قدرمنو اغلو او ښاغلو

موږ د رسنیو له لارې خبر سوو چې اروپایي ټولنه غواړي په راتلونکو اونیو کې د طالبانو د رژیم استازي د بلجیم د بروکسل ښار ته راوبولي، څو د افغان کډوالو د بېرته ستنېدو په اړه خبرې وکړي

په افغانستان کې وضعیت له لوی ناورین سره مخامخ دی او د ژورې اندېښنې وړ دی. د امنیت حالت او د خلکو د ژوند خوندیتوب دواړه په سخت خطر کې دي. سربېره پر دې، د بشري حقونو په برخه کې جدي نیمګړتیاوې او ستونزی سته او اقتصادي وضعیت هم ډېر خراب دی. له نږدې پنځو لسیزو راهیسې دا هېواد له دوامداره شخړو سره مخ دی. افغان ولس د دغه ناورین او خراب حالت پړه پر غاړه نه لري؛ بلکې بهرنیو هېوادونو د اوسني حالت په رامنځته کېدو کې  په لوړه کچه ونډه درلودلې ده. د افغانستان د خلکو سره لوی ظلم سوی دی او بنسټیز حقونه یې ډېر ځله ترې اخیستل سوي یا تر پښو لاندی سوی دي

ځکه نو موږ غوښتنه کوو چې افغان کډوالو ته دې اجازه ورکول سي څو د اروپایي ټولنې په هېوادونو کې تر هغه وخته پوری پاتې سي، چې په افغانستان کې یوه ثابته او دوامداره سوله او په پوره امن کی د ژوند کولو شرایط برابر سی

Petition to the International Community

Dear Sir or Madam,

We have learned through the media that the European Union intends to invite representatives of the Taliban regime to Brussels in the coming weeks to hold discussions on the return of Afghan refugees.

The situation in Afghanistan is catastrophic and deeply alarming in many respects. Both the security conditions and the threats to people’s lives remain severe. In addition, there are serious human rights violations and a devastating economic crisis. For nearly five decades, the country has been marked by continuous conflict. The Afghan people are not to blame for this situation; rather, external actors and countries have also contributed to the current circumstances. The people of Afghanistan have suffered grave injustices, and their fundamental rights have repeatedly been denied.

Against this background, we call for Afghan refugees to be allowed to remain in the countries of the European Union until stable and lasting peace, as well as reliable living conditions, are ensured in Afghanistan.
