Dear Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line!
Don’t be intimidated.
Heads up, Afghanistan has strong friends.
To the NATO
Appeal to the Pakistani police to leave our country peacefully
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
For over 50 years the Pashtuns and other Afghan tribes south of the Durand Line in southern Afghanistan have been treated extremely cruelly by the Pakistani police from Punjab and Sindh. Pashtuns and other Afghan tribes who criticize the ISI, the Pakistani army and government, or who demand freedom rights, are arrested, tortured and murdered. They are often beaten and murdered in public in order to scare other critics of the regime. In particular, the tribal leaders are often killed.
The Pashtuns and other Afghan tribes suffer greatly from these atrocities. Nobody hears their voices.
With our letter dated 06/06/2021, we demanded the immediate release of some people who are in Pakistani prisons for the above-mentioned reasons. The following political prisoners are still being held by the Pakistani authorities:
Mr. Ali Wazir
Mr. Hanif Pashtin
Mr. Yosuf Ali Khan
Mr. Uwais Abdal
On the occasion of the aforementioned atrocities, we demand that the police officers from Punjab and Sindh who work on behalf of ISI should leave the area of southern Afghanistan, south of the Durand Line. Instead, the police tasks in the areas mentioned are to be transferred to policemen from the Pashtun and other Afghan tribes. We also ask the Pashtuns and other Afghan tribes to urge the police from Punjab and Sindh to withdraw from the area of southern Afghanistan. If the Punjab and Sindh police officers do not leave southern Afghanistan and continue their atrocities against Pashtuns and other Afghan tribes, the suffering Pashtun and other Afghan tribes could respond with punitive sanctions.
With best regards
Hayattullah Maiwand 1st chairman of the FDPA
To the US Department of Defense
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
Dear Secretary of Defense Mr Lloyd Austin,
The news portal "Taand.com" reported on June 8th, 2021 that the USA was holding talks with the Pakistani government about the use of its military bases.
According to the Durand Agreement of 1893, the provinces of Balochistan and Pakhtunkhwa are in the southern part of Afghanistan, which does not belong to Pakistan. Therefore, Pakistan does not have the power to make final decisions regarding these areas. The areas south of the Durand Line, which belong to the country of Afghanistan, are under the responsibilty of Afghan Government.
The Pakistani government is responsible for its 2 provinces of Punjab and Sindh.
With best regards
Hayattullah Maiwand´ 1st chairman of the FDPA
Reunification of Afghanistan is our right!
Dear Sirs and Madames,
according to the Durand Agreement, our country Afghanistan should have achieved its reunification in 1993. With its hostile policies, Pakistan has so far prevented the reunification of Afghanistan. 128 years have now passed since the separation of the southern part of Afghanistan. A reunification of Afghanistan is our right.
We ask the Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line to work peacefully for the reunification of Afghanistan. They should remove the bandages of silence from their mouths. Wherever they are, to peacefully raise their voices through the media, newspapers, etc. in support of the demand for the reunification of Afghanistan. They should also hold marches, small and large conferences, seminars, and public and private gatherings also in homes. Of course there are costs involved.. We suggest that businessmen on both sides of the Durand line should pay for the costs.
We appeal to the Pakistani government to agree to the return of the part of southern Afghanistan that belonged to our country, which was separated off 128 years ago, through diplomatic and peaceful dialogue. This is also in the interests of Pakistan, as it can strengthen friendship and good neighborliness between Afghanistan and Pakistan and expand trade relations.
If Pakistan continues to prevent Afghan reunification, both countries, Pakistan and Afghanistan, will suffer the consequences. It could lead to unrest in Pakistani provinces of Punjab and Sindh, but also in Afghanistan. Our future generations will also suffer from it.
The suicide attacks, targeted killings, car bombs and road mines are part of the strategy of the Pakistani secret service ISI. If peace is not achieved in Afghanistan, there is a risk of similar inciedents in Pakistani provinces of Punjab and Sindh.
We call on the Pakistani ISI to tell their slaves, namely the Taliban, that they should stop the genocide immediately.
We appeal to the world community to support the Afghan people in enforcing their legitimate claims and in restoring peace in their country.
We call on the Pakistani government to immediately release the innocent political prisoners of the Pashtuns and members of the Afghan tribes belonging to both sides of the Durand Line, including the following prisoners:
Mr. Ali Wazir
Mr. Hanif Pashtin
Mr. Yosuf Ali Khan
Mr. Uwais Abdal
We refer to our other short pleadings of May 12, 2021, May 25, 2021 and May 31, 2021.
We appeal to the Afghan people to translate and distribute this letter in different languages.

No tolerance for terrorists!
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
The terrorists kill innocent people, i.e. children, the elderly, women and men, almost every day.
Several terrorists have already been arrested and sentenced to death by the court. Unfortunately, the court judgments have not yet been carried out.
Our order is, in the case of terrorists, to immediately carry out all death sentences that are legally binding. After the execution, the names and photos of the terrorists concerned should be published in the media so that their families can learn about the deaths of these terrorists.
We demand that the judicial processes and the enforcement of court judgments be accelerated in the future.
Best regards

Petition to the United Nations: The Pakistani ISI has commited genocide of the Afghan people!
Dear Ladies an Gentlemen,
The Pakistani ISI has committed genocide of the Afghan people since 1989 until now. Pakistan uses various strategies and tactics to murder the Afghan people. They let two sides fight, namely the Taliban with the Afghan armed forces. People are being cruelly killed with the help of various terrorist groups in hospitals, schools, mosques, at weddings, funeral services, meetings, television stations, transport buses, etc. A hunter would not even shoot birds the way that innocent civilians are being murdered here. We Afghans are born to live, not to be murdered.
If someone south of the Durand Line speaks out against Pakistani politics or ISI, or fights peacefully for freedom or confesses that they belong to Afghanistan, they and also their families are arrested, tortured and murdered, sometimes in public, in order to scare people.
Every day 50 to 200 people die as a result, sometimes even several hundred people. The victims are infants, pregnant women, young children, the elderly, women and men. More than 1.5 million people have been killed in this way since 1989. In this way, Pakistan has committed genocide on both sides of the Durand Line.
We ask why the world looks the other way without doing anything? Why is there no emphasis on saving the lives of the Afghan people? We ask the world to open its eyes. Stop the killing of the Afghan people by the Pakistani ISI.
Some countries only recognised the genocide in Armenia by the Turks as such 100 years later. We do not want the world to admit after 100 years that Pakistan has committed genocide in Afghanistan. We demand the world to recognise this as genocide committed by Pakistan. It is not too late to stop the Pakistani killing machine.
The area of southern Afghanistan south of the Durand Line should have been returned to Afghanistan in 1993. Pakistan has delayed this matter by means of its killing machine. This area and the people living there belong to our country Afghanistan. We ask the world community for support in resolving this conflict
We refer to our other summary letter dated 12.05.2021 and 25.05.2021.

Dear Pakistan, please don`t play cat and mouse with our territory and with us!
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
Dear Pakistan,
the BBC Pashto website reported on May 25th, 2021, that Pakistan intends to build a military or air force base in Balochistan.
We reject such a plan by Pakistan. Balochistan is our territory. Under no circumstances should Pakistan build military bases on our territory.
It would be good that our territory behind the Durand Line, which is currently under the administration of Islamabad, is returned to Afghanistan. Pakistan abused our territory behind the Durand Line because of terrorist brainwashing.
We want justice from the world and support in the enforcement of our rights.

