Dear ladies and gentlemen,

On October 8, 2021, a suicide attack was carried out in a Shiite mosque in Kunduz, Afghanistan. More than 50 innocent people were killed and more than 150 other people injured in the attack. The assassin was a Uyghur from China as an IS fighter.

According to media reports, there are more than 5,000 Uyghurs in Afghanistan. All Uiugurs should leave Afghanistan and return to their home country, China. We appeal to the responsible authorities to arrange for the Uyghurs to be deported to China.  If they do not voluntarily return to their home country of China, the Chinese authorities could help to carry out the repatriation of the Uyghurs in their home country.

We don't want any Uyghurs, ISIS or other terrorist groups in our country.

Dear Sir or Madam,

We condemn the two barbaric terrorist attacks of October 8, 2021 in Kunduz and October 15, 2021 in Kandahar. The suicide attack in Kunduz left more than 50 dead and more than 150 injured. 37 people were killed and 90 others injured in the attack in Kandahar.

We want religious freedom in Afghanistan. We all Afghans are one people regardless of whether Sunnis, Shiites, Hazaras, Hindus, Jews, Christians or others.

It is the strategy of our enemy from Punjab to engage Afghans in civil war in the name of religion. However, do not let your enemies achieve their goals because we are all Afghans as one people.

We wish the injured a speedy recovery and express our condolences to their families.

As soon as a correct government takes over power in Afghanistan, the state treasury is to provide financial aid to the families of the victims of the terrorist attacks of October 8, 2021 in Kunduz and October 15, 2021 in Kandahar, namely US $ 3,000 to the families of the dead and US $ 1,000 USD to the families of the injured.

We should not blame all the Taliban as sons of Punjab. While some of the Taliban leaders are sons of the Punjab, other part of them are patriots who want to represent moderate Islam.
We appel to those Taliban who love their country and are committed to country's progress to completely end their relationship with ISI. They should not be afraid of Punjab and ISI and separate from ISI. They should also arrest and punish those Taliban who work for Punjab and want to sacrifice Afghanistan for Punjab and Punjabis, because they damage the reputation of all Taliban. They want to use the ISI recipe and and terrorize people and women in Afghanistan.
For 50 years, Punjab has sought to keep Afghan women and men illiterate and obey Punjab. Punjab wants to be the boss of the Afghan people.

The eyes of 80 million Afghans and the world are on the Taliban and Afghanistan. Therefore, the patriotic Taliban should cleanse themselves by separating themselves from the sons of Punjab. These individuals have come under the names of the Taliban, but they are national traitors.

Dear President of the European Commission Mrs Ursula von der Leyen,


On behalf of the suffering Afghan people, we thank the European Union for its humanitarian aid.

The Afghan people have been suffering from difficult and life-threatening conditions since the beginning of the terrible Taliban rule. Several million people have had to leave their homes as refugees and displaced persons and spend the nights on the streets and parks. Many of they are already ill. Unemployment, poor economic conditions and drought are the main causes of the current famine catastrophe, which is why more than half of the population is suffering from hunger.

Health care is in danger of collapse due to a lack of medicines. The EU’s humanitarian aid is just right and is urgently needed to avert the disaster. The humanitarian aid of the EU should be used for food and medicine.

Once again we thank the President of the European Commission Mrs Ursula von der Leyen. We also thank the EU High Representative for Foreign affairs, Mr. Josep Borrell, and all the governments of the EU Member States.

We also thank the Italian Prime Minister, Mr Mario Draghi, who organised the special summit of the G20 countries for Afghanistan.

Dear strong men from Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan, we praise your activities for freedom and justice in Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan.


Dear world, the strong men of Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan are freedom strugglers. Pakistan's claim that these people are terrorists is wrong. They are not terrorists. They struggle for our freedom, justice and self-defense.


The Pakistani secret service is responsible for the more than 50,000 people who have disappeared without a trace in Balochistan in recent years. Most of them may already have been tortured and murdered. Some of them could still be in jail.


In Pashtunkhwa, too, tens of thousands of people have disappeared without a trace, the exact number of which is beyond our knowledge. Some of these people can also be tortured and murdered, and some can be imprisoned.


Our people have suffered more than enough under the tyranny of Pakistani intelligence for more than 50 years. The Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line can no longer bear this. Therefore, the freedom strugglers of Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan want to free our territory and people from the tyranny of the Pakistani secret service. We on both sides of the Durand Line actually want our freedom, justice and our reunion.


We want to make it clear that the Pakistani secret service has so far trained the terrorists mainly to destabilize the situation in Afghanistan. Pakistan is now sending small groups of terrorists as Trojans to Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan to carry out some terrorist attacks. With this trick Pakistan wants to assert to the world that the freedom strugglers of Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan are terrorists. Pakistan could also bomb civilians in Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan, claiming that they attacked and killed terrorists. Pakistan has repeatedly tricked the global community into claiming that they are victims of terrorism themselves.


