محترمو ښاغلو او آغلو
له ډېرو کلونو راهیسې زموږ هزاره او شیعه وروڼه او خویندې په افغانستان کې له ظلم او جبر سره مخ دي. د هغوی بنسټیز حقوق په وار وار نقض سوي او تر پښو لاندې سوي دي. هغوی په وار وار د بریدونو، تاوتریخوالي، ځورونې او تبعیض قرباني سوي دي. دا ظلم اوس هم دوام لري.
لاندې غواړو، د بېلګې په توګه، د هزارهګانو او شیعهګانو پر وړاندې څو بریدونه یاد کړو:
د ۲۰۲۱ کال د مې په ۸مه، د کابل ښار د دشت برچي په سیمه کې د سیدالشهدا عالي لېسه د چاودنو په لړۍ کې په نښه سوه. ۸۵ کسان ووژل سول او ۲۱۶ نور ټپیان سول. د قربانیانو ډېری برخه هزارهګان وه.
د ۲۰۲۲ کال د سپتمبر په ۳۰مه، د کابل د دشت برچي په سیمه کې پر کاج ښوونیز مرکز برید وسو. ۵۴ کسان ووژل سول او ۱۱۴ نور ټپیان سول. د قربانیانو ډېری برخه ځوانې هزاره ښځې او نجونې وې.
د ۲۰۲۶ کال د اګست په ۱۷مه، د کابل د دشت برچي په سیمه کې د شمع هدایت پر خصوصي ښوونځي د لاسي بمونو برید وسو. د ښوونځي د معلوماتو له مخې، ۵۲ زدهکوونکي ټپیان سول. د قربانیانو ډېری برخه هزاره ماشومان وه.
سربېره پر دې، د تاوتریخوالي د نورو ډولونو په اړه هم راپورونه ورکړل سوي دی، چې پکښې په ځینو ښوونځیو کې د اوبو مسمومول هم شامل دي چې هزاره او شیعه زدهکوونکي پکښې زدهکړې کوي.
د لوی افغانستان هزارهګان او شیعهګان زموږ خویندې او وروڼه دي. هغوی وطنپال دي او زموږ له ګډ وطن، لوی افغانستان، سره مینه لري.
لوی افغانستان یوازې د پښتنو هیواد نه دی؛ بلکې د افغان ولس د ټولو قومونو او دیني ټولنو ګډه خاوره ده—که هغه پښتانه وي، هزارهګان، بلوڅ، تاجکان، ازبکان، پشهیان او یا د نورو قومونو غړي؛ او که شیعهګان وي، سنيان او یا د نورو دینونو پیروان.
دا ټول خلک د افغان ولس برخه دي او مساوي حقوق او مساوي انساني کرامت لري.
هر کله چې د افغانستان د دفاع خبره راغلې ده، هزارهګان او د نورو قومونو غړي، همدارنګه شیعهګان، سنيان او د نورو دیني ټولنو غړي، د افغان پوځ په لومړۍ کرښه کې اوږه په اوږه دریدلی دی.
موږ د افغانستان واکمنانو ته جدي خبرداری ورکوو:
پر هزارهګانو ظلم مه کوئ. د هغوی حقوق مه نقضوئ او د هغوی حقونه تر پښو مه لاندې کوئ.
هیڅوک باید د قوم یا دیني عقیدې له امله و نه ځورول سي، له تبعیض سره مخ نه سي او د تاوتریخوالي قرباني نه سي.

Dear Sir or Madam,
For many years, our Hazara and Shiite brothers and sisters in Afghanistan have been subjected to oppression. Their fundamental rights have repeatedly been violated and trampled upon. They have repeatedly been victims of attacks, violence, persecution, and discrimination. This threat continues to this day.
Below, we would like to highlight, by way of example, several attacks against Hazaras and Shiites:
- On May 8, 2021, the Sayed-ul-Shuhada High School in the Dasht-e Barchi district of Kabul was targeted in a series of explosions. 85 people were killed and 216 were injured. The vast majority of the victims were Hazara.
- On September 30, 2022, the Kaaj Educational Center in Dasht-e Barchi, Kabul, was attacked. 54 people were killed and 114 were injured. The majority of the victims were young Hazara women and girls.
- On August 17, 2026, an attack involving hand grenades took place at the Sham-e-Hedayat private school in the Dasht-e Barchi area of Kabul. According to the school, 52 students were injured. The victims were predominantly Hazara children.
In addition, there have been reports of other forms of violence and intimidation, including the poisoning of water at schools attended by Hazara and Shiite students.
The Hazaras and Shiites of Greater Afghanistan are our brothers and sisters. They are patriots and love our shared homeland, Greater Afghanistan.
Greater Afghanistan does not belong solely to the Pashtuns; it is the common homeland of all ethnic groups and religious communities of the Afghan people—regardless of whether they are Pashtuns, Hazaras, Baloch, Tajiks, Uzbeks, Pashai, or members of other ethnic groups, and regardless of whether they are Shiites, Sunnis, or members of other religions.
All these people are part of the Afghan people and have equal rights and equal dignity.
Whenever it came to defending Afghanistan, Hazaras and members of other ethnic groups, as well as Shiites, Sunnis, and members of other religious communities, stood shoulder to shoulder on the front lines of the Afghan army.
We issue an urgent and emphatic warning to the rulers of Afghanistan:
Do not oppress the Hazaras. Do not violate their rights, and do not trample upon their rights.
No one may be persecuted, discriminated against, or subjected to violence because of their ethnic background or religious beliefs.
