د هند محترم حکومت ته،

هند او افغانستان له اوږدې مودې راهیسې تاریخي دوستي لري. هند ډیر ځله د سخاوتمندانه بشري مرستو له لارې د افغانستان له ولس څخه ملاتړ کړی دی.

د لوی افغانستان د ولس په استازیتوب، موږ غواړو د هند وسله والو ځواکونو ته پنځه هوايي اډې په واک کی ورکړو:

لمړی هوايي اډه په بلوچستان کې

دوهمه هوايي اډه په پېښور، پښتونخوا کې

دریمه هوايي اډه په بګرام، کابل کې 

څلورمه هوايي اډه په مزار شریف کې

پنځمه هوايي اډه په شینډنډ کې 

زموږ له لوري د هند د پوځ ځمکنیو ځواکونو ته اړتیا نسته. د ډیورنډ کرښې دواړو غاړو ته هر وخت له دوو میلیونو څخه زیات ځوانان سمدستی چمتو دي چې د خپل هېواد دفاع وکړي.

Dear Mr. Rajnath Singh,
Dear Government of India,

India and Afghanistan have shared a historic friendship for a long time. India has repeatedly supported the Afghan people with generous humanitarian assistance.

On behalf of the people of Greater Afghanistan, we would like to make five air bases available to the Indian Armed Forces:

1. Air base in Balochistan

2. Air base in Peshawar, Pashtunkhwa

3. Air base in Bagram, Kabul

4. Air base in Mazar-e-Sharif

5. Air base in Shindand

Ground forces of the Indian Army will not be required from our side. On both sides of the Durand Line, more than two million young men are at all times ready to defend their homeland.