The province of Punjab is the cause of the problems in Afghanistan. There is a risk that Punjab could cause problems in other countries such as Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, India and other countries around the world. With the reunification of Afghanistan the problems can end and peace in the region can be secured.


Pakistan has always lied to diplomats, claiming that they want to bring peace to Afghanistan. In fact, they have done the opposite by training terrorists.


We warn Pakistan to stay away from Afghan domestic and foreign policy. Stop terrorist training. The world is fed up with your lies.

We appeal to the world not to look away in the interests of justice. We want Pakistan to be blacklisted and sanctions imposed on it.


Dear strong men from the Pashtunkhwa, dear strong men from the Balochistan, keep struggling. Drive our enemy off our territory. Don't be intimidated. The struggle goes on.

To the Taliban

You are not a political party. Indeed, you are a terrorist group. You have usurped power in Afghanistan with terror and violence and forcibly taken the Afghan people hostage. Because the people in Afghanistan are afraid of your terror and violence, they cannot speak openly in front of the camera. Inevitably, some people say on camera that they are supposedly satisfied. In fact, only 3 percent of Afghans are your followers. The 97 percent majority of the Afghan people are against you and don't want you. We have watched you for a long time and found out that you are a liar group.

As you know, we wrote regarding you 3 letters. In a letter dated November 7, 2020, we made you an offer to give up the terrorim and work with our future government in the area of order and discipline. In a letter dated June 21, 2021, we warned you about the consequences of slavery at ISI. On August 21, 2021, we asked you to break off your relationship with ISI and lay down your arms. We have been waiting for you to comply with our request. However, you did not respond to our offer. We have therefore removed you from our list.

We'll give you another chance. The prerequisites for this are as follows:

  • We want to take over the full government in Afghanistan. After 42 years of chaos in Afghanistan, we want to restore order and discipline and promote reconstruction. First we have to solve the important problems of our country, then we will do the rest of the work.
  • You must end your contacts with the Pakistani Military Intelligence Service (ISI). We want to increase the number of our own secret services in our country. Our intelligence services should work for the interests of Afghanistan, not the interests of Punjab. Pakistan has tricked you. Indeed, Pakistan is not in love with you, nor does it want to work for Afghanistan's interests. Pakistan wants to work for Punjab. Pakistan's plans are long-term. Pakistan also wants to endanger the future profits and generations of Afghanistan. You have to use your own brains and minds. The Punjab ISI is not happy about the reconstruction of our country, but about the destruction of our country, as they have destroyed our country for 42 years.
  • All the tribes in our country are the same Afghans and one people. You must respect all Afghans; you should be strong for your own people, for your own country, for protecting the profits of your own country, for progress of the country, for stability, for your own national army, air force, self-defense, independent government and freedom. All Afghans should look after the interests of Afghanistan for the benefit of current and future generations and work for progress.
    We have noticed that you have violated women's rights several times. The women cannot walk the streets for fear of you. We don't want Afghanistan to become one of the largest women's prison in the world. Afghan women have suffered greatly for 42 years. Women's rights are an absolute taboo and women are fully entitled to them. We do not want women's rights to be deprived and we do not allow you to curtail women's rights. The women are our daughters, sisters and mothers. The women deserve respect and appreciation. This is a matter of cours for most countries in the world and for 97 percent of the Afghan people. I have been observing the situation of women and men in Afghanistan and in the world for a long time. I have found that women are even more suitable than men in some areas. The world has changed a lot. You shouldn't underestimate Afghan women. Afghan women can work in ministries, administrations, offices, shops, etc. The women can become professors and doctors. Women can become heads of government. Many women were or are successful heads of government. Women can become queens. Many women were or are queens. The women get along very well with modern computer systems and new technologies. Afghan women are able to work with their own brains and don't need your brains and guardianship. Of course women must have the same educational opportunities as men.
  • You have to accept freedom of religion
  • You must refrain from terrorism and neutralize yourself. You have to end all relations with other terrorist groups like Al-Qaeda, IS, etc.
  • You have no knowledge of politics because in Pakistan you only received training for terrorist purposes. Domestic and foreign policy will be taken over by our government. You must not interfere in domestic and foreign policy. Of course, you have to accept what our government says to you.
  • We will offer you the following 2 ministries:

- Ministry of Religion and Pilgrimages,

- Ministry of War Victims, Disabled People and Donation Distribution

You could also support our government in the following tasks:

