کله چې د ۲۰۲۰ کال د مې په میاشت کې یوی پاکستانۍ مسافر وړونکې الوتکی سقوط وکړ، د رسنیو د راپورونو له مخې پلټنو وښودله چې د پاکستان له ۸۶۰ پیلوټانو څخه شاوخوا ۲۶۲ تنو د جعلي پیلوټي جوازونو په واسطه دندې ترسره کولې
د ډیورنډ کرښې دواړو غاړو ته پرته سیمه لوی افغانستان دی. لوی افغانستان په شاوخوا ۱۰۰ میلیونو افغان ولس پورې اړه لري. خو پاکستان له کلونو راهیسې هڅه کوي چې د ډیورنډ کرښې دواړو غاړو ته میشت افغان ولس د ناقانونه, ظالمانه او جنایي لارو چارو په کارولو سره په پراخه کچه وځوروي، او د زور زیاتي او بیرولو له لارې دوی دې ته اړ باسي چې د ډیورنډ کرښه د پولې په توګه ومني. د پاکستان لخوا دا ډول کړنې لوی جنایت دي
د ډیرو کلونو راهیسې د پاکستان پوځ په پرلهپسې توګه پر افغان خاورې بریدونه کوي. په دغو بریدونو کې جنګي الوتکې، بی پیلوټه الوتکی، توغندي، هاوانونه او راکټونه کارول کېږي. د افغانستان په ګڼو ولایتونو کې د پاکستان د بریدونو له امله کورونه، دوکانونه، روغتونونه، ښوونځي، پوهنتونونه او نور ملکي تاسیسات ویجاړ یا زیانمن سوي دي. یوازې په تېرو شاوخوا درې میاشتو کې سلګونه بېګناه ملکي وګړي ــ چې ښځې، ماشومان او زاړه کسان پکښې شامل وه ــ وژل سوي دی او ګڼ شمیر نور ټپیان سوي دي
د راپورونو له مخې، ځینې خلک د شپې په خپلو کورونو کې د خوب پر مهال په نښه سوي دي. په نورو پېښو کې ښځې د ورځنیو کارونو لکه پخلي او کالیو مینځلو پر مهال او ماشومان د لوبو پر وخت وژل سوي دي. د شپې د خوا بریدونه په خلکو کې بیره رامینځته کوې. ګڼ شمېر کورنۍ، په ځانګړي ډول ښځې او ماشومان، اړ سي چې د شپې خپل کورونه پرېږدي او په سختو شرایطو کې له کوره بهر شپه تېره کړي. ځینې وختونه هغوی باران ته تر سهاره پوری دباندی ناست وي

د ۲۰۲۶ کال د مې په نهمه، د افغانستان پخواني ولسمشر حامد کرزي پر خپله اېکس پاڼه لیکلي دی چې، پر افغانستان د وروستیو تېریو په لړ کې د پاکستان له لوري د ډیورنډ فرضي کرښې ته څېرمه پر مېشتو سیمو او اوسېدونکو یې پوځي او اقتصادي فشارونه زیات سوي دي
ښاغلي کرزي ویلي دی چې، د دغه وضعیت په پایله کې د کرښې د دواړو غاړو د ځیني قومي مشرانو ترمنځ د ’’امن د هوکړې‘‘ په نوم اسناد لاسلیک سوي دی. ښاغلي کرزی لیکلي دی چې، دا د پاکستان له خوا د ډیورند فرضي کرښې ته د رسمیت ورکولو یو ډول هڅه او د افغانستان د ملي حاکمیت خلاف عمل بلل کېږي. هغه له اړوندو چارواکو وغوښتل چې د دغه سند په اړه ولس ته وضاحت ورکړي
موږ په بشپړه توګه روښانه کوو چې موږ به هېڅکله دا ډول هوکړی یا لاسلیکونه ونه منو
لکه څنګه چې موږ د ۲۰۲۶ کال د مارچ د ۲۲مې نېټې په خپل لیک کې هم یادونه کړې وه، پاکستان هڅه کوي افغانستان د بېلابېلو غوښتنو منلو ته اړ کړي، چې د افغانستان لپاره هیڅ د منلو وړ نه دي. د دوې ځینی غوښتنی دا دي
لومړی: پاکستان غواړي چې د ډیورنډ کرښه د رسمي پولې په توګه ومنل سي. خو موږ هېڅکله د دې کرښې له امله د خپل ولس او خاورې وېش نه سو منلی او نه به یې ومنو. له همدې امله، دا غوښتنه په کلکه ردوو
دوهم: پاکستان غواړي چې افغانستان له هندوستان سره خپلې اړیکې پرې کړي. خو هندوستان د پېړیو راهیسې د افغانستان یو باوري شریک او ښه ملګری دی او تل یې زموږ د افغانستان سره بې له کوم شرطه بشري مرستې کړې دي. ځکه نو د پاکستان دا غوښتنه هم بالکل ردوو
درېم: پاکستان غواړي چې د افغانستان بهرنۍ پالیسي دی د پاکستان تر اغېز لاندې وي. یعنی زموږ بهرنی سیاست دی د پاکستان په خوښه وی دا غوښتنه زموږ د ملی حاکمیت خلاف ده، ځکه نو د پاکستان دا غوښتنه هم په کلکه ردوو
څلورم: پاکستان هڅه کوی چی د افغانستان د واخان دهلېز تر خپل کنترول لاندی راولي. موږ په څرګنده وایو چې د خپلې خاورې هېڅ برخه — حتی یو سانتي متر — هیڅ چاته نه ورکوو
پنځم: پاکستان غواړي چې افغانستان یوازې تر ۶۰ زرو سرتېرو پورې محدود یعنی کمزوری پوځ ولري. دا غوښتنه هم په کلکه ردوو