A petition to the world! We, the Afghan people, want justice from the world!
In the following, we’d like to explain to the world why the war in Afghanistan is continuing and what its causes are.
In 1893, when the country of Pakistan did not exist, the Durand Agreement was signed between England and Afghanistan, according to which the southern part of Afghanistan was separated for 100 years by the Durand Line. This part was thus supposed to be returned to Afghanistan after 100 years.
In 1947, during the government of Mr Gandhi, Pakistan was created. It was formed from two provinces originally: Punjab and Sindh. The Afghan territories of Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan were not returned to Afghanistan at that time because – according to the Durand Agreement – these territories were not to be returned to Afghanistan until 1993. In 1979, the war in Afghanistan began between the Mujaheddin and the Soviet Army. When the Soviet Army left our country in 1989, Pakistan / the ISI then started its dirty strategy in Afghanistan. Afghanistan became a haven for Al-Qaeda terrorists. The result was the terrorist attack of September 11, 2001, after which USA and NATO sent their soldiers to Afghanistan to fight these terrorists. Pakistan has subsequently trained more than 20 terrorist groups to stoke unrest in Afghanistan. Every terrorist group is under the command of ISI. Afghanistan has been turned into a hell again. This hell continues to this day. Due to the ISI’s dirty politics, more than 1.5 million people have died on both sides of the Durand Line since 1989. Among them, many children, women, elderly people, students and others have been killed in assassinations and suicide attacks. Our army and facilities have been destroyed.
The whole world has learnt that the terrorist factories are situated south of the Durand Line. There, the people are brainwashed accordingly. Pakistan will continue training some Afghans in these factories as terrorists via brainwashing, and will then use them for their own purposes.
According to the Durand Agreement, Pakistan should have returned the portion separated from Afghanistan to Afghanistan in 1993. Perhaps Pakistan doesn’t want to return the territory to which the Afghans are entitled because it fears a disadvantage to itself as a result. In this regard, we say that there are big differences between Pakistanis and Afghans i.e. cultural differences, language differences, skin colour differences, mentality differences, differences in appearance, eating habits, etc. For these reasons, Pakistan cannot make Afghans on both sides of the Durand Line their own people because Pakistanis and Afghans are two separate, distinct peoples. Should they still try to do so, then this will mean the bloodshed is passed on to our next generations. Instead of leaving a legacy of happy and peaceful living to our next generation, we’re passing on fire and war to them.
The Pashtuns and Balochs have been separated by the Durand Line. However, both parts belong to the unified Afghan people. Of course, the Afghans on both sides of the Durand Line have little conflicts among themselves. But when we’re attacked, we are all one. Because our country is our honour.
The world has come to know that anyone in Pakhtunkhwa who cried out for freedom has been terrorised by Pakistan.
TV channel Ariananews reported on 11/5/2021 that Pakistan is demanding the following from the Afghan government:
- Recognition of the Durand Line
- Training of Afghan military officers in Pakistan
- Permission to Pakistan to be allowed to pursue their opponents in Afghanistan territory, etc.
We warn the Afghan government not to sign the above demands of Pakistan. If the Afghan government has signed any agreement with Pakistan on the above points under duress or under-the-table, we and the Afghan people will not recognise it.
The war in our country has been going on for 42 years. Of these, more than 30 years of war have been waged in the interests of Pakistan. More than two million people have been killed in this war. In Afghanistan, several million people have become drug addicts. This is a war strategy as well. Of course, Pakistan is responsible for this.
Pakistan should not think that they’ve brainwashed the Taliban and as a result the Taliban will always follow their orders. After all, the Taliban are patriots and for this reason will defend their country’s interests against threats. We call on the Taliban! They should stop this war immediately. It is a matter of our honour and fatherland.
We ask Mr President Joe Biden, all US politicians, the USA, all five veto powers, the EU, Europe, Israel, every Muslim country, every NATO member state and all five continents, to help and save us Afghans. Many Afghans have died innocent deaths in our country. Our land beyond the Durand Line should be given back to us.
After the withdrawal of the Soviet Army from Afghanistan in 1989, Pakistan / the ISI brainwashed some Afghans on the other side of the Durand Line and trained them as terrorists to use for their own purposes. This is a strategy of Pakistan to kill Afghans with Afghan help. They send Al-Qaeda, IS and other groups to Afghanistan and keep their own provinces such as Punjab and Sindh clean.
Pakistan continues to train terrorists. We thus appeal to the United Nations to move Pakistan from the Grey List to the Black List.
If Pakistan and ISI do not change their dirty policies, the Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line are prepared to revolt when it comes to our honour and homeland.
All of us Pashtuns, Balochs, Tajiks, Hazara, Uzbeks, Turkmen, etc., as well as all Afghans living in exile, are one. We should unite. Otherwise, they will oppress us as individual tribes one by one.
The Durand Line has separated families on both sides. Similar divisions of peoples have occurred in many other regions of the world. However, many separated peoples have been reunited. This is why the Afghan people also deserve to be reunited after 128 years of separation by the Durand Line. Under no circumstances do we want to give the areas behind the Durand Line to Pakistan.
Our families live on the other side of the Durand Line. The area behind the Durand Line was our land, is our land now and will be our land in the future. We say to all Afghans on both sides of the Durand Line, do not let yourselves be intimidated. We are all one people.
Maybe some countries don’t know that part of our country is on the other side of the Durand Line and the people living there are Afghans. You could study the soil and people there, compare the DNA, culture, tradition, skin colour and languages of the Pashtuns and Balochs living there with the people of Afghanistan. You would find that these people have Afghan ethnicity.
We say: dear Pakistan! It would be much better if you reflected on this and handled this issue carefully. When this fire ignites, it won’t be easy to put it out. The fires of war will then last for hundreds of years. The ultimate outcome will be that millions of Pakistanis and Afghans will perish. In the end, neither you nor we shall win this war.
Dear Pakistan! In 1993, you should have given our land on the other side of the Durand Line back to us. That’s why we respectfully request you to make up for this in a peaceful manner. This will further enhance the friendship, economy, trade and good neighbourliness between our two countries.
I say to the Afghan government and Afghan people, as long as there is no peace in our country, we will not sell our mineral resources.
I appeal to the Afghan people to translate and distribute this letter in different languages.
Best regards
Hayattullah Maiwand

Afghanistan needs order and discipline!
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
As a result of the war in Afghanistan, more than two million Afghans have lost their lives. Several military commanders from various tribes – such as Pashtuns, Tajiks, and Hazara etc. – have also been killed as a result. Every year, major events are held for the purpose of mourning these individual commanders who have died. At such events, the mafia bosses appear and make loud speeches over microphones. In reality, these mafia bosses aren’t interested in mourning ceremonies – instead they want to make themselves famous by giving speeches in front of a wide audience. Such events only cause conflict and only benefit the mafia bosses. Such events must thus be strictly banned – because in reality they’re not mourning events, but mafia events. In future, mourning events must only be held in private houses or mosques. TV channels will not be allowed to broadcast such mafia events.
Large posters with portraits of mafia bosses have been put up in public squares and streets in every city. These also lead to conflict and only benefit the mafia bosses. We want to ban the erection of portraits of mafia bosses and former politicians in public squares and streets. Instead, the government should use posters for slogans regarding women’s rights.
Afghan airports are currently named after people e.g. Karzai International Airport in Kabul. Many travellers flying to Kabul only know the city of Kabul – and not the name Karzai. Therefore, we want all airports to be renamed after the names of their respective cities e.g. Kabul International Airport. The streets, on the other hand, may be named after famous people.
The Big Tent in Kabul must not be used for events by the mafia bosses to make themselves famous there. These mafia bosses are people who have stolen billions of dollars from the poor. They want to deceive the Afghan people again.
The Big Tent should be used for the following events.
- Conferences on women’s rights and equality every two months.
- Seminars and events on education, the economy and agriculture
- Seminars and conferences regarding the severely disabled and widows
- State concerts for pupils and students
- For other good causes
The above events, conferences and seminars should be broadcast live by TV channels.

