several years. As a result, many innocent people—including infants, women, and the elderly—have been killed. The family members of these victims have fled to the mountains out of fear of Pakistan’s terror army. They have retreated there to defend themselves and to liberate their people and future generations from Pakistan’s terror army. Pakistan claims that these people are TTP terrorists. However, the Afghan people call them “the lions of freedom.”
The ISI office in Pakistan is a center of terrorist operations that has trained more than 30 terrorist groups, including ISIS-Khorasan. These groups are sent to Afghanistan, India, and other countries to carry out terrorist attacks and create instability. Mr. Asim Munir and his generals are 100% war criminals and terrorists.
We address the people of Sindh, Punjab, and Kashmir, as well as the members of Pakistan’s parliament: As you know, Mr. Asim Munir, his generals, and the officers of the ISI serve as slaves to foreign interests. They betray Sindh, Punjab, Kashmir, and Afghanistan alike. Unite and free yourselves from the war criminal Asim Munir, his generals, and other terrorist dictators. Arrest them and hand them over to the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
After you have handed over Mr. Asim Munir, his generals, and the war criminal dictators to the International Criminal Court in The Hague, please inform the Afghan government.