  • Surveillance and control of customs offices and borders to prevent smuggling.
  • For order and discipline: In each province, a commander of yours will assist our government in the area of order and discipline. Each commander will form a team from the Taliban members. The team in the large provinces such as Kabul will consist of 250 people and in the smaller provinces of 100 to 250 people. All Taliban members must wear uniform. As far as the penalties for murder and grand theft are concerned, our government may have discussions with you. Penalties for women are the sole responsibility of the Afghan State. There will also be the state police.
  • You could help the government fight against drugs.
  • You will be subject to the instructions and command of the Afghan state as the commander in chief. Self-justice is strictly forbidden.
  • We will close the office in Qatar in the future regardless of whether you work with us or not, whether you want to or not.
  • We do not accept the ISI emirate from Punjab.
  • We do not accept the Punjab ISI plans that you are practicing in Afghanistan.
  • We do not accept the flag of Punjab ISI.
  • If you wish, we can hire some of your people as advisors to our government.                                                                                                                                                      

 Of course, all Taliban members who work with our government will get their salaries from the state treasury.

The Taliban must not put the media under their control. The journalists must be able to work independently and must not be threatened by them.

Under no circumstances should the Taliban drive our country and its 38 million people into crisis and instability.

If you do not accept our offer above, you will be destroyed as a terrorist group. You will also face other severe penalties.

some Afghans who travelled to India for medical treatment before the chaos in Afghanistan are still stranded in India. Television station TOLONEWS reported on a 4-year-old child who had traveled to India with his father for medical treatment and is inevitably still in India. The child cries and wants to go to his mother. There are also other such Afghans who have travelled to India for medical treatment with their children or elderly persons and have no money to travel back to Afghanistan.

We appeal to the airline "Ariana Afghan Airlines" to resume its flights to India and provide free transportation to the stranded Afghans who have no money to travel back to Afghanistan. The aforementioned Afghans are in great difficulty. They depend on the help of all Afghans.

Taliban want to have their own UN representatives at the United Nations. The Taliban are a terrorist group. They have seized power in Afghanistan by force of arms and are holding the Afghan people hostage. The Taliban have abolished freedom and justice in Afghanistan and are trampling the human rights, especially the women’s rights. The Taliban don’t understand politics. They were trained in Pakistan only for terror.


We appeal to the world not to recognise a Taliban government under any circumstances.


We ask the United Nations to reject the Taliban’s request to send their own UN representative to the United Nations. We also call for sanctions against the Taliban.


Mr. Ghulam Mohammad Ishaqzai shall remain the UN representative of Afghanistan for the time being.


All Afghan embassies and consulates abroad should work for the time being until a proper government in Afghanistan takes over.

it seems that your country has close connections with the Taliban. The Taliban are a terrorist group that are currently taking power in Kabul. In the whole of Afghanistan, only 3 percent support the Taliban and 97 percent are its opponents. The Taliban's claim that they allegedly established internal security in Afghanistan is completely false. As an example, imagine a bank robber who takes 50 people hostage in a bank and, gun in hand, threatens the hostage to shoot them in case of resistance. Likewise, the Taliban have taken the Afghan people hostage. The Taliban are carrying weapons everywhere. The majority of the people are against the Taliban, but they cannot speak openly because they are afraid of being tortured or murdered by the Taliban. So far, the Taliban have murdered a large number of innocent people including children, women, etc. in terrorist attacks, short trials and massacres. They also whip women and young people and trample women's rights.

You are Afghanistan's neighbor and we respect you as a neighbor. We want you to respect our country, Afghanistan, too. It appears that you are helping the Taliban. We and the Afghan people do not like support for the Taliban because the Taliban trample on our freedom, justice and women's rights. Our country does not interfere in your internal affairs. That is why we also expect you not to interfere in our internal affairs either. In order to avoid a deterioration in future relations between Afghanistan and China, it is important that you do not support the Taliban because it is a terrorist group. 

We welcome your humanitarian aid to the Afghan people at any time and we thank you for it.

We demand that because of the current poverty, unemployment and hunger in Afghanistan, food, drinks, baby food, fuel, gas and medicines should be allowed to imported duty-free with immediate effect. The duty exemption is to be valid for an indefinite period until further notice.

 

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I would like to briefly describe how the Pakistani secret service ISI intervenes in the internal affairs of Afghanistan.


The people of ISI have tried several times in the past years to get in touch with me to work with me. The contact attempts of ISI were made both in Germany and during my travels in Spain, Portugal and Morocco.
On 31. 12. 2013 I was in Morocco in the Sahara desert. On 01. 01. 2014 evening I was in a restaurant also in the Sahara desert. There were also people from Pakistani ISI who were sitting at the next table opposite me. However, I did not show any interest in contact with ISI because I wanted to be honest with my country Afghanistan, the Afghan people and the world. I wanted justice, peace for my country. I didn’t want to work for Pakistani intelligence instead of my country and people.