Don't give the terrorists a chance!
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
The US and NATO are intending to announce their plan for withdrawing troops from Afghanistan today (April 14th 2021).
If the US and NATO were to withdraw their soldiers from Afghanistan without regard to the security situation there, then there’s a great danger to the security of this country and the world. Al-Qaida, IS and other terrorist groups could regain their strength and threaten the world with their advance. The consequence would be a relapse into a catastrophic situation like that before 11 September 2001, which is why terrorist attacks like those of 11 September 2001 could repeat themselves. There’s also the danger of a new civil war in Afghanistan.
A better alternative would be for the US and NATO to link their troop withdrawal from Afghanistan to the security situation there.
Of course, this decision is up to Mr President Joe Biden.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
In 2014, presidential elections were held in Afghanistan. With the help of massive election fraud, Mr Ashraf Ghani took control of the government as president.
The parliamentary elections were held in 2018. The majority of the parliamentary seats were sold by Mr Ghani and his mafia gang to drug traffickers, smugglers, and mafia members for up to $1 million per seat.
In 2019, presidential elections were held again amid massive election fraud and Mr Ghani was reelected president.
There are thousands of witnesses and video evidence in media archives for all of the cases of fraud cited above.
Mr Ahmad Yusuf Nuristani was responsible for the fraud in the 2014 presidential election and Ms Hawa Alam Nuristani was responsible for the fraud in the 2019 presidential election.
We and the Afghan people wish to file charges of election fraud against Mr Ahmad Yusuf Nuristani and Ms Hawa Alam Nuristani. Both should be brought up for arraignment.
On 21 November 2020, the parliament swore in ten ministers. One day later, on 22 November, Mr Amrullah Saleh, Mr Ghani's Vice President, accused the Afghan parliament of receiving bribes from these same ministers in exchange for their appointment to office.
Today, 30 November 2020, parliament swore in another 6 ministers. We do not yet know what deal took place between Mr Ghani, the Mafia gang, and Parliament and how many millions were handed out in bribes.
We and the Afghan people do not recognise this president, his cabinet, or the parliament. When we take over the government, we will only accept honest ministers who meet our expectations in our government. The rest will be asked to vacate their posts.
As mentioned above, Mr Ghani has twice corrupted the presidential elections. Mr Ghani is also responsible for the continuation of the war and the resulting deaths of numerous innocents.
We and the Afghan people wish to file crimes charges against Mr Ghani. He should be brought up for arraignment.
Our goal is to create order and discipline in Afghanistan. When we take over government, we will introduce a state of emergency for 6 months.

Mr Ashraf Ghani, where are the stolen billions for the poor people?
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
Mr Ghani has twice assumed the reins of government in Afghanistan thanks to electoral fraud and has held on to power for 6 years.
His record in government is catastrophic. Corruption has spread in all areas, whilst rape, attacks on women, abduction of children and business people, murder and theft are commonplace in all provinces. Women’s rights exist in name only. There has been an increase in poverty. In short, the country is in chaos.
We and SIGAR have reported several times several billion US dollars that were destined for the reconstruction of Afghanistan have disappeared into dubious channels as a result of corruption. Furthermore, billions of US dollars have been plundered and stolen from public funds, including part of the coronavirus aid.
Mr Ghani has changed his finance ministers several times to cover up his dealings.
Mr Ghani is an illegitimate president and a liar. The Afghan people are sick and tired of his lies. There’s a saying in English that goes “a fish rots from the head down”. Mr Ghani is corrupt and as such his whole cabinet is also corrupt.
We know that Mr Ghani and his team attend conferences in various countries about the Afghanistan conflict in order to remain in power through trickery.
We don’t want to negotiate with Mr Ghani, either in Kabul or in other countries. He should resign unconditionally.
We want to take over the entire government. Only then do we want to negotiate peace with the Taliban in Kabul.

Mr. Ashraf Ghani is plundering natural resources
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
The Afghan TV station TOLO-News reported on 04.03.2021 that the government of Mr. Ghani has signed an agreement with an Australian trading company regarding the exploitation of natural resources in Afghanistan, namely gold, copper, iron, lithium, rare minerals, etc.
We and the Afghan people in no way accept such an agreement because it constitutes a national betrayal.
Mr. Ghani and the members of his cabinet are corrupt. The current security situation in Afghanistan is very bad. We do not want Afghan natural resources to be plundered.
According to the SIGAR report dated 24.02.2021, since 2008 several billion US dollars that were destined for the reconstruction of Afghanistan have disappeared into dubious channels as a result of corruption.
We will also send this letter to the Australian Government, Australian Embassy in Kabul and Berlin.

Repetition
We and the Afghan people do not want war. We want peace. And soon!
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
The Taliban have requested the release of an additional 7,000 prisoners. As we wrote on 7 December 2020, we were in favour of a gradual release of Taliban prisoners, with 2,000 being released every 3 months, after a lasting peace has been restored.
The war in Afghanistan has been going on for 42 years. Innocent people continue to die on both sides. As a gesture of goodwill and to ensure a peaceful end to this war immediately, we would agree to an immediate release of 7,000 prisoners from Afghan prisons. Our other statements made 7 November 2020 continue to apply. In this way, the Taliban could be distributed to the provinces as a kind of security force under state command in order to support the state in carrying out certain tasks.
The Afghan people yearn for a lasting peace that we will restore to Afghanistan. The Afghan people should not let themselves be fooled by the empty boasts of Mr Ashraf Ghani.
We call on the two warring parties to ensure that their military attacks will not result in the deaths of any more innocent people.
Best regards

We Afghans are all one people, our shared Afghan language is called Pashto.
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
Language conflicts have occurred repeatedly in Afghanistan for several decades. The majority of Afghans speak Pashto. Parts of the Afghan population speak Dari, Uzbek, Turkmen and some other languages. There are some Afghans who don't understand Pashto.
The lack of uniform language skills has mostly resulted in disputes, because people could not understand each other when resolving conflicts. These circumstances pose a serious problem for the Afghan people that has not yet been resolved.
Each country has its own official language. For example, in our good neighbours Farsi is spoken in Tajikistan, Uzbek in Uzbekistan, and Turkmen in Turkmenistan. Of course, the speakers of Dari, Uzbek, and Turkmen in Afghanistan are, just like the Pashtuns, part of one Afghan people. We are all Afghans. We could end the linguistic conflicts that our ancestors had if we Afghans introduced a uniform official language, namely Pashto, so that we could all communicate with one another. A common official language for all Afghans would promote the feeling of national unity and cohesion. In this way, we would also be acting in the interests of our future generations, because in the future they will be able to live in peace with one another without language conflicts.
Schools can play an important role in introducing the uniform official language. The first three years of primary school could start teaching the Pashto language. The proportion of lessons held in Pashto would gradually increase in the following years.
We have no prejudice against Dari, Uzbek, Turkmen or other languages. We respect all languages. Of course, all mother tongues can continue to be spoken at home with friends and family. In this context, we could mention Germany, the United State, and Saudi Arabia as a few examples. Although many migrants with different mother tongues live in these countries, these countries only have one official language each. The official language is German in Germany, English in the USA, and Arabic in Saudi Arabia. As a result, there are no language conflicts in the countries mentioned.
A person can learn several languages in childhood. So it would be very easy for all Afghans to learned Pashto as the official Afghan language when they are children. The introduction of a uniform official language is also important for restoring order in the country. The last elections in Afghanistan showed that Pashtuns filled the ballot boxes in favour of Pashto-speaking candidates and Dari-speakers filled the ballot boxes in favour of Dari-speaking candidates.
Multiple languages within a single people create more conflicts. Parallel societies arise. Some mafia groups abuse the multilingualism of our society and put speakers of different languages against each other for their own profit.
Of course, some Afghans are against all Afghans speaking a single language. In our opinion, anyone who is against the introduction of a uniform official language in Afghanistan is an opponent and enemy of the Afghan people. Anyone who loves the Afghan people would be in favour of a uniform official language.
It is a good and extremely important right of all Afghans to use a single language to communicate. We need not be ashamed. We can be proud of our language.
We only have one country called Afghanistan.
We have only one flag with the colours black, red and green.
We are one people called Afghans.
We want an official language.
All Afghans should therefore learn the official language. It would be all the better if they also learned other languages.
We are all ONE.

