زموږ د لوی افغانستان ګران ولسه، سلامونه

له ډېرو کلونو راهیسې د ډیورنډ کرښې په دواړو غاړو کې جګړې، شخړې او ظلمونه روان دي. په دې کې بندی کول، شکنجه، هدفي وژنې او عامه وژنې شاملې دي. د دغو پېښو قربانیان ماشومان، ښځې، زاړه خلګ او ګڼ شمېر نور بې ګناه انسانان دي.

موږ په دې باور یو چې دغه جګړې او شخړې زموږ پر هېواد او زموږ پر ولس تپل سوې دي، څو د جګړو، بې ثباتۍ او شخړو په دوران کې دوی زموږ طبیعي زېرمې په ټیټو بیو استخراج او لوټ کړی.

د همدې موخې لپاره، د ډېرو کلونو په اوږدو کې بېلابېل جوړښتونه رامنځته او ملاتړ سوي دي، چې په پنجابستان کې د «۴۰ غلو او ډاکوګانو» په ګډون، زموږ په هېواد کې د جګړې، شخړو او بې ثباتۍ د دوام لپاره کارول کېږي. هغه خلک چې د ډیورنډ کرښې په دواړو غاړو کې خپل ږغ پورته کوي او خپل حقونه غواړي، تعقیب، بندی، شکنجه او وژل کېږي. دغو ظلمونو زموږ پر ولس ډېر لوی درد او کړاو راوستی دی.

له ډېرې مودې راهیسې د دوی یو بنسټیز پلان دا دی چې بېلابېلې سیاسي او مذهبي ډلې د ځانګړو ګټو لپاره وکارول سي.

د سلفیانو یوه ډله د اسلام په نوم، یا د دیني ایډیالوژیو تر پوښښ لاندې، رامنځته او پیاوړې سوه، څو د هغې له لارې پر افغانستان نفوذ او کنټرول اعمال سي او د هېواد طبیعي زېرمې په ټیټو بیو استخراج او چور سي. بله ډله د ډیموکراسۍ په نوم رامنځته سوه، چې د افغانستان ولس یې د «افغان مافیا» په نوم یادوي. «افغان مافیا» هم د دې لپاره کارول کېږي چې د افغانستان طبیعي زېرمې په ټیټو بیو استخراج او لوټ سي.

په ۲۰۱۷ کال کې د افغانستان د طبیعي زېرمو ارزښت شاوخوا ۳ ټریلیون امریکايي ډالر، یعنې ۳۰۰۰ میلیارد ډالر، اټکل سوی وو. له هغه وخت راهیسې د ډېرو خامو موادو بیې لوړې سوی دی او د ډیرو موادو بیې دوه، درې او حتی څلور برابره سوې دي.

د پرتله کولو لپاره، د اټکلونو له مخې د اوکراین د طبیعي زېرمو ټولیز ارزښت د افغانستان د زېرمو له نیمایي څخه هم کم دی. په داسې حال کې چې د اوکراین د زېرمو ارزښت شاوخوا ۱۴ ټریلیون امریکايي ډالر اټکل سوی دی، د افغانستان زېرمې په ۲۰۱۷ کال کې شاوخوا ۳ ټریلیون ډالر اټکل سوې وې، چې دا اټکل سوی ارزښت د بازار له واقعي نرخ څخه ډېر ټیټ وو. د نن ورځې واقعي ټولیز ارزښت یې ښايي له ۳۵ څخه تر ۳۸ ټریلیون امریکايي ډالرو پورې وي.

خو د افغانستان د طبیعي زېرمو حقیقي ارزښت هغه مهال په باوري توګه معلومېدای سي چې په لوی افغانستان کې جګړې او شخړې پای ته ورسېږي او د افغانستان طبیعي زېرمې د یوې بې پرې، خپلواکې او روڼې ارزونې پر بنسټ وارزول سي.

موږ نه غواړو چې تر اوسنیو شرایطو لاندې د افغانستان د طبیعي زېرمو په اړه پانګونې وسی؛ په داسی حال چې په لوی افغانستان کی لا هم اور بل دي، زموږ حقوق تر پښو لاندې کېږي او هڅه کېږي چې زموږ طبیعي سرچینې د سیاسي فشار او اقتصادي چلبازی له لارې تر خپل واقعي ارزښت څخه په ډېره ټیټه بیه ترلاسه سي.

لومړی باید په لوی افغانستان کې بشپړه او تلپاتې سوله ټینګه سي. زموږ ولس باید خپله آزادي او بنسټیز حقوق ترلاسه کړي. له هغې وروسته باید زموږ د طبیعي زېرمو واقعي ارزښت په خپلواکه او روڼ ډول معلوم سي. یوازې تر هغه وروسته نړیوال پانګه‌وال کولای سي د افغانستان په طبیعي زېرمو کې پانګونه وکړي.