In fact, I had a good chance of becoming the head of government in Afghanistan in 2014. Because I showed no interest in contacts with the Pakistani ISI, I was pushed aside. Subsequently, the Pakistani ISI has started a collaboration with Mr Ashraf Ghani. Mr Ashraf Ghani was appointed President of Afghanistan in 2014 through massive electoral rigging.


Mr. Ashraf Ghani was a puppet of Pakistani Intelligence. He ruled Afghanistan, but he was backed by Pakistani intelligence. He received instructions from Pakistani ISI and was to do exactly what ISI told him to do.


This was followed by the second term of office of Mr Ashraf Ghani in 2020. Pakistani intelligence has continued to try to contact me in the year 2020 and 2021, but I have not shown any interest.


Mr Ashraf Ghani did not love the Afghan people but loved himself and his Lebanese family. Mr Ashraf Ghani did not work for the Afghan people, he worked for the Pakistani ISI.


The Taliban leaders in Quetta and Doha are also puppets of the Pakistani Intelligence Service. The Afghan people and, of course, the world also know this.


The U. S. State Department had instructed Mr. Zulmai Khalilzad to negotiate with the Taliban in Doha, with Mr. Ashraf Ghani and also with some other countries on the peace process in Afghanistan. In fact, Mr Zulmai Khalilzad did not negotiate with honest representatives from Afghanistan, but with Pakistani intelligence puppets, the Taliban and Mr Ashraf Ghani. Of course, the puppets of Pakistan, the Taliban and Mr Ashraf Ghani, were not working in the interests of Afghanistan but in the interests of Pakistan. The truth is, they’ve turned our country over to Pakistan. That’s reality.


When Pakistani intelligence and army commander-in-chief Mr Jawid Qamar Bajwa was in Kabul, he spoke with Mr Ashraf Ghani behind closed doors. According to the media, the Pakistanis wanted to have the part of Afghanistan on the southern side of the Durand line. Mr Ashraf Ghani has held several meetings with Pakistani intelligence and army generals. He flew to Pakistan several times in secret and had conversations with Pakistani generals on the plane inside. Generals of Pakistani intelligence have also visited Kabul on several occasions and held talks with Mr Ashraf Ghani behind closed doors.


The 80 million Afghans had no idea what was being negotiated behind closed doors. It is clear that the Afghan people have been tricked.


Dear United Nation, dear 5 Vito powers and dear world, we want justice. We and the Afghan people regard the Doha agreement negotiated between the Taliban, Mr Ashraf Ghani, Mr Zulmai Khalilzad and a number of other countries as a deception. We, the Afghan people, feel betrayed. That is why we and the Afghan people do not recognise the Doha agreement of 29 February 2020.


Pakistani intelligence has destroyed our Afghan army twice, once in the 1990s by the Taliban terrorists, the second time with a covert plan by the Pakistani ISI and Mr. Ashraf Ghani.


We do not want Pakistan to decide the fate of our Afghan people.
We want to decide for ourselves our destiny, our army, our air force, our domestic policy, our foreign policy, our women’s rights and our relationship with the world. 


Some Afghans say there’s a secret plan with Pakistani intelligence. If there is indeed a secret plan about Afghanistan’s fate and future, then we ask America, the United Nation, the 5 Vito powers and the world to release the secret plan about Afghanistan’s fate. The Afghan people know nothing about the secret plan. The 7. 5 billion people in the world don’t even know about the secret plan for Afghanistan. If there is indeed a secret plan, then on behalf of the Afghan people we do not accept the secret plan and do not recognise it under any circumstances. The Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line are free people just like the rest of the world. Our fate must not be decided by anyone else and they must not make secret plans about Afghanistan’s fate and future.

Dear United Nation, dear America, dear 5 Vito powers, we need your help. Afghanistan has been at war for 42 years. The people have suffered greatly. Please support us.

Dear Sir or Madam,


The Taliban are right liar. They killed a policewoman who was pregnant in the eighty month. They have beaten several times women in demonstrations. They kill musicians and comedians. They have shot dead in several provinces people, including women. We learned about these deeds of Taliban through media and social networks. This should only be a per thousand from the crime that Taliban commit daily in Afghanistan. The Taliban do not allow journalists to enter in 33 provinces of Afghanistan. So we do not know what happens in other provinces.

When the Taliban spokesman is asked about the above-mentioned acts, the same answer is always given that the acts were not committed by the Taliban and the perpetrators will be sought.

TV stations are under Taliban control. Afghanistan is the world’s largest prison for women. Afghan women are in need. We ask the United States. Europe and the rest of the world, Afghan women, must not be abandoned. Afghan women should demonstrate wherever they are in the world to draw the world’s attention to their situation, until we are freed from tyranny.