We warn the Taliban against playing any cat-and-mouse games!
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
We let the world know in a timely manner and make an appeal. Please don't give the Taliban a chance to take back the reins of government. Most of the states in the world community have repeatedly confirmed that the Taliban continues to have contacts with IS and Al-Qaeda. We do not want Afghanistan to fall into the hands of terrorists again and consequently endanger world peace. It would be a big mistake if the Taliban were to force a return to the type of rule they imposed on the Afghan people in the 1990s. The consequence would be lasting suffering for the Afghan people, especially women. The world should not forget 11 September and the terrorist attacks in the US, Europe, and worldwide. The world community would ultimately regret it if they allow a Taliban regime to be formed in Afghanistan. We do not want millions of Afghans to have to leave the country once again as refugees in order to escape the Taliban. We do not want terror and crimes to be committed in the name of the Islamic religion.
The Taliban are demanding the release of 7,000 prisoners and the removal of their leaders from the blacklist. In our letters dated 7 November and 7 December 2020, we provided a sensible proposal for the purpose of restoring peace. The Taliban apparently wants to play cat-and-mouse games instead. We and the Afghan people refuse to play such games. It would be the Taliban's own fault if they did not accept our proposals and we were forced to withdraw them. We will not be intimidated by the Taliban.
In case the Taliban reject the Peaceful Solution, we are asking the government in Qatar to close the Taliban office there and deliver the Taliban leaders to Afghanistan. In the same case we ask also the government of Pakistan to deliver all Taliban leaders to Afghanistan.
We condemn all attacks on journalists in the strongest possible terms. The journalists are the heroes of Afghanistan because it is they who are bringing the criminality to light. The cowardly perpetrators want to prevent the public from finding out about their crimes by murdering the journalists. We appeal to the Afghan people to support the journalists in their work. Afghan citizens could document crimes and atrocities through video recordings using cell phones and send them to the media. This would block the criminals' attempts to escape with impunity. In our letter of 27 November 2020, we indicated that, when we take over the government, we will provide $4,000 in support to the family of each murdered journalists. We have decided to increase this to $10,000.

To the Taliban!
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
The Taliban are demanding the release of the rest of their prisoners and the removal of Taliban leaders from the blacklist.
We first want to see peace restored. Three months after a lasting peace has been restored can only 2,000 Taliban prisoners be released. Every three months thereafter, after assessing the current situation, could a further 2,000 prisoners be released.
Also before of a removal of the Taliban leaders from the blacklist, we first want to see peace restored. After that, the removal of the Taliban leaders from the blacklist should initially be temporary and limited to a period of 9 months beginning with the restoration of a lasting peace. We reserve the right to revoke the removal of the Taliban leaders from the black list if there is a threat to peace or the security situation becomes unstable again.
This communication applies in conjunction with the one dated 7 November 2020.

Ashraf Ghani is afraid of peace in Afghanistan
Dear Ladies an Gentlemen,
We, the Taliban, the Afghan people, and the world community all want peace in Afghanistan. It's Mr Ghani who doesn't want peace. Mr Ghani is afraid of justice and fears that his crime will come to light.
The peace agreement with the Taliban was signed in Qatar on 29 February 2020. The implementation of the essential points of the agreement, which was actually planned to take place by 10 March 2020, has repeatedly failed. Mr Ghani is responsible for the innocent people killed in the fighting since 10 March 2020.
The delegations of the Afghan government and the Taliban have been negotiating in Doha, Qatar for more than a month now. In reality, these representatives will be unable to come to a decision because, in the background, Mr Ghani is blocking and sabotaging the negotiations with the instructions he is giving his representatives.
The situation in Afghanistan has been chaotic for 6 years. Therefore, Mr Ghani should resign immediately and face justice.
We wish to assure the women of Afghanistan that their rights will be protected by our government. We will not allow the successes of the last 19 years to be undone. The Afghan people should not let themselves be fooled by Mr Ghani's lies.

Breaking News
Breaking News
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
The war in Afghanistan has been going on for 40 years. In the aftermath of 11 September 2001, when the Taliban regime was overthrown, India stepped up its interference to pursue his interests in Afghanistan. Since then, the Taliban's fighting gradually increased and the conflict has only worsened from year to year. Since 11 September 2001, many people have died as a result of the war.
There has been longstanding hostility between India and Pakistan. For 50 years, India has been using Afghan territory for his purposes against Pakistan. Of course, this leads to reactions from Pakistan. We have, as a result, been following the wrong policies for 50 years that have not only harmed us but have been exploited by India. It is estimated that more than 1 million people have been killed in the war in Afghanistan. What for? Why? Because we are so naive? Are our politicians naive or do they not understand politics? We no longer want to sacrifice ourselves. If India wants to pursue its feud with Pakistan, it should do so from its territory, not Afghanistan's.
We do not want India to interfere in our domestic and foreign policy due to their own interests. We want to determine our domestic and foreign policy ourselves. India should not act against Pakistan or any other country from Afghan territory. For the above reasons, we are in favor to close India its missions in Herat, Kandahar, Mazari-Sharif, Jalalabad, and possibly in other cities within the next 3 weeks and recall their diplomats back to India. Only their embassy in Kabul should continue to operate.
Of course, we have our own issues with Pakistan which we can solve through dialogue and diplomacy.
We have not been forced by the Taliban, Pakistan, or any other side to express the above opinion. This is our own opinion.

We would handle the peace process!
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
We, the Afghan people, numerous politicians, the Taliban, and everyone want peace.
On 7 to 9 August, Mr Ghani convened the large Loya Jirga council assembly to decide on the release of 400 Taliban prisoners. The Loya Jirga decided to continue the peace process. Mr. Ghani then signed the decree for the release of 400 Taliban prisoners.
Since then, Mr. Ghani has once again been playing for time and will not release the remaining Taliban prisoners.
The Afghan people and the world community know that Mr. Ghani is a liar. We, the Afghan people, and the Taliban do not trust him. Mr. Ghani wants to sabotage the peace process through his gimmicks in order to rule for another 5 years.
Dear Afghan people, you should hold your head high. We would handle the peace process. We will restore lasting peace to Afghanistan within a short period of time. We will assure Afghan women that their rights will not be sacrificed in the peace process. You shouldn't believe Mr Ghani's propaganda.
It was our wish to make peace with the Taliban. In the event of our takeover of government, we want to deploy a limited number (4,000 to 5,000) Taliban members to ensure order and discipline in the country. We have formed our own team of 11 people to negotiate peace with the Taliban, but we have not yet released their names.
We call on Mr Ghani to resign immediately. He should face the judge and hire a good lawyer for his own defence. We unequivocally state that he can no longer rule. We would handle all of the government's duties.
According to a report published 15 August 2020 by the news portal "Taand", the Indian newspaper "Hindustan-Times" accuses Pakistan of dishonesty in the Afghan peace process. Our response: it doesn't matter.

To the world and to the Afghan people
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
On 29 February 2020, a peace agreement between the United States and the Taliban was signed in Doha, Qatar. Under this agreement, 5,000 Taliban members were to be released till 10. March 2020 from Afghan prisons.
Mr Ashraf Ghani has to date only released 4,400 prisoners and refuses to release the remaining 600. The Taliban has made it clear that the remaining 600 are not foreign nationals, as the Ghani government has claimed. Mr Ghani should immediately release the remaining Taliban prisoners in accordance with the peace agreement in order to clear the way for peace in Afghanistan and consequently enable the Afghan people to live peaceful and happy lives. It does not matter whether the prisoners are Afghan or foreign. We want to pardon the remaining 600 prisoners for the sake of lasting peace in Afghanistan. Making peace is a priority for us and it is what the Afghan people long for.
We, the Afghan people, the Taliban, our neighbours, and the world community all want peace in Afghanistan. Only Mr Ghani wants to sabotage this peace in order to stay in power for another 5 years.
Afghanistan and Pakistan are neighbours, but from time to time there are disputes as between two brothers, which can be resolved through dialogue.
India has been hostile to Pakistan for a long time, while maintaining a friendly relationship with Afghanistan for many years. As part of this friendship, India interferes in Afghanistan's domestic and foreign affairs, supporting Afghans who are anti-Pakistani. As a result, the Afghan government, like India, regards Pakistan as an enemy. This makes Pakistan feel threatened by enemies on both the right and the left. Out of fear over these threats, Pakistan's attitude towards Afghanistan is deteriorating. The deterioration in the relationship between Afghanistan and Pakistan has a negative impact on the economies of both countries, causing both to crater. Approx. 90% of the people in Afghanistan live below the poverty line. India's policies have ensured that Afghanistan and Pakistan remain in conflict and are unable to focus on their economic and trade relations.
We demand from India not to interfere in Afghanistan's domestic and foreign affairs. Afghanistan and Pakistan can solve their bilateral problems through dialogue.
As we have pointed out in our various posts, Mr Ghani remains in power after the most recent fraudulent elections. We, the Afghan people, and the Taliban do not accept him as president of Afghanistan. He should resign immediately and be arraigned for his acts.
When we take over the government, we will quickly bring about peace in Afghanistan. If Mr Ghani remains in power, the war will continue, the attacks in Kabul and other cities will increase, and more innocent people will be killed.
Afghan women should not be concerned about women's rights when making peace with the Taliban because today's Taliban are no longer the Taliban of the 1990s. The Taliban has adapted to modern times.
There are currently more than 600,000 widows living in Afghanistan. After taking office, we will provide widows with an additional $500 each in support.
The Afghan people are allowed to demonstrate on the streets against the illegitimate president and garner attention to their cause via television broadcasters. They should not fear Taliban attacks whilst demonstrating against Mr Ghani because the Taliban share their opinion regarding Mr Ghani. The Afghan people are dissatisfied with Mr Ghani's government. We wish to thank the Afghan television stations for informing the public about the opinions and voices of the Afghan people.
Best regards