موږ، د لوی افغانستان ولس، له ۵۰ سلنې څخه په پورته کچه، د ډېرې سترې بېکارۍ سره مخ یو، اقتصادي او کاری فرصتونو ته اړتیا لرو. ځکه نو زموږ د طبیعي زېرمو پروسس او تولید باید په خپل هېواد کې ترسره سي، البته د روښانه قوانینو او ‍د چاپېریال د خوندیتوب معیارونو پر بنسټ. یوازې په دې توګه کولای سو دوامدار کاري فرصتونه رامنځته کړو او د افغانستان دننه اقتصادي ارزښت او واقعی ګټه تر لاسه کړو.

اسلام یو سوله‌ییز دین دی. موږ، د لوی افغانستان ولس ، اسلام ته درناوی لرو. همدارنګه د نړۍ ټولو نورو دینونو، ټولو هېوادونو او د نړۍ ټولو ولسونو ته درناوی کوو.

د افغانستان طبیعي زېرمې د کوم خاص هېواد لپاره ځانګړې سوې نه دي. هر هغه هېواد او هر هغه شرکت چې موږ ته عادلانه او د بازار له اصولو سره سم قیمت وړاندې کړي او زموږ هېواد، زموږ خپلواکی، زموږ ولس او زموږ حقونو ته درناوي وکړي، هغه به د افغانستان په طبیعي زېرمو کې د پانګونې فرصت ولري؛ دا بیفرقه ده چې هغه د کوم هېواد وي، د کوم دین پیرو وي او یا د نړۍ له کوم براعظم څخه وي.

خو دا کار یوازې هغه مهال کېدای سي چې اړین شرایط برابر سي: لومړی باید بشپړه او تلپاتې سوله ټینګه سي، زموږ د ولس آزادي او حقوق تضمین سي، او زموږ د طبیعي زېرمو حقیقي ارزښت په خپلواکه او روڼ ډول معلوم سي.

Money Knows No Religion!

Warm greetings to our beloved people of Greater Afghanistan,

For many years, there have been wars, conflicts, and oppression on both sides of the Durand Line. These include, among other things, arrests, torture, targeted killings, and mass killings. The victims include children, women, elderly people, and many other innocent people.

We are convinced that these wars and conflicts are being imposed upon our country and our people in order to exploit our natural resources at low prices during periods of war, instability, and conflict.

For this purpose, structures have been created and supported over many years, including 40 thieves and bandits in Punjabistan, to promote war, conflict, and instability in our country. People on both sides of the Durand Line who raise their voices and demand their rights have been and continue to be persecuted, arrested, tortured, or killed. These forms of oppression have caused immense suffering to our people.

For a long time, a fundamental strategy has been to manipulate different political and religious groups in pursuit of specific interests.

One group of Salafists was established in the name of Islam, or under the guise of religious ideologies, in order to use it to exert influence and control over Afghanistan and exploit the country's natural resources at low prices. Another group was established in the name of democracy, which is referred to by the Afghan people as the “Afghan Mafia.” The “Afghan Mafia” is likewise used to exploit Afghanistan's natural resources at low prices.

In 2017, the value of Afghanistan's natural resources was estimated at approximately 3 trillion US dollars, or 3,000 billion US dollars. Since then, the prices of many raw materials have increased considerably, in some cases doubling, tripling, or even quadrupling.

For comparison, estimates suggest that the total value of Ukraine's natural resources amounts to less than half of Afghanistan's deposits. While the value of Ukraine's resources has been estimated at around 14 trillion US dollars, Afghanistan's resources were estimated at approximately 3 trillion US dollars in 2017, far below their potential market value. Their realistic total value today is more likely to be in the range of 35 to 38 trillion US dollars.

However, the actual value can only be reliably determined once the wars and conflicts in Greater Afghanistan have ended and Afghanistan's natural resources have been assessed on a neutral, independent, and transparent basis.

Under the current circumstances, we do not want to negotiate investments in our natural resources — not while Greater Afghanistan continues to be deliberately kept in flames, while our rights are trampled upon, and while attempts are being made to exploit our resources far below their actual value through political pressure and economic manipulation.

First, there must be complete and sustainable peace in Greater Afghanistan. Our people must be granted their freedom and fundamental rights. Only afterwards should the true value of our natural resources be independently and transparently determined. Only then can international investors invest in Afghanistan's natural resources.

We, the people of Greater Afghanistan, are suffering from immense unemployment of more than 50 percent and urgently need economic opportunities. The processing of our natural resources must take place within our own country — on the basis of clear laws and strict environmental and safety standards. Only in this way can we create sustainable employment and ensure that the economic value generated remains in Afghanistan.

Islam is a peaceful religion. We, the people of Greater Afghanistan, respect Islam. We likewise respect all other religions of the world, as well as all countries and peoples of this Earth.

Afghanistan’s natural resources are not reserved for any particular country. Every state and every company that offers us a fair, market-based price and treats our country, our people, and our rights with respect should, in principle, have an equal opportunity to invest in Afghanistan’s natural resources — regardless of which country it comes from, what religious affiliation it has, or which continent it comes from.

However, this can only happen once the necessary conditions have been established: First, there must be complete and sustainable peace, the freedom and rights of our people must be guaranteed, and the true value of our natural resources must be independently and transparently determined.