Some people say Afghanistan has been liberated. That’s not true at all. Both sides of the Durand line are in the hands of Punjab. I appeal to the Afghan people on both sides of the Durand line to free both sides of the Durand line from the rule of Punjab. Fight until both sides of our country are liberated. Do not give a chance to Punjabi ISI that we will become their slaves in the future.

I ask the UN, 5 Vito powers and the world to keep the Taliban and their leaders on the blacklist. They are terrorists and murderers of people, women and children. They must not be removed from the blacklist under any circumstances.
Do not recognise the terrorist government in Kabul under any circumstances. Do not release Afghanistan’s large reserves of money. Under no circumstances must the promised aid be disbursed to the Taliban government. The Taliban government must not be supported under any circumstances. Sanctions are also to be imposed on the Taliban government and Pakistan. Recognition of the Taliban government, disbursement of funds to the Taliban, removal of Taliban members from the black list, and waiwing sanctions against the Taliban on Pakistan would be treason against the Afghan people and Afghan women.

As humanitarian aid for people suffering from hunger and need, food and other necessary items should be distributed to people in need. Do not pay cash to the Taliban for these purposes.

There is poverty, hunger and unemployment in Afghanistan. That is why all imported food should be exempted from customs duties from now on until a proper government comes to power.


The struggle continues on both sides of the Durand line.

The American soldiers left our country Afghanistan today, August 31, 2021. We are very sad about that. Nevertheless, we would like to thank the USA for its military and economic aid, humanitarian aid and aid in the reconstruction of Afghanistan.

The friendship between the USA and Afghanistan will last forever.

We condemn the cowardly and barbaric terrorist attack of August 26, 2021 at Kabul airport, in which numerous people were killed and injured. According to media reports, 12 US soldiers and more than 60 Afghan civilians were among the dead. More than 150 were injured, including several US soldiers and approximately 143 Afghans.

We wish the injured Afghans and US soldiers a speedy recovery and extend our condolences to the American and Afghan families of the victims.

We ask the world. It is very important to act. There are countries like Pakistan or other countries where the state supports terrorism or the terrorists come from these countries themselves, regardless of whether the Taliban, IS or other terrorists. Such states do not have their own countries under control. Therefore, sanctions wanted to be imposed on these countries. A lot can be achieved in this way to combat terrorism.

If you have drunk the milk of the Afghan mothers then you will break off your relationship with ISI and surrender to the Afghan army and lay down your arms. But if you are the sons of Punjab then you will work for ISI.

the Taliban have put media under their control. The content of the program shows that it is determined by the Taliban.

The Afghan media and journalists are under fear and are not allowed to report anything to the world. Some of the female moderators have been sent home and are not allowed to work.

The Taliban have issued strict rules.

According to media reports, the Taliban have beaten people with whips.

The Afghan women are afraid and cannot open their mouths.

On August 18th, 2021 Afghans carried the national flag in Jalalabad. The Taliban asked a person not to carry the national flag, but he said that it was our national flag. The Taliban fired into the crowd. There were 3 dead and several injured. In the city of Asadabad-Kunar, too, people carried the national flag on August 19, 2021, the Taliban shot them and killed several people in the process.

It's just the beginning. It will get worse for women in Afghanistan. That is the strategy of Pakistani ISI. We condemn that the naitonal traitors have traveled to Pakistan. They should be ashamed of theirself.

There are patriots in some cities and districts of Afghanistan who fighted agains Taliban in guerrilla warfare. The Taliban are trying to keep this a secret so the world doesn't know

Dear patriots, we appreciate that your fighters have started to fight against the terrorists.

Those countries that recognize the Taliban are betraying Afghan women and people.

Afghan women very much hope for help from the world community to be freed from the terror and tyranny of the Pakistan.

We ask Mr. Erdogan not to contact the Taliban. Taliban are terrorists. Mr. Mustafa Kemal Ataturk would not have made any contact with Taliban-like terrorists during his time either.

We appeal to the world to stop the financial aid for Afghanistan and to take away the large cash reserves of Afghanistan that are in the bank and to keep them in the USA or Europe until a correct government takes over power in Afghanistan, then the financial aid and cash reserves should be paid out.

For more than 30 years was our country Afghanistan like a protection for your countries against terrorism. More than 1.5 million Afghans lost their lives in the process. Several million refugees, children, women, old and sick people have been forced to leave their homes.

The terrorists have carried out attacks on hospitals, schools, administrative buildings, office buildings, apartment buildings, malls, mosques, weddings and funerals, killing babies, pregnant women, the sick and the elderly and others, murdered in the cities and in the country. But your countries have been protected from terrorism.