Appeal to the world: Open your eyes, Ashraf Ghani is breaking taboo!
Ok Mr. Ghani's government is not a republic, but anarchy
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
The Afghan electoral commission announced the final results of the presidential election on 18 February 2020.
As we have pointed out several times in our posts, this election was marred by massive fraud.
Afghanistan is home to some 35 million people. According to the election commission, 923,523 voted for Mr. Ghani. This number includes more than 300,000 falsified votes. Therefor would be the legitimacy of this election questioned. Former US ambassador John Bas to Afghanistan mentioned after the election that a president elected with small number of votes would have smaller political weight.
We, several high-ranking Afghan politicians, as well as the Afghan people do not accept these results.
We ask the world community to keep its eyes open and also not to recognize these results. Should they be accepted, this would mean the rights of 35 million Afghans will have trampled.
Afghans have the right to hold peaceful demonstrations in all cities against the election result.
When we take over the government, we have prepared a list of government and cabinet members - subject ot changes - as follows:

In addition, there are many people (women and men) on our list whose names we do not wish to disclose yet.
There were many qualified candidates for president that will be included in our government.
There are also suitable candidates among the Taliban, whose names we do not yet wish to disclose, but who could serve our country well when we take over the reins of government.
Some ministers in the current government performing their duties conscientiously could also remain in office.
If Mr. Ghani were to have peace talks with the Taliban, we would not recognize the outcome of such talks because Mr. Ghani is a master of lies and fraud. Mr. Ghani's peace plan has been rejected by many politicians. We therefore expect the Taliban to reject peace talks with Mr. Ghani's government.
Mr. Ashraf Ghani has spoken of saving the republic in Afghanistan. But his real goal is to deceive the people of Afghanistan and of the world. In fact, his government is anarchy. We Afghans mostly like to blame Pakistan, but sometimes we Afghans could be responsible for the situation. We appeal to the world, if possible to remove Pakistan from the grey and black lists, in the case where it has been placed as punishment for situation in Afghanistan. Afghans and Pakistanis love each other. Pakistan has helped afghan refugees for several years.

Mr Ghani has made a war criminal and rapist a marshal!
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
On 17 May 2020, Mr Ghani and Mr Abdullah signed an agreement to form a joint government.
This represents a continuation of the reign of chaos we have experienced over the past five years. Ghani and Abdullah's last government was marked by corruption, nepotism, the abuse of women, misappropriation of public funds from the state treasury, drug trafficking, etc.
Mr Ghani should resign immediately and be brought to court to face a long list of criminal charges.
Mr Abdullah, meanwhile, is accused of having enriched himself by approximately $1 billion through corruption and the misappropriation of public funds.
Ghani and Abdullah sold seats in parliament for up to $1 million each.
Both gentlemen now plan to continue ruling jointly and share government posts among themselves and their cronies.
The majority of the Afghan people and the Taliban do not want such a government. We expressly reject the agreement made by the two gentlemen on 17 May 2020.
We will respond in more detail within a fortnight.

President Trump has prepared a peace agreement with the Taliban!
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
President Trump has spent some two years working to establish peace in Afghanistan. U.S. Special Envoy Dr Zulmai Khalilzad has travelled to several countries and held several talks with the Taliban until the peace agreement between the U.S. government and the Taliban was signed on 29 February 2020. We and the Afghan people rejoiced at this news and wish to thank President Trump for his efforts.
According to this peace agreement, the Afghan government was supposed to release 5,000 members of the Taliban and the inter-Afghan peace talks were to commence on 10 March 2020. Unfortunately, Mr Ghani has refused to release all 5,000 prisoners, having only released just over 2,000 to date. It is for this reason that the inter-Afghan peace talks have not yet been able to start. Mr Ghani wants the war to continue so that he can continue to rule for another five years. He wants to waste another five years like he did the last five. It is clear that Mr Ghani is unable to implement the peace plan for Afghanistan. We, the Afghan people, and the Taliban are very disappointed with this fake leader. Mr. Ghani blames the Taliban for every attack, while the Taliban denied responsibility for some attacks.
The Taliban claims that the Afghan government is behind some of the attacks. We also suspect that Mr Ghani has an interest in making political use of some of the assassinations in order to make the peace process fail which he believes would work in his favour. Being in power is more important to him than peace. As long as this fake leader remains in power, thousands more people will be sacrificed to the war in Afghanistan. Mr Ghani is constantly trying to provoke our neighbours by placing the blame for the unrest in our country on them. Mr Ghani is lying to foreign diplomats and governments, us, the Afghan people and the Taliban. Mr Ghani should resign immediately and be arraigned for his acts.
We want to help our country and therefore take over full rein of the Afghan government. We call on our supporters, our future government members, and the Afghan people to hold their heads high. We will achieve lasting peace in Afghanistan within 3 months of assuming power. We say to the Afghan people: Do not trust Mr Ghani and his empty words to make peace.
Best regards

We condemn John Bolton for his lies and nonsense about Afghanistan
We condemn John Bolton for his lies and nonsense about Afghanistan
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
In his newly released book, John Bolton has written only lies and nonsense about President Trump's Afghanistan policy. He has portrayed President Trump's completely harmless statements as negative and exaggerated. He wants to deceive the public and boost his profits from book sales.
Bolton wanted to create unrest in Afghanistan and continue the war regardless of the human loss. A political adviser should behave fairly. If he writes about a country like Afghanistan, then he should also have sufficient knowledge. However, it is obvious that he has no knowledge of Afghanistan policy. Before the publication of his book, Mr Bolton should have considered that his lies and nonsense would harm the country of Afghanistan and pour even more petrol onto the fires of war.
It would have been fair and just if the court responsible had prevented the book from being published and imposed a penalty on Bolton for his actions because the lies and nonsense it contains could exacerbate the Afghanistan conflict, which could result in millions of more deaths.
The war in Afghanistan has been going on for 41 years. The people of Afghanistan have a strong desire for peace. They have placed their hope for a peaceful solution to the Afghanistan conflict on President Trump. The Afghan people were delighted when Mr Trump was able to sign the peace deal with the Taliban on 29 February 2020. Based on information known to us, many Afghans, including older women, have prayed fervently that Allah would allow President Trump to enter paradise because he has cared for peace in Afghanistan unlike anyone before. We are now very close to peace in Afghanistan.
We are convinced that President Trump has been successful in both domestic and foreign policy. In particular, his Afghanistan policy should be given the highest marks thanks to the peace agreement signed with the Taliban on 29 February 2020. Bolton may have become jealous of President Trump's success. President Trump is seeking to ensure peace in Afghanistan. However, Mr. Bolton's behaviour continues to cause wars and conflicts around the world.