افغانستان یو آزاد او خپلواک هېواد دی. د افغانستان ولس خلک حق لري چې خپلې کورنۍ، بهرنۍ او امنیتي پالیسۍ په خپلواکه توګه وټاکي. خو د پاکستان پوځي مشرتابه هڅه کوي افغانستان بېثباته کړي او تر خپل سیاسي نفوذ لاندې یې راولي. نړیواله ټولنه باید بالاخره د پاکستان اصلي څېره وپېژني، خپل دریځ له سره وارزوي، او نور د پاکستان په دوکه، ناسمو معلوماتو، درغلۍ او درواغو خطا نه وزي.

Petition to the United Nations and the European Union Regarding Serious Criminal Actions by Pakistan
Dear Sir or Madam,
Anyone who supports Pakistani war criminals and serious criminals will ultimately face the consequences. You already know this.
For years, Pakistan has been known for serious criminal activities, including forgery, fraud, deception, corruption, manipulation, disinformation, and lies. Numerous documents are forged in Pakistan in exchange for money, including international documents. Among the forged documents are doctoral degrees, diplomas, pilot licenses, and other official records. State authorities are widely regarded as highly corrupt.
When a Pakistani passenger plane crashed in May 2020, investigations reportedly found that around 262 of the country's 860 pilots were suspected of having worked with fake pilot licenses, according to media reports.
The territory on both sides of the Durand Line is Greater Afghanistan. Greater Afghanistan belongs to the Afghan nation of around 100 million people. However, for years Pakistan has been attempting to massively oppress the Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line through illegal means and criminal methods, and to force them through blackmail and intimidation to accept the Durand Line as a border. Such actions by Pakistan must be classified as highly criminal.
For several years, the Pakistani military has repeatedly carried out attacks on Afghan territory. These attacks have involved fighter jets, drones, rockets, mortar shells, and artillery. In numerous provinces of Afghanistan, homes, shops, hospitals, schools, universities, and other civilian facilities have been destroyed or damaged. In the past roughly three months alone, several hundred innocent civilians—including women, children, infants, and elderly people—have been killed, and many more have been injured. According to reports, some people were struck at night while sleeping in their homes. In other cases, women were killed while carrying out everyday tasks such as cooking or washing, and children were killed while playing. Many of the attacks took place during the night, spreading fear and insecurity among the population. Numerous families, including women and children, were forced to leave their homes at night and spend the night outdoors under difficult conditions. In some cases, they had to remain outside until morning in the rain and without adequate protection.
On May 1, 2026, media outlets reported that the International Committee of the Red Cross stated that around 136,000 people in eastern Afghanistan, in Nuristan Province, had been cut off from food, medical care, and basic services for several weeks after an important road in Afghanistan was blocked by Pakistan’s military.
On May 9, 2026, former Afghan President Hamid Karzai stated on his X account that Pakistan’s military and economic pressure on the regions and inhabitants near the so-called Durand Line has recently increased further. Karzai further stated that as a result of these developments, documents under the title “Peace Agreement” had been signed between certain tribal elders on both sides of the border. Mr. Karzai emphasized that this is viewed as an attempt by Pakistan to grant official status to the so-called Durand Line, which constitutes a violation of Afghanistan’s national sovereignty. Finally, Mr. Karzai called on the responsible authorities to inform the population about the content of this alleged document.
We hereby make it unmistakably clear that under no circumstances will we accept such agreements or signatures.
As we stated in our letter of March 22, 2026, Pakistan is furthermore attempting to force Afghanistan to accept various demands. These include in particular:
- Pakistan demands recognition of the Durand Line as an official border. However, we can and will never accept the division of our Afghan people and our territory caused by this line. For this reason, we firmly reject this demand.
- Pakistan demands that Afghanistan end its relations with India. However, India has for centuries been a reliable partner and good friend of Afghanistan and has repeatedly provided humanitarian assistance without demanding anything in return. We also reject this demand.
- Pakistan demands that Afghanistan’s foreign policy be placed under Pakistani influence. This contradicts our sovereignty and is therefore explicitly rejected as well.
- Pakistan demands the cession of the Wakhan Corridor. We make it unmistakably clear that we will not surrender any part of our territory — not even a single centimeter.
- According to Pakistan’s vision, Afghanistan should maintain only a very limited army of a maximum of 60,000 soldiers. We categorically reject this demand as well.
- Pakistan seeks to prevent Afghanistan from building a dam on the Kunar River. The Kunar is our river. We will not allow anyone to forbid us from building a dam in our own country on our own river. This demand by Pakistan is completely unacceptable, and we categorically reject it.
- Pakistan attempts to arrogate to itself the right to decide over Afghanistan’s natural resources and determine with whom corresponding contracts may be concluded. This is also an outrageous demand that we can under no circumstances accept, and we firmly reject it.
Furthermore, there are additional absurd and naive demands by Pakistan that we consider unacceptable and therefore reject in their entirety.
Afghanistan is a free and independent country. The Afghan people have the right to independently determine their domestic, foreign, and security policies. However, the Pakistani military leadership is attempting to destabilize Afghanistan and bring it under its political influence.
The international community should finally recognize the true face of Pakistan, reconsider its position, and no longer allow itself to be misled by Pakistan’s deception, disinformation, fraud, falsification, and lies.