Now we the Afghan people appeal to Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kasachstan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan that Afghanistan needs their military help. Afghanistan needs their tanks, their air force, their war equipment and their soldiers, and the Afghan people ask for preparation for a war against the terrorism. Terrorism poses a threat to your countries too. It is only a matter of time until terrorism could reach your countries as well. It is not just a war in Afghanistan, but the common war against terrorism.

We all want to live forever without fear, without terror and in peace in Central Asia. We Afghan people also appeal to India to help us Afghans with military equipment and an army in this anti-terror war with regard to common interests.

We the Afghan people also ask the Federal Republic of Germany and France to support Afghanistan in this war against terrorism with air forces and war equipment. Furthermore, other EU countries are welcome to take part in this common anti-terror war.

The Afghan government is to provide the airports and military bases in Bagram, Mazari-Sharif, Kandahar and Schindand as air force bases for the foreign army.

Dear Afghan people, as you know, we are on war. Pakistan wants to conquer our country with terrorists. Of course, all Afghans do not want our country to fall into the hands of terrorists. We ask all Afghan families to provide 1 to 2 people per family for military service in order to defend our homeland Afghanistan from terrorists.

We ask the Afghan business people to help the refugees. We are at war, many refugees have been driven from their homes. Help each other and stick together. Any help from the population is welcome in any city where there are refugees, e.g. food, drinks, fruit, clothing, children's toys, etc.

We will welcome it if the volunteers such as doctors, psychologists, nurses, educators for children etc. would go to the refugee camps and help the refugees.

Pakistan does not make politics with Afghanistan and the world, but operates a gangster strategy.

Pakistani ISI and Punjab have been trying for more than 50 years with terror on both sides of the Durand Line to get  us afghan people kneeling down and to recognize Punjab as our boss for domestic and foreign policy, military and business. According to a report dated July 27, 2021 by the news portal "Taand-News", the United Nations announced in its 28th report that 6,000 members of the Pakistani Taliban are in Afghanistan. The number of this group has now risen to more than 10,000 people.

The news portal "Tolafghan" reported on July 22nd, 2021, citing Mr. Qadir Baloch from the Organization for Missing Persons Search, that 50,000 people were reported missing in the province of Balochistan. Pakistan and its military intelligence agency, the ISI, are responsible for the waste of these people. Those who criticize the Pakistani government and the ISI, or who advocate freedom, are abducted, imprisoned or murdered. Pakistan trains terrorists. Certain terrorist groups are imported from abroad and sent from Pakistan to Afghanistan. Penal sanctions should be imposed on Pakistan and the country should be placed on the black list of terrorist financing states. As mentioned in our letter dated May 31, 2021, Pakistan is responsible for the deaths of more than 1.5 million Afghans who have been killed in war and massacre since 1989.

The Taliban are war criminals. They not only kill the prisoners of war soldiers and police officers, but also civil servants and supporters of the current Afghan government. Civilians have been killed several times by the Taliban in areas controlled by the Taliban. Among them, the Taliban recently shot dead more than 100 civilians in a massacre in the Spin-Boldak district in Province Kandahar. Some of the people killed were supporters of the current Afghan government, civil servants, bloggers, athletes, merchants, etc. The Taliban evict civilians from their homes and then turn the residential areas into a war front. Furthermore, the Taliban trample human rights, especially women's rights, as they did in the 1990s. They are destroying the infrastructure and are about to undo the achievements of the last 20 years. The Taliban are terrorists. They have been trained for terrorist operations in Pakistan for over 30 years and have been sent to Afghanistan. They are accompanied and supported in their war by Pakistani military officers and generals. The Taliban are not politicians. Their strategy is to spread fear and carry out massacres. With our letters of May 12th, 2021, May 31st, 2021 and June 28th, 2021, we have drawn the attention of the United Nations and the world community to the above mentioned situation several times. Unfortunately, the world, the United Nations and the Commission on Human Rights have so far failed to respond. It is strange,  that the world and the United Nations remain silent on this issue.

The strategy of Pakistan is to keep the 80 million people under control through terror, massacres, violations of human and women's rights, imprisonment and torture. We ask if the world knows all of this? If not, then they should be informed about it. But if the world knows all of this, then we ask why is the world not responding? What are the Afghan people guilty of to be punished in this way? We ask the world and the United Nations for justice and help.

Millions of Afghan refugees have already left Afghanistan. If the current situation (civil war, massacre by Taliban, Pakistan`s Tyranny) continues, millions more will be forced to leave their homeland.