We are all united!
Ladies and Gentlemen,
We Afghans are all one people. We are not divided 50/50.
Some people in Afghanistan abuse ethnic groups for their own purposes by presenting themselves as alleged representatives of these groups seeking to participate in the government. They want to share government and cabinet posts among themselves as happened in the most recent government. That would be high treason against our country. In reality, these men do not represent the people; they are power-hungry mafia bosses pursuing their own interests by claiming government posts for themselves. They do not place any value in the interests of the people or the country.
We all have only one God. There is only one sun in the sky. We only have one country called Afghanistan. We have only one flag with the colours black, red and green. Accordingly, we only want one government in this land. We don't want a trading company in the Afghan government.
When we take over the reins of government, we will severely punish those mafia bosses who have incited ethnic groups against each other. We do not understand such "fun" in politics.
Best regards

We think President Donald Trump deserves a Nobel Prize
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
The war in Afghanistan has been going on for 41 years. US President Donald Trump is striving for peace in Afghanistan. At the last minute, he was able to stop the looming war with Iran. He has campaigned for peace in Syria and other countries. He has had peace talks with North Korea. He should therefore be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.
On behalf of US President Trump, Dr Zalmay Khalilzad has spent two years working on the peace agreement between the USA and the Taliban signed 29 February 2020 in Doha, Qatar.
Under this agreement, 5,000 Taliban members will be released from Afghan state prisons. Mr Ghani should therefore immediately release the 5,000 prisoners according to the list drawn up by the Taliban. This does not include the 550 Taliban prisoners previously released.
We, the Afghan people, and the Taliban all want to achieve peace.
Mr. Ghani is unable to make peace. Women's rights have been violated during his government, unemployment has risen, corruption has increased especially among the police, the military, customs officials, the judiciary, schools, etc. We, the Afghan people, and the Taliban do not recognize this illegitimate president. He should resign immediately and be arraigned for his criminal acts.
Meanwhile, the Taliban also know that Mr Ghani is a sly fox. We and the Taliban do not wish to negotiate with Mr Ghani. The Taliban has repeatedly stated that it does not want to conduct peace talks with his government in Kabul. However, Mr Ghani continues to ignore this fact. Had Mr Ghani left office as scheduled, peace would have returned to Afghanistan long ago and several thousand deaths due to the continuing war could have been avoided. If Mr Ghani continues to cling to power, there is a risk that Taliban attacks on Kabul will increase.
We appeal to the Taliban to agree to a 7-day ceasefire for Eid so that the Afghan people can enjoy the coming festivals with joy. The 7-day ceasefire should start two days before and continue for two days after the three-day Eid festival.

We Afghans, would like to thank President Trump for the peace agreement with the Taliban
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
All of us Afghans would like to thank President Trump, the US government and the international community for the peace agreement of the 29th of February 2020 with the Taliban.
Every Afghan is delighted by this peace agreement and hopes for lasting peace and joy in Afghanistan.
President Trump is a good-hearted, honest and generous politician.
He has set himself the goal of peace and joy in the world.
According to the peace agreement, the Taliban demand the release of 5,000 Taliban members from Afghan state prisons.
Today, on live TV, Mr Ashraf Ghani refused to release the 5,000 imprisoned Taliban members. It is thus obvious that Mr Ghani is sabotaging the peace efforts. Mr Ghani has also sabotaged peace talks several times in the past.
We call on Mr Ghani to release the 5,000 Taliban prisoners immediately and unconditionally in order to fulfil the peace agreement. Otherwise, the hoped-for peace could be jeopardised and the country might fall into crisis.
If Mr Ghani is toying with the idea of calling a “Loya Jirga” (big meeting) to decide on the release of the 5,000 Taliban prisoners, this would be a trick to bring about a decision in his favour. He also convened a “Loya Jirga” in 2019 to discuss peace with the Taliban, wasting more than 5 million US dollars from the state treasury. We will not recognise the decision of a Loya Jirga.
We, the Afghan people, Afghan politicians and the Taliban do not recognise Mr Ghani as President.

Mr Ashraf Ghani is making a fool of himself!
Ladies and Gentlemen,
The Independent Election Commission of Afghanistan announced the preliminary results of the presidential elections on 22th. December 2019. They reported that Mr Ashraf Ghani received 50.64% of the votes.
These results are highly suspicious and likely fraudulent, especially given that they are just barely past the threshold necessary to avoid a runoff election. The Master of Lies and Fraud absolutely wanted to present results showing him getting the required 50% of the vote plus 1. He apparently does not care about the reaction of the Afghan people and the global community.
There is plenty of evidence and witnesses to prove that the election was manipulated. Mr Ghani`s followers stole several thousand biometric devices.
Thousands of citizens demonstrated in ten cities for several days against the electoral fraud.
The elections were turned into a private election in Mr Ghani's favour and the results cannot be recognized.
Mr Ghani welcomed the preliminary results and the news of his imputed victory, acting as if he had been elected for another 5 years in office.
The elections were clearly manipulated and Mr Ghani deserves to end up in prison. He is a traitor to the nation. That is why no one wants to involve him in the peace talks.
We, numerous Afghan politicians, and the Afghan people do not recognise these results.
Kind regards,
Hayattullah Maiwand

We want a sultanate in Afghanistan, while the Taliban want to introduce an emirate!
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Afghanistan was a monarchy until 1973. The last king was Mohammad Zahir Shah, who ruled the country from 1933 to 1973.
The Afghan people were very satisfied during the reign of King Zahir Shah.
It was a liberal government. There was peace, stability, freedom, and justice. Women's rights were respected. All ethnic groups and tribes were united. Relations with our neighbours and other countries around the world were friendly and based on mutual respect.
In July 1973, Dauod Khan ended the monarchy after a coup and introduced the Republic of Afghanistan as a new form of government. This is when all of the problems in Afghanistan got their start. Relations with our neighbours and other countries around the world began to deteriorate. Various difficulties also developed domestically. Political parties became active and caused conflicts and, over time, caused destabilisation of the situation.
After another coup in April 1978, Nur-Mohammad Taraki assumed power.
He was member of the Khalq Party. The Democratic Republic of Afghanistan was introduced as a new form of government. The problems in the country increased further. The situation became unstable. Relations with the outside world became worse.
In October 1979, President Taraki was murdered by his party comrade, Hafizullah Amin. Mr. Amin took over the government, but was killed by the Soviet Army shortly thereafter in December 1979.
Subsequently, Mr. Babrak Karmal of the Parcham Party became the new President of Afghanistan. During his reign, several Mujaheddin groups formed to fight the government and the Soviet Army. There was chaos in the country.
Dr Najibullah then served as Afghan President from September 1987 to April 1992. During his time in office, the Soviets left Afghanistan in 1989. The fighting continued in the form of a civil war.
In 1992, the Mujaheddin came to power. They proclaimed the Islamic State. Mr. Burhanuddin Rabbani was named the new President. Anarchy reigned in every city and district. Different Mujaheddin groups controlled individual parts of the country. Afghanistan was experiencing a kind of lawlessness. Girls were being kidnapped from their homes and forced to marry. Citizens, including traders, shopkeepers, etc. were repeatedly blackmailed into paying money by various militias.
In November 1994, the Taliban conquered Kandahar province. By September 1996, they had gained control of almost the entire country through warfare. They proclaimed a new form of government, the Islamic Emirate. The times under the Taliban rule were a tragedy. Human rights were trampled on. Women's rights were totally violated. Bin Laden and numerous Al Qaeda members settled in Afghanistan. On September 11, 2001, Al Qaeda carried out the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center in the USA. As a result, the US was prompted to attack the Taliban government. The US wanted to introduce democracy in Afghanistan, safeguard human rights, abolish drug cultivation, introduce equality for women and men, and the freedom of expression. Mr. Hamid Karzai was appointed as interim president and he formed a government with the participation of the warlords. The new form of government was called the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. The government of Mr. Karzai was responsible for maintaining order and reconstruction in the country, for realizing democracy, for stopping drug cultivation, among other goals. The United States and the world community made several billion dollars available to the Afghan government to help achieve these goals.
The Afghan people had high expectations of Mr. Karzai's government. They thought democracy was coming and that human rights would be respected. On the contrary, Mr. Karzai, the Afghan Alibaba ruled with a group of 40 thieves who focused on lining their own pockets. They stole billions of dollars from the Treasury. Corruption was widespread. Land was illegally occupied, the constitution and human rights, especially women's rights, were trampled on.
Mr. Karzai held to power by twice falsifying elections.
In 2014, Mr. Ashraf Ghani and others ran in the presidential election. Subsequent run-off elections were held between Ghani and Abdullah. Extensive fraud marred both elections. There was a dispute between Mr. Ghani and Abdullah over the election result. The United States mediated between the two candidates, creating a so-called government of national unity with the participation of both.
The Afghan people were initially happy about this government of national unity. Several groups were involved in the government. Ministries, governors, embassies, and customs districts were split across multiple groups as if it were some kind of investment company or a trading company. The customs revenue was distributed among Mr. Ghani and several groups. Land was illegally occupied. Official posts were sold off for money. In the 2018 parliamentary elections, the parliamentary seats were sold for cash payments of up to $1 million. Parliament has become a criminal nest. Government contracts are awarded in exchange for bribes. Mafia gangs were founded under the names of tribal leaders who work for their interests alone. Many of these mafia gangs have worked with and supported terrorists to keep the war going. Corruption, nepotism, drug trafficking, violation of women's rights, violence against women, forced marriage of underage girls, child abuse, kidnapping the children of wealthy merchants to extort ransoms, and the murder of innocent civilians are all part of everyday life. Approx. 54% of the population suffer from malnutrition.
On September 28, 2019, Mr. Ghani ran again for the office of President against other candidates. The elections were once again subject to mass fraud. The candidates are still arguing about the election result. The previous elections have cost the state hundreds of millions of dollars.
Mr. Ghani is holding the reins of government hostage and is unwilling to resign. He is acting against the will and the right of 35 million people in Afghanistan. If he resigns, he will need to fear the consequences of his crimes. In the event that he should not voluntarily resign, then would be necessary to arrest him and his followers immediately and bring them to justice. His cabinet members could remain in office until further notice.
Looking back over the past 19 years shows that the goals set have not been achieved. There is still no democracy, no freedom, no respect for women's rights, no justice, and no end to drug cultivation.
Dear world, as can be seen, the attempts at democracy in Afghanistan have not led to the desired result because democracy does not work in Afghanistan. Instead, democracy has been turned into chaos. Afghanistan needs a ruler who can save the country from this crisis. That person could be named a sultan, king, shah, or emir. The form of government for this could be a sultanate, kingdom, or emirate. We believe that a sultanate like that in Oman would be a good form of government for Afghanistan. The introduction of a sultanate would be able to create a stable government in Afghanistan because Afghanistan consists of so many tribes and ethnic groups.
A sultan or king would treat all Afghan citizens equally, regardless of their tribe. Of course, all tribes and ethnic groups would have full respect for the Sultan because he would be the leader of the country. A sultan would serve the Afghan people. He would ensure that the country continues to develop, that government revenues flow into the treasury, that women’s rights are respected, that the Afghan people are able to live a life of joy and peace. A sultan would ensure good relations with our neighbours and other countries in the world and treat everyone with respect.
With republican forms of government, we have found that almost all presidents and their cabinet members have enriched themselves through corruption and stealing of funds from the state treasury to make themselves multimillionaires or even billionaires. This practice has set the example for the successor governments, which have also plundered the state coffers in the same way. Some politicians feel no shame and are trying to take over the government again.
As shown above, the last 47 years after the end of the monarchy have shown that republican government was the cause of most of Afghanistan's problems.
There are many governments in the world which are democracies on paper only, but, in reality, the people are being deceived.
We support the introduction of a sultanate form of government in Afghanistan. The Taliban want an emirate. The corrupt mafia gangs, on the other hand, want the republic in the current form to continue.

