موږ د اپریل په لسمه، ۲۰۲۶ د هرات ولایت په انجیل ولسوالۍ کې د ترسره سوي وحشتناک عمل په اړه د رسنیو له لاری په ډیره خواشینۍ سره خبر ترلاسه کړ
د رسنی ود راپورونو له مخې، ګڼ شمېر ملکي وګړي، چې ښځې او ماشومان هم پکښې شامل وه، انجیل ولسوالی ته د تفریح لپاره وتلي وه، چې ناڅاپه وسله والو کسانو پر دغو بېګناه خلکو ډزې وکړې. په دې وحشیانه برید کې تر ۳۰ زیات کسان شهیدان سول او ۱۳ نور ټپیان سول
موږ د ملکي وګړو وژنه په کلکه غندو. د افغانستان خلک د دې ظالمانه پېښې د قربانیانو په ویر کې غمشریک دي
موږ شهیدانو ته د جنت فردوس مقام غواړو. ټپیانو ته د ژر او بشپړې روغتیا هیله لرو. د قربانیانو له کورنیو سره خپله ژوره خواخوږي او تسلیت وړاندې کوو
موږ غوښتنه کوو چې د شهیدانوکورنیو ته د هر شهید په بدل کې ۵۰۰۰ امریکايي ډالر او ټپیانو ته ۲۰۰۰ ډالر مالي مرسته د دولت له بودجې څخه ورکول سي
سربېره پر دې، موږ د افغانستان له اړوندو ادارو په کلکه غوښتنه کوو چې د دی پیښی عاملین ژر تر ژره پیدا کړي، ویی نیسي او عدالت ته یې وسپاري، څو د قانون له مخې په سخت ترینه توګه مجازات سي
هغه کسان ته چې دولتی ادارو ته داسې معلومات وړاندې کړي چې د مجرمینو د نیولو سبب سي، هغوی ته دی د دولتی خزانی څخه د ۳۰۰,۰۰۰ افغانیو انعام ورکول سي

We strongly condemn the massacre of civilians on April 10, 2026, in Injil district, Herat province.
Dear Sir or Madam,
It is with great shock that we learned from the media about the heinous act that took place on April 10, 2026, in Injil district in Herat province.
According to media reports, numerous civilians, including women and children, were on an outing in the region when armed attackers opened fire on these innocent people. More then 30 people were killed and 13 others injured in this brutal attack.
We strongly condemn this massacre of the civilian population. The Afghan people mourn deeply for the victims of this cruel act.
We wish the deceased the highest place in paradise. We extend our best wishes for a speedy and full recovery to the injured. Our sincere condolences and deepest sympathy go out to the families of the victims.
We call for financial support from the state in the amount of USD 5,000 per victim for the families of those killed, and USD 2,000 for each of the injured.
Furthermore, we urgently call on the responsible Afghan authorities to identify, arrest, and bring the perpetrators to justice as quickly as possible, so that they may be punished to the full extent of the law.
Individuals who provide useful information leading to the capture of the perpetrators should be rewarded with 300,000 Afghanis from state funds.