Has the world behind closed doors in Doha made a decision to turn Afghanistan over to terrorists? Should terrorists then rule over Afghanistan? If behind closed doors, the world or some countries have made a decision, without the knowledge of the Afghan people, to let terrorists rule Afghanistan, then the rights of the Afghan people have been trampled. It would be an injustice to the Afghan people. Do the Afghans have no human rights that their fate will be decided behind closed doors in their absence? We and the Afghan people do not want to accept such a decision about Afghanistan's fate. We and the Afghan people reject the agreement in Doha that was concluded behind closed doors between Mr Zulmai Khalilzad and the Taliban in absence of the Afghan people. The Taliban are responsible for several massacres of civilians, including children and women, and violations of human and women's rights, as the world had to learn in the 1990s and currently has to learn again. Afghan women and people do not want Taliban rule. The war initiated by the Taliban is not a war of the Islamic religion and has nothing to do with Islam. Several Islamic conferences and spiritual leaders from Islamic countries have made it clear that the Taliban's war is incompatible with Islam and must end immediately.

In any case, it is strange, that the world media report every little thing in other countries, but very little is reported about the incidents in Afghanistan and atrocities by the Taliban, even though the Taliban murder a large number of civilians in their massacres every day, they trample human and women's rights and destroy the infrastructure.

When a terrorist kills several innocent people in Afghanistan and a court sentences the terrorist to death, the world criticizes the death penalty as a violation of human rights. Please consider, that the courts are committed to do justice to the victims and that the sentence should be able to frighten other terrorists.

We Afghans do not want our domestic and foreign policy to be determined by Pakistan and our military to be placed under the influence or command of Pakistan.

Taliban are terrorists. We and the Afghan people do not want the terrorists to participate in government.

We should not remain silent. In cities of Punjab and Sindh could also flow blood like in all Afghanistan. 

Dear Sirs and Madams,

We call again on the Taliban to end the war immediately! They are false Taliban, in reality they are slaves of the ISI secret service. The ISI and their slaves brainwash the young men and send them to Afghanistan under the names of Taliban members to kill people.

They are fake mullahs who have secret contacts with the secret services, who have trained thousands of Taliban members as fake mullahs since childhood and who have manipulated their way of thinking through brainwashing. We urge the fake mullahs not to send these Taliban to Afghanistan because both these young men and innocent people are being killed.

We tell the Taliban again to wake up and use their brains and minds reasonably. They cannot win this war anyway. The false Taliban are deceived young men. The war kills both innocent people and these Taliban. The death of these young Taliban members does not make us happy but sad because they have been negatively influenced and deceived by mullahs and secret services.

To the Taliban: you have to wake up, wake up, wake up! You shouldn't deceive yourself. This war has nothing to do with the religion Islam. This war kills young men under the names of the Taliban and innocent Afghans. The enemies of Afghanistan look forward to it when the Afghans kill each other. The time has come for the Taliban to join their people.

Those officials and security forces who intentionally leave customs offices and provincial districts to the slaves of foreign intelligence agencies should be severely punished under the law.

Dear Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line,

Struggle is our right to get our freedom and justice and to end the oppression and murders by Pakistani ISI.

Dear strong men,

for more than 50 years, the Pakistani ISI and its slaves have been suppressing our people on both sides of Afghanistan with terror and trampling our rights. Therefor is necessary to give afghan people the green light to struggle for freedom and justice. For a liberation of southern Afghanistan, Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan from ISI and its slaves is a formation of struggling groups necessary, for which they could form several small anonymous groups. Pakistan has always lied to the afghan people. That is why they can not rely on Pakistan.

The ISI, Punjab and Sindh should stay away from interference in Afghanistan's domestic and foreign policy. Strong men, stay strong.

In the context of the national uprising, officers responsible for the distribution of weapons must ensure that the personal datas and identity card numbers of all persons who have already received weapons or who are still to be received must be registered.

We have learned through the media that some of the US soldiers will remain in Afghanistan for the protection of Kabul airport and other tasks.

after the country of Pakistan built the atomic bomb, its neck has grown to the sky. Pakistan started the terror in Afghanistan over 30 years ago and continues to do so on an increasing scale. More than 20 terrorist groups are active in Afghanistan under various names, including IS, etc. All of these groups are trained, financed and managed by Pakistan. The Afghan army has often arrested Pakistani terrorists and sometimes even Pakistani military officers on Afghan territory.

On behalf of the Pakistani military intelligence service ISI, the terrorists in Afghanistan are massacring hospitals and killing infants and pregnant women. They practise massacre on schools and kill students. They use road mines and magnetic bombs to blow up passenger buses including passengers. They murder children, women, men, young people and the elderly. They murder the journalists so that the war crimes cannot be reported and the world does not know about them. They destroy the infrastructure including roads, bridges, schools, hospitals, electricity poless, public buildings and non-profit institutions. They burn down shops and administrative buildings.