We are disappointed by the Iranian regime!
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
Iran has been building missiles and developing nuclear weapons for a number of years. Iran therefore poses a serious threat to Afghanistan and the world. Moreover, Iran supports terrorists on a global scale, including in Afghanistan. Our country, Afghanistan, is naturally suffering as a result of such developments.
In our letter dated 05/12/2018, we warned Iran against any further interference in our affairs. Iran nevertheless carried on meddling by continuing to supply the terrorists in Afghanistan with weapons.
If we form a government, we would like to sever our trade relations with Iran for the aforementioned reasons. The official volume of trade between Afghanistan and Iran currently amounts to 3 billion USD every year. Added to this is the unofficial trade or smuggling, which amounts to 4 billion USD every year. This results in a total volume of trade of around 7 billion USD every year. Our objective is to reduce the volume of trade with Iran to zero in the future.
We expect Afghan businessmen and women to prepare for the abovementioned eventuality and to work on considering alternatives to trade relations with Iran. They could use the trade routes via Pakistan, Turkey via Turkmenistan and other countries for importing and exporting their goods or petroleum.
We will support the Afghan farmers by enabling them to import their agricultural machinery and cold storage facilities for fruit, vegetables and meat duty-free for a period of 2 years.
Best regards
Hayattullah Maiwand

Hello world! We Afghans have had enough of the Iranian regime!
The conflict and civil war, in Afghanistan which has been raging for 40 years has meant that many Afghans have fled to other countries, including Iran, to look for protection from the war, and to live in peace and quiet. The Iranian government has put our Afghan brothers living there under pressure with the threat of deportation, and then induced them into serving as soldiers in the Syrian war, with offering small amounts of money. They have been exploited as an easy target by the Iranian government, and sent to their death in Syria. It’s a disgrace, and a violation of human rights, and also against the teachings of Islam, that Afghans fleeing the Afghan war and looking for protection are then sent to the Syrian war.
We demand that the Iranian government brings back our brothers deployed in the Syrian war, and stops sending any more there.
We have been made aware of deliveries of Iranian weapons to the Taliban. The Taliban are sent to Afghanistan to carry out destruction and kill people. So, Afghans are being used to kill Afghans. Iran wants to use this process to create unrest in Afghanistan to create an advantage for itself, or further its own interests. We demand that Iran immediately stop this action, improper behaviour and tactics targeted against Afghanistan, and to stop interfering in the internal affairs of Afghanistan.
The Iranian government is responsible for the unrest in Afghanistan and a number of other countries. The Afghans love the people of Iran, and are very aware that over 90% of Iranians want freedom and don’t want the current government. So, the Iranian government would be well advised to change their policy immediately.
We demand that the Afghan government immediately take the traitors working for Iran in Afghanistan into custody, and put them on trial.
If the Iranian leadership believes that Afghanistan has become weak due to the war which has been raging for 40 years, then they are seriously mistaken. On the contrary, our heroic soldiers are always ready and able to defend their homeland, and fight the enemy. The Afghan army is extremely well-equipped and has many years of combat experience. The entire Afghan people supports the Afghan army with hearts and minds. We do have some minor ethnic conflicts in Afghanistan on occasion, but in the face of a threat from outside, we are all Afghans together.
Afghanistan has many friends around the world, including Saudi Arabia. We would like to warn Iran from declaring war against Saudi Arabia, for in this case the Afghani army would stand shoulder to shoulder with the Saudi Arabian army.
When the Taliban demands that the USA and the rest of the global community should leave Afghanistan, then in reality, this ideology does not come from the Taliban. Iran is behind this, as this is how it aims to reach its strategic objectives in the region.
It seems the Taliban now understand that their war is being controlled and led in the background by the enemies of Afghanistan, in order to destroy their homeland, and to stir up animosity between the ethnic groups. The Taliban should feel disappointed by Iran, as Iran only supplied weapons to further Iranian interests, and sent them to Afghanistan to kill their compatriots.
We welcome the fact that the Taliban are now thinking of peace for the reasons above. In the event of a peace agreement, they could help our brave army and participate in rebuilding the country.
Best regards,
Hayatullah Maiwand

Mr. Präsident Trump is welcome to Afghanistan!
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
According to the online-news-portal „www.taand.com“, the spiritual leader of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, issued a tweet on 29 November 2019 criticising the unannounced trip of U.S. President Trump to Afghanistan and said that the American leaders are travelling illegally to Afghanistan in disregard of its sovereignty.
We hereby warn Mr Khamenei against any interference in the affairs of Afghanistan. He should keep his hands off and be ashamed of his utterances. We Afghans can determine our own domestic and foreign policy. This does not concern Mr Khamenei. Mr Khamenei would be well advised to stay away from politics and instead dedicate himself to leading worship and prayers.
President Trump lovingly deals with Afghanistan and the world community. He wants to ensure that the Afghan people and people around the world are happy and that no innocent people, including children and women, are killed.
We would like to sincerely thank President Trump for his military and economic assistance to our country as well as for his efforts to achieve lasting peace and happiness in Afghanistan. We are very pleased that he visited our Country Afghanistan.
President Trump is one of the world's best politicians. Both the American people and the people of the world are very satisfied with his policies and strategy.
We wish Mr Trump and his government much strength and success.
Long live America.
Best regards

