د بدخشان ګران ولس ته

زموږ د بدخشان خویندو او وروڼو

هوښیار او بیدار اوسئ، او په تدبیر سره عمل وکړئ. خپل عقل او فکر وکاروئ او مه پرېږدئ چې یو د بل پر وړاندې وپارول سئ. له اوږدې مودې راهیسې د پاکستان د استخباراتي ادارې (آی ایس آی) له تګلارو څخه یوه دا بلل کېږي چې د افغانستان بېلابېل قومونه د یو بل پر وړاندې وکاروي او د هغوی ترمنځ شخړې را وپاروي. د پاکستان د (آی ایس آی) اداره غواړی چی اوس بیا خپله زړه ستراتیژی وکاروی

دا به تاسی معلومه وی چې په ۱۹۹۲ کال کې، کابل د (آی ایس آی) په قومانده سره په سخته توګه ویجاړ او د مځکی سره برابر سو. د ځینو راپورونو له مخې، له ۶۵،۰۰۰ څخه زیاتو خلکو خپل ژوند له لاسه ورکړ، پداسې حال کې چې نور اټکلونه د مړو شمیر تر ۲۰۰،۰۰۰ پورې ښیي.

موږ خبر سوي یو چې د افغانستان د کانونو او طبیعي زېرمو په تړاو څو ځله شخړې رامنځته سوې دي، چې له امله یې بېګناه خلک وژل سوي او یا ټپیان سوي دي.

د افغانستان طبیعي زېرمې ـ که د سرو زرو کانونه وي او که نورې شتمنۍ په بدخشان یا د هېواد په نورو سیمو کې وی ـ د ټول افغان ولس ګډ ملکیت دی او په بیت المال پوری اړه لری چی باید د شخړو او وینې تویېدو لامل ونه ګرځي.

له همدې امله موږ په بدخشان کې د خپلو خویندو او وروڼو څخه ، او همدارنګه د لوی افغانستان د ټولو قومونو څخه، دا غوښتنه کوو چې د ورورولۍ، یووالي او همغږۍ لاسونه سره ورکړئ او د پاکستان د کرایه سوو غلامانو پر وړاندی سره یو سی

To the Beloved People of Badakhshan,

Our sisters and brothers in Badakhshan,

Please be wise, vigilant, and act with prudence. Use your judgment and do not allow yourselves to be turned against one another. It has long been part of the strategy attributed to Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) to play Afghanistan’s various tribes against each other and to fuel conflicts among them.

It is well known that in 1992, Kabul was heavily destroyed and razed to the ground under the command and with the support of the ISI. According to some reports, more than 65,000 people lost their lives, while other estimates suggest a death toll of up to 200,000. 

We have learned that conflicts related to Afghanistan’s mineral resources have repeatedly occurred, resulting in the deaths and injuries of innocent people.

Afghanistan’s natural resources—whether gold mines or other resources in Badakhshan or elsewhere in the country—belong to the entire Afghan people. They are a shared national heritage and must not become a cause of conflict and bloodshed.

Therefore, we appeal to our sisters and brothers in Badakhshan as well as to all the tribes of Greater Afghanistan: Extend the hand of brotherhood and solidarity to one another. Unite against the hired slaves of Pakistan.