The Afghan people including children, women and the elderly do not sleep well for fear of terrorist attacks. They suffer from constant fear in their daily life when walking on the street, on their way to work, shopping in bazaars and markets. The students are scared on the way to school.

Despite all of the above atrocities and war crimes, the world is watching idly.

How can a country with an atomic bomb allow itself to train terrorists to kill innocent people? The nuclear bomb in Pakistan is a very great danger to the world. Please imagine if one or more sleepers (terrorists) came to power in Pakistan, press the button on the nuclear bomb and fire it in the direction they want, then it will be too late for a defense and whining afterwards would not help.

Dear world, it is not too late to disempower Pakistan from the atomic bomb so that the neighboring countries and the world can have their peace and live without fear. Countries like Pakistan are never allowed to have atomic bombs. Pakistan is on the gray list of countries that finance terrorism. For the above reasons, Pakistan should be blacklisted. Harsh sanctions should also be imposed on Pakistan.

Pakistan has occupied part of our country, namely southern Afghanistan, for 128 years. There, too, people who criticize the Pakistani government and ISI, including tribal leaders, politicians, etc., are being murdered. As long as the separated part of our country, namely southern Afghanistan, is administered by Islamabad, there will always be the brainwashing of people and training of terrorist provided.

The Afghan people have relatives on both sides of the Durand Line and belong together. They want to visit each other. Pakistan repeatedly closes the border crossings for several months and thus prevents necessary family contacts of afghan people. We, the Afghan people, want the unity of our divided country and people. Unity is our right. We definitely do not want to give away the separated part of our country to Pakistan. Even if Pakistan offered us several thousand billion US dollars for it, we will not sell our land and people because we belong together. We ask the world to help the Afghan people in a peaceful solution to the Afghanistan conflict so that our people can get justice and that the Afghan people no longer have to suffer from Pakistani tyranny.

The Taliban are puppets and have no decision-making powers. They get all the instructions and orders from the Pakistani secret service ISI. Those Taliban members who want to withdraw from the war or to side with the Afghan government are either jailed or murdered by ISI. Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

We appeal to all those Pashtuns and other Afghan tribes who live in Pakistan and work with the Pakistani intelligence service ISI as follows:

If they learn of ISI intelligence plans, the execution of which could harm their country Afghanistan and the Afghan people, please pass on such information to the Afghan authorities through secret channels. In doing so, they are preventing the murder of their Afghan brothers and sisters and the destruction of their homeland, Afghanistan.

The Afghan agents who work for ISI within Afghanistan are asked to report to the Afghan intelligence authorities within 2 weeks. The Afghan authorities will decide how to proceed. After the deadline has passed, the Afghan intelligence authorities are requested to arrest these ISI agents and hand them over to the law enforcement authorities.

We welcome the civil uprising throughout Afghanistan against the Taliban!

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen ,

The Pakistani Military Intelligence Service (ISI) aims to burn the two sides of Afghanistan in unrest and war fire and to annihilate the people. They want our Afghanistan to be under the command and influence of Pakistan. This ISI wish will never come true.

We make the following appeal to the Taliban:

We call on you to wake up and use your brains with reason and common sense. The ISI has deceived you with various tricks and manipulated your way of thinking. The ISI aims for you to kill your own brothers and sisters or  to be killed by your own brothers. The ISI does not care which Afghan warring factions are killed in the fighting. ISI's wish is to destroy Afghans on both sides of the war. The ISI has long been training special spiritual leaders to use these mullahs to brainwash your little brothers and then send them to their deaths. It is not too late to wake up and return to your senses. Get out of slavery with the ISI. Stand by the side of your Afghan brothers. ISI's tactics would fail and will miss the target. Should the Taliban leaders in Qatar-Doha not be able to join their brothers in Afghanistan for fear of ISI, they may contact the Afghan government. If the Taliban members leave the ISI and thus end the war against their own people, there is a possible possibility that their names could be removed from the blacklist and their prisoners released after fulfilling the relevant criteria and conditions. The post as commanders that we have reserved for you in the case of our government will only be given to you on condition that you break away from the slavery of the ISI and take the side of your brothers in Afghanistan. The Afghan people made up of women and men are your sister and brothers. Should only part of the Taliban accept our above proposal, then we will welcome that part. The remaining Taliban members who wish to remain slaves to ISI could gradually be annihilated as a result of the war against their own people. It is a shame for Taliban members who murder their brothers and sisters for the interests of the ISI. Your dreams and fantasies of conquering Afghanistan by force are wrong.

The time has come to restore the unity of Afghanistan on both sides of the Durand Line. The Afghan people want liberation from the tyranny of the ISI. The unity of our country and our people is our right.