It can't carry on like this!
Ladies and Gentlemen,
On the one hand, the Afghan people are falling victim to the protracted war, and on the other hand, there are other factors that are also leading to the premature death of our people, such as drug use, pollution, and road traffic accidents.
The number of drug addicts in Afghanistan is currently about 4 million. Every year, more than 100,000 Afghans, including adolescents and women, die as a result of their drug addiction.
Opium and heroin raised in Afghanistan are also being exported to neighbouring countries and around the world. Having produced approx. 9,000 tonnes of opium in 2017, Afghanistan is the world leading supplier, accounting for around 85% of the global output. Consequently, a significant portion of the world's population is suffering from the effects of growing poppies for opium in Afghanistan.
When we take over the government, we will change the penal laws and provide for more severe penalties for drug offences. Like Singapore and Indonesia, we will introduce capital punishment for the crimes of growing poppies for opium, drug production, and drug trafficking.
This is why we want to give Afghan farmers advance warning about growing poppies and producing opium and the consequences they will face. Your drug products are causing the deaths of countless people in Afghanistan and worldwide. This is why drug production is also banned in Islam. Farmers should not expect to claim their need to feed to their families as an excuse for growing poppies and producing opium. You should take advantage of the opportunities to switch to legal alternatives, such as other agricultural products as saffron, fruit, vegetables, and cotton. We want to save the lives of drug addicts, including teenagers and women, in Afghanistan and around the world.
In Afghanistan, about 100,000 people die each year as a result of the polluted environment, caused mainly by exhaust from cars and industry. In addition, several thousand people a year, including women and children, are victims of traffic accidents. The causes lie in the accidents caused by chaotic road traffic and vehicles that are unfit to be on the road.
In Afghanistan, we will prescribe regular (TÜV-type) technical inspection testing for vehicles and open (TÜV-type) technical inspection offices in major cities. We will have the specialised staff for technical inspections trained in Germany and Turkey. In Kabul and other major cities, we will prohibit the use of diesel-powered cars. In cities with more than 200,000 inhabitants, only cars with Euro 5 engines would be allowed on the roads. We will increase the tariffs on imported cars with diesel engines. We also want to modernise the road system and tighten penalties for traffic violations.
Factories that exceed the exhaust limits will only be allowed to operate outside the cities and would have to pay higher taxes to offset the environmental pollution they cause.
We will order the planting of new trees in Kabul and other cities because they are useful for filtering and keeping the air clean.
We want to take appropriate measures to ensure that the city of Kabul remains controllable and therefore avoid further urbanisation that only harms citizens and the environment.
We will ban the transport of passengers on the roof racks of buses because it exposes people to mortal danger. We will introduce the following legislation for buses:
Buses that transport passengers from one town to another and cover a distance of 30 km or more should have a vehicle length of 12 meters and a maximum of 44 passenger seats plus 1 driver and 1 co-driver seat.
It will be the government's job to protect the life and health of all people. Therefore the above measures will be required.
In Kabul and ten other cities, several thousand citizens have demonstrated against Mr Ashraf Ghani's government for several days for having falsified 1.2 million votes in the recent presidential election.
Mr Ghani manipulated the results of 4 elections in Afghanistan. According to media reports, he has wasted enormous sums of money on elections: $171 million on the last presidential elections and more than $700,000 million on all 4 elections.
Mr Ashraf Ghani is a master of lies and falsification. He has failed in all aspects of his governing duties. During his rule, corruption has increased everywhere in the areas of administration, customs, military, police, public procurement, etc. Women's rights have worsened, the number of robberies is on the rise, and the sexual abuse of underage boys has increased. Government jobs are being awarded for cash bribes. Drug production and trafficking have increased. The previous costs of the US government for the fight against drugs production in Afghanistan reached a sum of about $7 billion.
Mr. Ashraf Ghani is a traitor to the nation. He has been involved in several crimes including corruption, election fraud, nepotism, violations of the law, sex scandals, and abuse of office. Therefore, he and his accomplices must be held accountable by the judicial authorities. We are not seeking vigilante justice. We will allow Mr Ashraf Ghani a fair trial in compliance with the law.
We strongly condemn the suicide bombings that continue to kill innocent people. We will introduce harsh punishments for terrorists and traitors, including death sentences such as those used in Saudi Arabia.
Mr Ashraf Ghani is complicit in the current insecure situation in Afghanistan for sabotaging and blocking international peace efforts. His government's strategy is to continue the war so that he can remain in office.
The Taliban have repeatedly stated that they do not want to hold peace talks with Mr Ashraf Ghani because he is corrupt and a liar. If Ashraf had resigned as President a year ago, we would already have long had peace with the Taliban.
We will negotiate with the Taliban only after the end of the Ghani regime. We do not want to negotiate with the Taliban in Qatar, but in Kabul.
We want to realise a comprehensive peace throughout the country. Therefore, we will issue an amnesty to those Afghans who were involved in the war up to 1992, such as Mr Gulbuddin Hekmatyar, Mr Rashid Dostum, and others.
We want to make it clear that we are free of any influence from other sides and other countries in shaping our party's policies. We wish to thank the Federal Republic of Germany and the world community for their adherence to the principle of non-interference.
Best regards
Hayattullah Maiwand

If things are going well for Afghanistan, then they're going well for Pakistan, too, and vice versa!
Dear ladies and gentlemen,
Over the past few days, it was announced that farmers in Afghanistan have been facing heavy losses this year, as their fresh fruit and vegetable crops, including pomegranates, have not sold as well as expected compared to previous years. The reason given was that our neighbour Pakistan raised tariffs on fresh fruit from Afghanistan this year.
When we take over the government, we will encourage a trade agreement with our neighbour Pakistan that will be in the interest of both countries. We would expect to be able to agree on a tariff exemption for fresh fruit and vegetable imports between the two countries. Of course, this would be an offer for Pakistan to decide on at its own discretion. But all the poor farmers in both countries will especially benefit from it. The farmers in Afghanistan and Pakistan are mostly small landowners who depend on the proceeds from the sale of their crops to feed their families. Such an agreement could also secure a large number of jobs in both countries. It would also achieve another objective, namely to keep prices affordable for the majority of the population, so that not only the rich, but also the poor people of Afghanistan and Pakistan could all afford to buy fresh fruit and vegetables.
Pakistan is home to the EDHI Foundation, founded in 1951 one of the world's largest aid organisation. This organisation provides out-patient assistance and charity, cares for people in need, orphans, women who have suffered violence, etc. The foundation organises the transport and treatment of those who are sick and also funerals for the poor. It also operates hospitals, including cancer clinics, women's shelters, soup kitchens, orphans’ homes, etc. As soon as we take over the government, we will set up a relief organisation based in Afghanistan with the same EDHI Foundation name. It will be financed by the Afghan state.
It was recently learned that some diplomats from the Pakistan embassy in Kabul were being treated rudely on the street. A motorcyclist deliberately hit and damaged a diplomatic car from the Pakistani embassy. We hereby warn the failed Afghan government against acts of provocation against the Pakistani embassy in Kabul. We demand respectful treatment of the Pakistani embassy officials in Afghanistan. The failed Afghan government should not be constantly accusing Pakistan of escalating the conflicts, when, in fact, they are also complicit.
Saudi Arabia is one of the friends of Afghanistan and has always supported our country in good times and bad. We wish to thank His Majesty King Salman for the generous and repeated assistance given to the poor in Afghanistan. We also wish to express our thanks and praise for his son Prince Mohammad bin Salman for his excellent reform policy. He is a nice and very good top-level politician. Respect for women's rights and rejection of violence against women are issues that are close to his heart. He has therefore worked to reform the rights of women in Saudi Arabia. Women may now obtain driving licenses, go to films, concerts, and sports stadiums, and can travel abroad without any male accompaniment. The prince's reform policy on women's rights will certainly be a role model for us in Afghanistan. We will continue to develop our friendly relations with Saudi Arabia in the future.
As far as women's rights in Afghanistan are concerned, it should be noted that as early as 1919 King Amanullah Khan introduced liberal rights for women in Afghanistan. Women in Afghanistan should know that they can now claim their liberal without fear of anyone. They can decide for themselves if they want to appear in public with a headscarf, a burka, or without head covering.
With regard to corruption in Afghanistan, we would like to mention that in the case of our government, we will severely punish both the corrupt officials who have accepted bribes and those who promote corruption by offering such bribes.
Best regards
Hayattullah Maiwand
